Anyway, we need you to track down that box. Thankfully it's locked up tight. If anything happened to the thing inside...ugh! I don't know what we'd do!
» Client: Karrablast and Shelmet » Objective: Find the small, blue box that Shelmet dropped » Place: Pricklemist Hill » Restrictions: That box must remain locked and unopened until it is returned to its rightful owner! » Difficulty: F » Reward: 100 Poké + Oran Berry » Expiration: 5 months after last attempt 10/14/2016 » Exploration Points: 10
Arriving back at the foot of Pricklemist was easy. Getting out of the forest while bringing an igglybuff back from practical non-civil Ferals was not. Yooka was staring at the location the abandoned house was at on the hill... Hopefully the box didn't get opened. That lock looked rather complex. However, I wasn't able to look at it well enough, but... "meh..."Another problem occured. They probably moved. It's only been half a month but non-civil peeps tend to not stay in one place... but again the abandoned house was practically their home and they were territorial but tolerant. She growled to herself. They are not going to be happy seeing me again. Being under pressure will make this easier than she thinks. Perhaps they wont recognize her now that she's a Purple Kecleon due to some intensity she's went through during that time. She placed her bag on the ground to check its contents to make sure she's prepaired. Instead of putting it back on she decided to rest for a bit. the journey was rushed. She got back in a half the time without the igglybuff. No real rest till now. She didn't fall asleep but she laid down to think of what to do when she encounters them again or finds the box without attracting them. "Not like they'll be a problem to handle... Alone this time, with no one to actually hinder me."

| [Energy: 16 - 10 = 6]
Having to roam around the world outside the desert was a dream always inside Yigo´s mind. The way in which he did so was not the one he had wanted to do it in. The first place the Sandshrew had visited was Grassveil, finding there someone that liked him. Who would have thought that he had to flee just a couple of days after their meeting? It might have been a different story if they have fled together, having someone else to rely on. But Yigo found himself alone. All because of that damned explorer and her fake eggs.
The Sandshrew looked at his burrows entrance to check if the rain had finally stopped. The weather there was not like in Grassveil. The wind was stronger, the air cooler and the usual day was rainy. Even though he tried his best not to get wet, when the rain struck, he always ended up soaked. Yigo lost his desire to cry as it felt meaningless in a sea of water drops.
The rain was not forgiving, appearing when least expected and vanishing in unpredictable patterns. The Sandshrew knew that, if he wanted to get past that territory, rain mustn´t weaken him, but it was already too late for that, being hungry, tired and barely able to walk straight.
Once the rain stopped, he got out of his burrow. Yigo found himself on a misty hill, days away from the land he had come from. After a brief scan, he noticed some woods on the upper side of the hill. A stomach growl made the decision clear, even if the land was muddy or if the sand of his back became a sludge. He was going to get to those woods to find something to eat or to be found and get eaten.

| Suddenly, the feeling of being cold erupted over Yooka. She even jolted as she awoke. When did she fall asleep? How did she fall asleep. And why was the ground... Yooka sighed. She was asleep in the rain. "Gah! Guess I was tired after all." She jolted again. Her bag! She darted a look towards it. It was closed, good.
Yooka got up completely and used her wet defense scarf to wipe off any mud on her. Then she did the same for her bag before putting it on. She was indeed shivering but the feeling passed as she started to move into the woods. The only bad news about the rain that Yooka felt necessarily important... was that the mist of the hill was much thicker as fog also took form. She couldn't see a couple of meters ahead of herself. And she completely lost which way the building was.
Growling to herself, she continued on anyway. Aslong as she goes up a hill she'll reach the building as the place was the only reason she came here. More specifically a blue locked box. Which last she remembered was inside the building at the top of the hill. She got close to getting out but she dropped it at a barred window. If anything it'll still be there albiet catching that un-civil group of pokemon's attention now. She kept reminding herself that this mission is practically timed. She had to get it back to the original owners before anything happens to the box. Whatever is inside is none of her business.

| Yigo only wanted to escape the rain but his wish became a curse. What he once thought to be a cloud atop the hill turned out to be an element that hindered his senses. Woods were already bad enough... having to face the fog as well was just what he needed. With his senses already weakened by the rain, Yigo could only rely on his poor visibility to navigate through the forest in search for something edible. His ears could only catch the sound of his feet splatting on the mud and even Yigo was surprised that they were able to catch any sound by then; as for his nose... he couldn´t feel it. Sandshrews and water were never a good mix...
