Jak {10} ^{-16 from travels}

Jak had heard there was a special kind of ribbon you can get that would help improve your experience as you fought in dungeons and other places. It was called a Joy Ribbon oddly. It sounded like a odd name for a ribbon to him. Someone had mentioned that they are found in Black Mist Mountain. It was quite a ways out there to travel. He did expect to have to camp out for a bit as he went there. He thought maybe he could give it to someone as a gift or get one for himself. He was not entirely sure at the time.

He thought for a bit as he traveled.

One night he set up a camp for the night and noticed a storm was coming. It was coming fast. He found a nearby cave to wait for it to past. After a while he noticed the storm might be a while so he would have to set up a camp there for now...

As the storm had hit. There was a massive amount of lightning in it. The sheer amount of it was a little worrying. There was no rain at first but as the wind started to pick up. The rain came down like a waterfall. The amount of thunder occurring was immense. "Glad I am not out there..." He said with a sigh.

Then suddenly a very powerful bright ball of energy appears next to the cave. Jak was a bit freaked out as being that far from it still felt like he was about to be hit with a very powerful electrical attack. He went towards the back of the cave as the ball of energy moved slowly past it then shot towards the direction of the town he had left. "Oh god that does not look good! What is that!" he said with a frightful tone.

It then vanished as it got some distance. Never reaching the town only to have an extremely powerful bang occur that hurt his head pretty badly.
'Why was that sooooo loud....' he though as he held onto his head in pain. As his head started to feel better he looked around the cave to see if anyone else was in there.. He did not want to go to sleep to find out someone had been staying in there the whole time waiting for him.

Jak looked at Noel. 'Funny. Obera didn't even know what love was...' he thought.

The mist was starting to rise higher. It was now about halfway up his body in height. Noel then asked how fast he could run. "I can't run too fast. However, I am sure I can run fast enough." he said as he began to sprint. He was not entirely sure why Noel wanted them to run. It was probably so she wouldn't have to drag him everywhere since she would be the only one able to see due to having aura sensing abilities...

Noel had her hands in her pockets and was running... backwards. "You know sometimes it's just good to run, gets some excess energy out. Plus it's good for you" she said giving reason for her sudden wanting to run. She was taller and stronger so her small jog was keeping up with Jak's Sprint no problem. They had also managed to get high enough for the mist to only be around Noel's feet. So that was good also

Jak noticed the mist was starting to get lower as they ran. Well more like him running as she was simply jogging backwards. Due to her leg length and strength she could keep up very easily with her pace. Him however would have to go twice as fast just to keep up due to having shorter height and legs.

"Yea..." he said as he kept at it a little longer until the mist was completely gone. He began to slow down a bit. "Think we are good for a bit?" he said as he turned around to see the mist was actually pretty far down.

He had probably used up a decent amount of energy however he was still ready to go on.

"Sure why not" she said to him as she turned around her hands still in her pocket. She then brought out her black notebook and hung back behind Jak. She got bored so she started to read all the things that had happened to her. She didn't know she wrote in a way that not a lot of Pokemon understood. She wrote with small letter Pokemon her mother once showed her.

Jak looked to see that Noel had taken out the journey she got. He was curious to what was being written however he did not bother to ask or even attempt to look. He knew it was private and would be upset himself if someone were to do the same to him. So he continued walking letting her do her thing. He looked up to the sky. The previous small bits of clouds in the area had seemed to have left. The sun is now about center in the sky signifying its mostly mid day now.

He then noticed an oran berry along the path as they were walking. He picked it up and put it in his bag as they walked past it.

Noel walked along the path before stopping. She looked around feeling something. She then didn't feel the same feeling again so she walked on this time putting her journal in her backpack. "Sorry just thought I sensed something" she told him as she walked onward. The path then hit a downward spiral leading back down into the mist. "Only one way" she said as she started walking

Jak {9} ^{-1 from encounter}

Jak noticed a orb alongside the path lead to a downward spiral. It was one of those fancy orbs he saw Noel use once that dragged items in. He smiled as he wanted to use it right away. "Hey Noel! Check this out!" he said as he picked up the item. "Its one of those Trawl orbs you used before. I wanna try this one out." he said with a smile. He then smashed the orb on the ground next to him and watched for the items to come forth.

Noel looks at the item and watches as he makes the item's come. She scratched the back of her head and flinched in pain forgetting she had just had her head spit open. She looked up and saw four item's feeling like he deserves something rare she quickly and quietly threw a shiny stone in the pile. She made it seem like the stone was pulled by the orb though.

