» Alki the Igglybuff (Status: Old friend. Awkward relationship): Alki was Yigo's first contact when he arrived at Grassveil. By her side, Yigo learned more about the city, the explorer guild and about Alki herself. He believes that Alki is kind and helpful and thinks of her attitude as the standard to all the explorers. She had offered him a place in Darcy´s team but Yigo feels like he is not worthy of being on their team but he hopes that they´ll be friends either way. However, that hope didn't last once Yigo had an outburts of emotion against the guild that caugh Alki in the blast which made their relationship tense and in a stalemate. To be fixed, someone needs to make a move...

» Yooka the Kecleon (Status: Old mentor): Yooka was at first nothing but a bad omen. Anytime both of them stood together something went wrong for the Sandshrew. However, after the events in Pricklemist Hill he realises that she was only doing her work and that Yigo should´t blame her for that. She had sacrificed herself many times for Yigo and had stopped him from going wrong and, for that, she had earned his respect and trust. He looks up to her and believes that he can become worthy of becoming an explorer if he could learn more from her ways. She is obviously mysterious and her past dark. When she decides to make up for what she had done, she simply disappeared from Yigo's radar when he really needed her...(First encountered in

» Clovis the Piplup (Status: danger!): When they´ve met in Festivity Forest Yigo was not expecting that much from the Piplup. He looked like he was gathering berries for his family. It wasn´t until Yooka appeared that Yigo started to know more about the Piplup. When Yooka left, though, Yigo started to regret meeting Clovis. (First encountered in

» Deimos the Absol (Status: Ally): An Absol that despite having a very formal and sophisticated attitude (in Yigo's eyes, at least), the Absol proved to be a trustworthy pokemon. After the ground type and a recent acquaintance of his were caught in serious danger, Deimos appeared out of nowhere to aid. Together, the three of them managed to engage and come out victorious from ambushes of a flesh-eating pokemon cult. Since that day, Yigo has found the Absol roaming around a few more times during his journeys and, although meeting the exploring Absol is not a given, each time he is spotted it brings a bit of joy to the young Sandshrew. » Radar the Murkrow (Status: Rejected): In a time where Yigo felt like he had lost every good friend he could rely on came this Murkrow seemingly worried about him. The dark flying type seemed to share the same age as the Sandshrew with many worries and fears of his own but he has decided to stay by Yigo's side anyway. For that, Yigo pledged to stay by the side of this Murkrow for as long as he is needed, offering Radar a place in his burrow and his life, surviving together on their own while trying to have some kidlike fun. However, since his (roleplayer's) departure cause Yigo to feel alone and abandoned once again. After Radar being the last Pokémon Yigo was willing to open his heart to, something changed.