Dragged down by fatigue, hunger and sickness the Sandshrew finally came to a halt near a wooden wall that just got visible in front of him. With the little strength he had left, Yigo crawled towards the structure. Thunders were heard in the background. The rain would come back to claim his life soon enough.
Fearing for his end, the Sandshrew started surrounding the wall hoping to find shelter. To help him advance he used the wall as his support until he noticed a different texture in one of its segments. The wood there was of a different colour, with a different pattern, made of a different material and... with a handle? A door! Was that the entrance of some building? He had to get inside!
The Sandshrew forced himself to stand up, now leaning his body against the door and hoping that it would be enough to get it opened. However, the door seemed to be too heavy to be pushed... or maybe it was locked... perhaps there was someone on the other side making sure that he didn´t get in?
"P-Please... g-get... opened..." he mumbled, noticing the last remnants of his energy fading away "P-Please..." he managed to scream before passing out in front of the door.

-Apple -Blast Seed -Quick Seed -TM Defog -Max elixir -pink gummi - - - -
- energy¦ 18:
28 - 10 = 18
The hill started to flatten out. She reached the top. however, "Why isn't this weather letting up!" Yooka growled towards the dense mist and fog. It was wishful thinking but Yooka brought the TM defog in an attempt to see if she could learn the move... but that failed. Perhaps if she met a pokemon that could, but again... Wishful thinking. There's only a small amount of known pokemon that could learn the move. Mostly flying types as far as Yooka knows. Yooka felt a chill as she heard a voice. Sounds like someone was desperate. Whoever it was didn't concern Yooka. She had better things to... Yooka stopped thinking for a moment. The voice came from directly infront of her, practically where her destination was. Was it them? no, this seemed similar to her. She growled to herself again and trudged closer to find out. as soon as she saw the abandoned building she saw a familiar Sandshrew. "Huh...? You seem familiar but... what are you doing here? ngh... no you can't be the same one." The sandshrew looked rather famished, like it just woke up and didnt have breakfast or lunch. Yooka sighed. "I have business with this building. I'm going to have to ask you to move aside."As she was saying that, she felt pings of... something. Perhaps it was too much to say such things to one in the sandshrew's state. It's unlike a guildmember to have lonesome pokemon be totally lonely. Yooka tensed up and practically cringed. "Ngh... gah, here." Yooka handed the sandshrew her bag. "Careful with your claws, and please only take what you need. If I find something other than food missing. nnngh." It was a good thing Yooka already combed the area on the way up for stuff. Perhaps some of that may be helpful to the sandshrew. But even then, it probably isn't enough. (( - Rolling, And some things to note for my side of the story:
upto 2 food items can be taken either from this roll or Yooka's bag. Any pokemon rolls will be who's inside. BUT that's dependant on the roll. (furfrou, ghastly, haunter, seviper, and that musical bug pre-evolution is the past attempts non-civil pokemon. Furfrou being the leader and is a territorial but acceptable and silent but strong type personality, communicates through growls and barks with the others perfectly but the player characters cannot understand. Ghastly and haunter are like brothers who tease but dont mean harm in that ghost-type cliche, The seviper is like an aggressive pet and will practically attack on sight if not stopped by the bug or furfrou, and the bug is just a kid in similar personality to Alki herself. The box was in the kid's possession. Yooka managed to MGS the box but Alki got caught while doing so. Yooka had to drop what she was doing and get Alki out. So the box is still somewhere in the building. The building has 6 rooms. entrance, hallway, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and room to the underground bunker. The Underground Bunker is for a future site update, and so the door will be locked. The ghastly and haunter maintain the building like landlords so everything works semi-perfectly. give or take the cliche scary elements. If none of those pokemon are rolled then none are inside, anything else is up to random if multiples of the same ones show up the first is them and the ghosts are just siblings while the seviper, bug, and furfrou are up to random. :3
Weeeee, here we go!