Jak {24} ^{+15 from sitrus berry}

Jak saw the items get dragged in by the orb. There were a total of five items, two of which were sitrus berries. One of them was one of those weird orbs Noel had a tendency to have fall out of her bag at the worse possible times and the other... He did not quite recognize at all. Then the odd shiny stone. He wondered what kind of stone this was...

Jak picked up the items and brought put them in his bag with the exception of the sitrus berries. He handed one to Noel and stated that she should eat it. "You should probably have one of these. You are probably still recovering from that head injury." he said as he noticed she flinched when she had went to scratch her head. The injury was still there it seemed.

He thent took the other berry and ate it. It was sweet to him. Something he loved a lot.

He then showed Noel the shiny stone after he finished his berry. "What do you think this is?" he asked her as he showed her the shiny stone.

Noel took the berry and smiled. "Thanks" she said as she ate the berry and felt a energy boost from it. She smirked knowing that exactly what the item was. "It's a rare evolution stone" she said as she looked at the other items and shrugged. "Let's go" she said as she started walking along the path. She ended up going to a large open area that was free of the mist. Noel then sensed something and got into a fighting stance ready.

Jak {24}

Jak was walking through the forest along the path. They stumbled across an open field. It had many items spread over it. "oh no..." then immediately they were surrounded by a mass of pokemon. Ranging from poochyena and mightyena, And various other pokemon. It was not a good sign however Jak felt safe around Noel. He would focus on anything that came after him first. Since Noel was capable of handling things pretty well on her own. His only worry was her recent head injury. He would keep an eye out just in case she needed his assistance.

As the pokemon came closer to him. He readied a viciously bluish white flame as they came near.

Noel paused for a moment then decided something. "Jak stand back" she said as she walked to the middle of the field as the feral Pokemon surrounded her. "I am Noel daughter of Maria the army of one. If you don't stand down I'll be forced to fight" she said as some of the Pokemon seemed worried about the title that was given to her but others didn't seem worried. "Very well then" Noel said as she got into a new stance with both legs extended and one arm up with the other down touching the ground.

"I remember the move now. It's her signature one." A bone then appeared in her up paw and Noel looked up a small red line following her red eye's. "Bone rush" she said as she made a mad dash using her front paw to throw herself at her enemy. She used the bone to hit two of the larger dog Pokemon and sent them flying as she spun around and slammed it into the Aron. Beating it with one hit she focused on the others and flipped the bone around blocking the Marowak.

Wasting no time she force palmed the ground type into a wall knocking it unconscious as she turned to focus on the smaller Pokemon. They all jumped at her which was a bad move because in two swings with the bone she had knocked them all down. The two bigger Pokemon she threw away came back as she slammed her paw into one of their head and the bone yt? The other causing them to both slump to the ground unconscious. "Told you" she said with a smirk as she turned to Jak

Jak was a bit shocked to see how fast this had all happened. Noel basically told them to either back down or she would be forced to fight them. It was quite a threat to a horde of pokemon. Many of them were beaten to a pulp. Only few actually stood up and stared at them. He noticed Noel turning to him. The pokemon seem to just stand there. Theme seem to get the hint that it was going to be very painful to continue. Jak could not understand why they would not leave. He kept a flame ready in case one decided to charge.

Noel looked at the Pokemon who had decided to stay. Her red eye's showed no compassion as she looked at the causing all but one mightyana to stand up to her. It ran at the Lucario as she spun the bone around just as he leaped at her face. It impacted and knocked him out cold. Noel turned to see a weirdly colored bird behind Jak. "Jak behind you" she said hoping he'd react before it attacked him

Jak spun around instantly. Since he had already a powerful flame built up. He quickly launched it as he spun right at the bird pokemon. He then jumped out of the way. Some rocks were being lifted in the air. ^{Ancient Power}
He jumped out of the way as the rocks were tossed straight at him. He dodged them easily due to his training alongside Fang. He was somewhat used to the move by now. He was prepared to move again since the stones were under complete control of the pokemon. However it seemed the bird did not change their direction. It was as if it simply tossed the stones and lost control of them.

After the blast of fire the bird had received. It was apparent that it was powerful enough to leave a few scorch marks. It was apparent the fire barely affected the bird. So he kept on the defensive until Noel came to take it out. Rock types were always a problem with fire type moves...