| " Huh...?" Huh? That voice... sounded oddly familiar. Wait... no. She couldn´t be there, right? What would she be doing there? No... it couldn´t be her. "You seem familiar but... what are you doing here? ngh... no you can't be the same one." Slowly, Yigo opened his eyes. The Sandshrew was still pressing against the closed door. His eyelids felt heavy and each time he blinked he felt an enormous need to keep his eyes closed. By the looks of it, he still got time to enter the building before the rain kicked in and finished him. Ignoring the voice like if those were hallucinations, he started to scratch the door with one of his arms, the only one he could manage to move. It was obvious that a single weak scratch every two seconds wouldn´t do anything to get the door out of his way but, in his state, nothing else came to his mind. Seemingly out of nowhere, a bag got to his side. It would have been a gift if it was a normal bag, but by its shape seemed to be a joke sent by the legendaries. The bag... was Yooka shaped. Unless that was Grassveil´s new trend, it meant that it was Yooka´s bag. "Y-Yooka..." he gasped, tired and drowsy. He only had a few seconds before losing consciousness again "Y-You... y-you..." Yigo´s arm tried to reach the Yooka-themed backpack. He wasn´t looking for anything inside, he just wanted it out of his sight. Once he had in his hand, he tried tossing it aside but to no avail. Not even pushing it a few inches. The bag would stay there to mock him while his body was finally giving up trying. The bag seemed happy to see him in that state. Was Yooka feeling the same? If her bag was there, did that mean that she was near as well? - occ:
Here´s your chance to make the inhabitants think that Yooka is a nice/different Pokemon! I won´t choose what item Yigo is going to use (not like he had the chance to do so himself). Regarding the door, it doesn´t have to be locked or anything. Yigo is just pushing it instead of pulling it (I guess that handles are the kind of affordance that makes you want to pull the door instead of pushing it) I´ll let you introduce the NPC´s since you seem to know more about them but what are you going to do with the Zangoose?

If only I had the awesome power of HTML coding knowledge... meh. ¬—¬ Furfrou ¦ Haunter ¦ Kricketot Lv10 ¦ Lv8 ¦ Lv1 Growl ¦ Mean Look ¦ Bide Protect ¦ Will 'o wisp ¦ --- Frustration ¦ Spite ¦ --- Giga Impact ¦ Shadow Punch ¦ ---
- ooc, indeed.:
but something tells me things will be just as awkward as the easter thread. >ω<
Also, I was on the mindset your character was pretty out of it. If your character would have at some point in my post would have interrupted somewhere... Just tell me so I can edit. :P I was trying to do what you said about introducing the npc's but I may have done so in an extended manner.
At first things were going fine he went for the bag. He definitely looked and sounded out of it. It was when he tried to toss it away did Yooka sigh. When the sandshrew finished with it's little rage it seemed to have weakened himself enough that his body almost gave out. "Still annoyed with me it seems." she went to stop the Sandshrew from stumbling, to keep him up on his feet. She even opened the bag and pulled out an apple and put it against his chest. What happened directly afterwards made Yooka cringe. She heard voices inside the building getting louder. So they were still here... what was worse was the situation she was in is coincidentally the same as last time. It would be safer inside than outside aslong as this weather held up. Do the same act twice will just be bad... but this time it was actually happening. When she heard the ghost behind the door she prepaired for a rather bad welcome. However, the one to answer the door was a the Haunter, and he didn't seem to recognize Yooka with her Purple coloring. "Look at you. All Purple and stuff. Tried playing ghost with that guy and succeed? Hahahahah!" Yooka growled to herself. "Boo... it's me again. This time I'm not--" The Haunter interrupted. "Wait, what brings you back. You really want to be hurt? I don't think--" and just like that she heard familiar growling coming from within. (Who is the intruder...) Yooka couldn't understand what was being said but again the Haunter apparently did. "That Kecleon from last time but she brought another new guy with her."More growling but a huff came soon afterward. (mmm, fine, let them in, but keep an eye on the Reptile.) The Haunter moved aside but not before giggling, "Welcome back to our humble abode, but be warned you'll be watched. Not like that wasn't obvious..." Yooka sighed a growl herself. "Aye... figured as much. Just be easy on this guy, he's actually not with me. He just happened to be here as I got here." The Haunter wasn't fazed by the words. "Pff, riiiight. I'll be elsewhere." The Haunter left the room as he was saying that by phasing through the door on the opposite side. Speaking of the room. The room itself is just a generic living room/family area, everything you'd expect in a... well, room. Except this isn't a house so it's practically makeshift and most of it was broken, covered in dust, or just the general "unused ghost house" cliche mess. The only thing to note was that a furfrou was lying next to the door leading into the next area directly on the opposite side of the room. It looked rather bored and annoyed like this was common place nowadays. There was also that kricketot but he was reading a book in the corner, seemingly unfazed by what just occured aswell, except the little one was looking over at Yooka as she was standing at the doorway... hiding behind it's book. Perhaps it was thinking if it stays in the corner it wont be noticed and that the others can handle everything.

| [(Remaining Energy - Rolls) + Apple]
[ 0 + 5 = 5]
Delicious. It was probably the sweetest fruit he´d ever tasted. Why did it have to be so little? He was still hungry after that snack, but not near as much as before. At least Yigo could now sense and react properly to whatever he was surrounded by.
As expected, all eyes were set at Yooka. Her purple scales and swirly tail were also wet and muddy. That lady had suffered the same weather as he did, apparently. Yigo couldn´t help but feel disgusted when he was near her but he was never able to know why. Each time they´ve meet she had been helpful, acted with respect and, to some extent, took care of him. It wasn´t just the apple (however, he had to admit that it affected heavily his resolution), she got him inside that building, helping him in until he was in a warm, dry and comfortable spot. Why was he mad at her? Yooka was just fixing what he was breaking on his wake. If there was someone to blame, it was certainly himself.
Yigo kept gnawing the apple contently, although he wasn´t enjoying as much as he could. He was on someone else´s domain. The Furfrou made it clear with a couple of barks. They´ve been allowed in their pack but the Furfrou was the alpha there. Yigo was going to give no competition, just laying down sideways and avoiding eye contact to show submission to his new leader during his stay. He prayed to be there for the shortest amount of time. Unluckily, flashes of lightning followed by their thunderclaps announced the upcoming rain. The effects of those could be noticed on the planked floor. It was dirty and dusty, but the wet trails were the most recent ones and the easier ones to read. One lead to Yooka, another one to him... there were two more. One the remaining trails lead to a corner of the room. Following the trail with his sight, he found something small, yellow and red coloured hiding from them, behind what looked to be a couple of scribbled pictures. Was it afraid of them?
The last trail ended right before the doors on the opposite side of the room, guarded by the Furfrou. The Furfrou itself wasn´t wet or anything, like it hadn´t gone outside the entire time. The only other character able to leave the trail behind was maybe the one who opened the door, but Yigo could only remember a blurry purple gas with an overly exaggerated smile. That couldn´t be real, right? Then, who left that trail behind? Without counting the apparition and the ones in the room, there was, at least, someone else.
Finishing the last bite of Yooka´s apple the Sandshrew felt his nose tingling, following by a sneeze of his own. He was sick, it seemed. The best he could do would be taking a nap until the rain stopped or the alpha summoned him. Just in case, he´ll be eavesdropping, faking his rest.

Rolling doesn't necessarily stand for HP... but anyways... I can't tell if my roll I made was because of luck or "Just simple geometry". God dam those Hanzo mains.
- ooc, that sneeze:
"I'm going to take it... and USE IT!" outside of your timing... *winky face*
Things looked bleak outside, or at least to what could be heard. Thunder but no rain. Yooka thought the storm had passed when she woke but there was that chance it would start up again. With the sandshrew done she should get to the real job at hand but it felt like the Furfrou had read her mind by giving off a slight rumble in a questioning manner while laying down with his head rested. "(What is it your doing here, again.)" All Yooka could do was stop and blink. To her it sounded like he was giving off a warning as she was approaching. She looked at the Kricketot for a second but he was hiding still. She looked at the sandshrew the next but he was resting. She looked back at the Furfrou, "I'm here strictly by business. There's a--" The furfrou did a low and short growl. "(Figures)"Yooka cut herself off and mumbled before getting back to the Furfrou. "I'm not going to get anywhere am I...? Mmmrr, a box around here and I'm--" The Furfrou cut in again but finally raised his head and made with a sligntly longer rumble than before. "(Your still after that thing? It's the Tot's now. Talk with the kid if you really want it that badly!)"The Kricketot shrugged into itself at this, making Yooka think the Furfrou denied her. Yooka doesn't like to assume, so she ended up growling to herself. "...Ngh... Whatever..." The Furfrou knew exactly what was going on with Yooka as this had happened multiple times to him before. He knew she didn't understand and decided to keep it up. He barked just to mess with Yooka "(Boo!)". Which she indeed flinched to. She also still remembers that Giga Impact attack he did to her the last time. The Sandshrew sneezing just made her flinch a second time, making her look right at it. Which just made the Furfrou laugh at Yooka for a second before resting his head again. - ooc, well... getting that box should be simple, {F}-ranked missions are suppose to be easy AF, yes?:
Not exactly... Yigo doesn't exactly know Yooka's mission yet and Yooka did not understand that all she needs to do is ask the kid to give her the box.
Yooka is in a situation that will end the mission in failure if Yigo can't help in his own way. :3 I leik making puzzles. especially ones where it takes all characters into consideration.
How will this turn out? Don't you be giving up on me now! ¬ω¬ I can't exactly see the events in the future perfectly, but I can say if Yigo doesn't exactly end up helping in a few posts, or if you think Yigo wouldn't be in the mood. I'll stall for time using a rolled pokemon or something. :3 *wink wink* unless you have an idea. ¦D

| Ferals usually never spoke in the actual language of the civilised Pokemon. Although, for a feral to give them shelter showed overconfidence, recklessness and a good heart. Just like Keira if it wasn´t for her obsession with civilised folk that drove her, and eventually him, to learn their language. Although it had to admit that it was less ambiguous, it wasn´t as expressive as the Furfrou´s barks. They weren´t that hard to understand if you paid attention to details and subtle changes. "Here - - - again - - - Why?""I'm here strictly by business. There's a--" Followed by a growl whose only purpose was just to interrupt Yooka. She then mumbled something and continued on. "-a box around here and I'm-" "You - - - want?" followed by a strange change in the Furfrou´s rumble that he couldn´t guess what it meant. It sounded like it was being pointed at someone. It was tempting to see who was that pointed at, but faking some rest meant having closed eyes. Besides, by hearing how the Furfrou followed the conversation, it was obvious that it was referring to anyone but Yooka and itself. " someone´s. Talk to - - - little - - - want!" that last part seemed like it was said angrily or annoyed Yooka was apparently looking for a box the Furfrou should know about. The Furfrou told Yooka that she had to talk to someone "little" in response. The same itching sensation as before stuck Yigo´s nose, ending with the same result: a sneeze. That was annoying as it rendered his nose basically useless. Aside from that, he had heard a laughter, not a feminine one so it probably wasn´t Yooka´s. Opening his eyes to check who had and what caused the laughter he felt surrounded by everyone else´s gaze. What were they looking at? It was just a sneeze! "I-Is... s-sorry..." he mumbled, unable to speak clearly in front of that many Pokemon. Luckily for him, both Yooka and the Furfrou got back to their business. "A-Are you... alright?" a subtle and quiet voice said behind him. It was the red and yellow-colored insect that once stood in the corner. Yigo nodded back at it "Are you the one they are talking about?"The insect then started shaking, causing a chirping noise "Y-You can... you can understand what the Furfrou is saying?" the little insect let out nervously. Yigo simply nodded back, again. "Y-You are not getting my box!" the Kricketot shouted at him, hitting him lightly with one of his tiny fists without dealing any damage. The Sandshrew looked at the little one until its tantrum was over. Why was that box something special? If that was its box, Yooka had no right to take it. The Kricketot repeated the phrase louder and louder and kept on with the punches that were doing nothing but keeping Yigo awake. He was about to answer saying that he didn´t want the box, but another sound took priority over the little insect´s rage. The door was opening again, making way for a larger and less yellow version of the annoying insect. A Kricketune. The newcomer´s first sight went to the Kricketot, shifting shortly thereafter to Yigo. Scraping one of its blades against the other it played a high-pitched creak before raising it and narrowing his eyes. There was no way to get that sign wrong, not even if you weren´t used to seeing ferals. Yigo curled into a ball, leaving the slightly harder back to take any hit instead just in time. He only felt a scratch at the back of his head followed by an extremely loud roar by the Furfrou. "Stop! - - - Go away!" was what Yigo could understand from the Furfrou´s following growls. The Sandshrew got uncurled just to see that the Furfrou got between them. Turning its head towards the door on the opposite side of the room and with a loud rumble the Furfrou ordered Yigo to get him and Yooka inside the room it was previously guarding. "Run! - - - Mouse - - - Lizard - - - Get inside - - - Now!"Now on his fours, Yigo ran away from the encounter, moving to Yooka´s side while the Furfrou barked intentions that were better left untranslated and shadowed the Kricketune´s moves for it not to get close to him. "Yooka! To that room! Run!" he shouted, informing her if by any means she didn´t get the memo. - Haven´t gave up. I owe you that apple:
A Kricketune attacking Yigo, thinking it opposes a threat to his little nephew should be enough to make the Furfrou stay there for quite some time, giving Yooka and Yigo some time together. Alone if you wish, but we both know that the Haunter is not idle. P.D: No sneezes were used out of timing
- The Kricketune, if needed:

But i leiked that sneeze... fine... I'll ruin a moment for you aswell... >:3 (btw... oh mcgeezuz... not that OP krick from my extended history...! >ω< Yooka had accedentally used a warp orb to distract the thing away from Darcy before it could use said cut. lol! The furfrou knows the dangers of Explorers and outlaws, aswell as Yooka's current skills in combat. The OP krick from my extended history would fit why the Furfrou's acting the way it is. >ω< Despite it being waaaaaaaaay out of the way, that would be funny if it was implemented somehow. The Kricketune could be the Uncle or step-father as you stated. While the Furfrou hates outlaws which is what the OP krick is. Nicely done, albiet accedental, but still >ω<. I'll just have Yooka recognize the screech and react the same as the furfrou. Without really having a look at the thing.) Boop... just incase you wanna know. (this was back when Yooka was lvl 5) I put strikes through the level on practically all NPC's that would win against both of us if we try to battle... Most of the time the moveset I put on NPC's should make the level higher than it says, but meh. these little *encounter* messages are actually uneeded, but I leik to put them in anyways. It just helps me remember what they can do.) "OP" Kricketune (outlaw - Class {F})
Lvl 15 cut(HM) screech(lvl34) bide(lvl1) --- That was stupid... She sighed to herself. She flinched to not only the mocking bark of the Furfrou but the accedental sneeze of a small sandshrew. She looked back towards the Furfrou to continue but it was clear he wasn't paying attention to her as his attention seemed to be on the entrance door. Before Yooka could look at what he was staring at she got distracted by the conversation that the sandshrew and Kricketot just had. She heard the tot but what she mostly got out of it was the punching. Why is the Kricketot being aggressive about a box with the sandshrew? Did the sandshrew say something the tot didn't like? Is the box-- She was interupted by a short screech, but the last she remembered about that kricketot was that Alki had also gotten into the same situation. Perhaps the tot just didn't like strangers intruding. Meanwhile back towards the door, while Yooka was staring at the two, a kricketune was also staring at the two. It noticed the little situation and quickly assumed the two were fighting. It gave off a screech causing the Furfrou to act. Yooka Flinched more towards the sudden movement of the Furfrou more than the screech. Yooka instinctively made for the sandshrew's side as it was the weakest besides the kricketot, the Furfrou will see to it's protection easily. Little did she know she intercepted a cut from a god awefully familiar... Kricketune! Yooka's own little claws accedently gave the sandshrew a scrape as she lost her balance. The furfrou started to bark like last time, where Yooka made it mad... like it was ordering things around. Back then, Yooka thought he was just angry at her but know she knows, somewhat. Only Confusion settled on Yooka, but she also felt oddly aware at the same time. The sudden adrenaline rush masked all the pain she felt. She had no control over this rush as it was instinctively happening due to all the sudden activity. This can't be the same Kricketune...! Either way the sandshrew apparently understood exactly what was happening as it made for the door the furfrou moved away from, as he said to her to practically follow. Wait, he understood? More questions as more went on. Yooka was more concerned with the sandshrew more than the deep pain on her back, the Kricketune itself, the furfrou's annoyance, and the tot's frozen with fear body as alot centered around the little guy. She went with the sandshrew without question. Quickly closing the door behind her. She tried to understand what just occured but all she could hear during all of that was clicking, growls, and barking. Yooka held her bag in her left hand and had her forehead and frills against the closed door. It was at this time did she feel the sting of the cut on her back. She slid to the ground onto her knees, "Well, that could've gone better. I'm way out of my element here."Not caring about the rather large cut, she thought about it though... It will heal after awhile. I've been through worse. Haven't I? She has indeed but that was blunt damage. If this isnt delt with she'll bleed out. She turned around and sat down a little ways away from the door, to face the Sandshrew. The noise in the other room seemed to settle down to a mild melody, an actual melody. Yooka didn't pay attention to it, as she stared at the Sandshrew. Ignoring whatever it was currently doing and also she was still rather ingorant of the severity of the cut even as she started to find it difficult to speak, "You... understood what was happening? Yet was... practically sleeping...? I gotta try... living out in the wild... more often! heh... skills like that... very useful." She sighed before snapping back to reality. Cringing, "ngh? what's going on?"The room they were in... It was a rather short rectangle. Looking from the door leading back to where they came in from. A broken but repaired door on the right; it looked in a similar pattern to stained glass. With all the shards of wood that had to be reworked into it. Directly afterward and next to that door was a dresser that contained Rawst berries. The reasoning to those berries was because everywhere in the room was either floating or not floating will-o-wisp candles. One touch of the flame and your burning. On the opposite side is a locked door leading to the underground bunker. Nothing of importance is down there. On the left countinuing with the wall was a painting, but it is semi-blank, pure grey with the eyes of a haunter. Next to that was another door. It's intact and everything. Nothing special about it as of now. - ooc, Yooka's instincts are from her mother:
Those stupid Quag's be tank and me Top Kec's be resourceful... Yes, that's right! Yooka's mother is a Quagsire! Shocking, I know. I stole this concept from one of Lord E V's characters who's mother is a Ninetails. >:3
It could explain why Yooka does rather dumb things instinctively but other than that... She will recover in the literal term in the next post, but she's ingnorant of her own health because of that move. She tends to forget about the move as it passively happens to the smaller wounds faster than normal. She's not a deadpool... :3 (although, I wish she was... perhaps at level 100 with the bloodlustery cursed cloak... hmm... but I keep the move fair either way. I went through a damage calculator. she's left with like 20% health. Gotta love them crits(around 40% without crits) and if I went with yours it'd be like non-existant (left with 70% to 80%)
Yea, remember when I said I'll ruin one of your moments... I know you were probably not thinking the kricketune would do much... buuut, I leik making things epicly bad for my character. If it's easily fixable. How do you feel now knowing it was Yooka who made the scratch? òωó
She's practically getting high from lack of blood. heheheh... and the picture is going to mention this to her once she does use recover. If you want or are squimish, I could keep in-line with that anime's "no actual injury, except that it's obvious they were injured" thing... :P I'm not one to describe things anyway. but im sure you know that already. ¬ω¬ If your character were to notice it, I'll leave the "how it looks" to you. :3

| - Surprise!:
Aw, I liked that cut though... but I´ll stop this vicious cycle right now by assuring you that no other moment will be ruined (for now)
Oh, what a sweet coincidence, completely coincidental and by no means planned. And you were the lucky one ^^ Anyways, Yigo is going insane for a bit just by deducing that Yooka is hurt. He doesn´t mind that much getting injured himself but he can´t stand seeing others in pain, it brings bad memories to him so... he´s drowning in a glass of water. Have fun!
Customary to a hierarchic society, the higher positions have the last word when a crisis calls their power into question. A true alpha sends their warriors when enemies threaten their pack. They only fight their battles when they feel their authority challenged. If the Furfrou decided to step in it had to be personal, yet, after they got into safety, Yigo couldn´t hear anything that sounded like battle. The growling stopped, having a melody playing in the background as their replacement. No combat sounds, no pain or agony screams. It seemed like there was no need for a battle. In the eyes of Yigo, the Furfrou was a strange leader, not resorting to violence to fix violence. It was to be admired. The itchy sensation at the back of his head demanded that the Sandshrew scratched it. It wasn´t a deep cut regardless of how the attack looked like, barely scraping the surface. However, a gooey liquid on his wound was starting to worry him. It was indeed a red stain, but how? His wound didn´t get past the skin! Fortunately, Yooka got him out of his thoughts. The purple lady got away from the door she had just closed and sat in front of him. Acknowledging and praising the fact that Yigo understood what the Furfrou meant to order made it even harder for the Sandshrew to stay mad at her. Without noticing, he was smiling and almost laughing. However, now that he noticed, she was having difficulties to speak. Her eyes got fully opened after her sentence with a slight moaning. The Sandshrew looked left and right, alarmed and cowering in fear. With shaky steps, he approached Yooka. "A-Are you... alright?" he managed to say right before he saw crimson tears dropping from the lady´s tail. "No... no" he muttered, more silent as he moved closer to Yooka. He extended his hand, trying to reach for her wound but he hesitated. Not only he wasn´t comfortable seeing open wounds, he didn´t even know if Yooka would let him help with it. "Y-You are...?" She seemed injured, but how? Last time he had checked, she was alright so, when had she come to harm? He took a hit recently and he wasn´t... He scratched the superficial cut on his back. "Y-You didn´t... you didn´t... Help! We need help!" He started to panic, looking to his surrounding trying to find something to help Yooka with and running aimlessly on the inside of the almost rectangular empty room. Why hadn´t he brought the Oran berries he had gathered in those woods he hated so much with him? Once again, Yigo was useless to help someone in need. He had always relied on others to solve his problems and he hated it, not because he didn´t want their help but because he was never able to pay them back. And there he was again, gazing upon an explorer that had helped him on that many occasions... bleeding... without doing nothing more than covering his eyes with his hands trying to unsee the crimson drops "Yooka... I... I can´t... I can´t help you. I´m sorry!"

| ((OOC: ok, i'll be waiting... in the meantime: hugs ahoy! btw: I must of been going crazy myself... I thought you ment it literally, lol)) Meanwhile, just before the sandshrew started to panic, Yooka could barely hear or really acknowledge the said Sandshrew's honest question and answer. She wasn't really paying attention to her surrounding when she asked the question of "what's going on" instead she was more focused on the same subject in question. She was injured; how so, she didn't know. She matter aswell use her birth move recover since it was an injury after all. After awhile she was able to see what's actually going on around her clearer and to what she saw, was funny. Ofcourse it wasn't however... he didn't know she could repair her own body at any point if she's not unconscious. Seeing the panicked sandshrew freaking out was a bit confusing aswell. She got up and gave the guy a hug, leaving her bag next to the door. "Eh, The thought counts. You weren't prepaired for this kind of thing, but like I always try to go by... don't assume the absolute worst till it happens. If you happen upon a downed peep, and it's obvious they're an explorer, look in their bag. They should be prepaired for this stuff, if not, they diserved what came to them. They should've known the dangers. Anyways, I'm used to it... Check it. You may find that its already healed. heheheh..."- ooc, forcing myself to cut here.:
Just as she wanted to hear the sandshrews reaction she got distracted by the painting in the room. It was grinning rather widely and rather 3D. The Haunter was back and it looked like it was cackling, "Your good at being a ghost indeed and here's me thinking you were a living thing. The injury was deep yet it vanished without you or him doing anything about it but space out. You sure your a Kecleon? Hahaha! Guess I'm not needed then." Yooka didn't know if she should thank or question what the Haunter ment by all that.
She wasn't really paying much attention to anything still except what she should do to get the box for the mission. It was of a higher priority than making friends with anyone but maybe she should respond to the residents of this place. She pondered to herself and spoke out loud. "mmm, Perhaps I am. Pff, I've been through worse than this after all." It sneered and left through the painting but not before saying, "Well it seems you're causing yet more problems and didn't you say you were here for something...? I'm not even going to try to stop or even help you. So, good bye." Yooka perked to what was just said and turned towards the Haunter. "Wait... what? Causing prob-? mmrrr... so what." She picked up her bag before looking towards the Sandshrew. Matter aswell try to calm the sandshrew while she waited for the Furfrou or whatever. "aaanyways, yea, I can be a bit wierd in like... every aspect. buuut, forget that guy and myself, how about you? you alright?"
((ooc: ahh, I'm over extending chats again. If your character would interupt at a point... just do it. I'll edit my post to how your character was at that point or completely cut it off because some actions can change the future. :3))

| He was sorry for all the trouble he had caused to Yooka. Unlike her, Yigo didn´t have the resources to heal a wound like the one she had. Just as he was going to peek at her to see what was she was going to respond he felt the cold of her body against his own. The hug didn´t felt as comforting as others, and the weather hadn´t helped much in setting the warm tone as they were both a sloppy and wet from the rain and mud. However, loneliness had taken a toll on Yigo. It didn´t matter if it was Yooka, it didn´t even matter if she was still injured, the Sandshrew´s arms got around the lady´s chest and held it firmly. With his head now pressed against her stomach, he started to sob quietly. Yigo was not going to admit it but he needed that, he needed her words, even if they were lies what came out of the explorer´s mouth, he needed them. After each sentence, he was sure to let out a sound to make her aware that he was listening.
"You helped me in! You took a hit for me! Why are you so nice to me? I´m a criminal and you are an explorer! Why aren´t you slaying me?" He cried after she had finished with a light laughter. The burden he was carrying from Festivity Forest was too much now that she was treating him like he was her child. Even though he thought they were enemies, in between her arms he found safety.

| - ooc, like I said, the future can change. :
Ignoring the Haunter re-encounter. Or at least making this scene more awkward for when he gets mentioned. Even the NPCs veiws can be changed :3
Even though she held the hug as long as he kept it, she didn't know why she was doing it... just that this was needed. Why was she holding him? He was a stranger or at least, an Acquaintance. This guy was the same Sandshrew as back then but even then she didn't know him. Ah, well isn't that a coincidence... How did I not notice sooner...? She looked down to tell him something but he spoke first. What he said made her curious. At first her voice was as calm as it always was, "A criminal, huh? A pray tell, did you do? I didn't see any wrong coming from you here. As for how why I'm not 'slaying' you..." [i]Why would he be thinking this? Did he see someone from the guild do something? After a pause, her voice went pretty serious. "Explorers from the Guilds should NOT be doing that. Why would you think I would do that?"((OOC: I could cut it here, but this seems much more likely.)) She noticed in the corner of her eye the Haunter. She turned her head to look at it. The Haunter seemed to have been waiting there the entire scene and it was looking pretty sternly at Yooka. "What? She injected. The Haunter squinted, "Who are you really...? You make it out that your an explorer what with the badge and all... yet you behave and act like a criminal yourself." The Haunter shook it's head and ignored Yooka as he left through the painting. Yooka tried to speak out to grab its attention but failed. "Wait, what do you--? ...Is he talking about last time? ngh..." She didn't know how to act to that with the Sandshrew present.
