Miles walked down the street as he headed towards home. Finding a job is tough...I guess I'll have to try again tomorrow... He had tried many different places, and yet he couldn't seem to get a job there. Either it was boring, it didn't pay well, or he wasn't qualified. One of the three applied to each of the jobs he'd tried for. He sighed, hoping he might get lucky soon...

Suddenly, as he looked to his left, something caught his eye. He stopped as he looked over at one of the shops, called "Bloom Dresses", though that wasn't what he was interested in. He could see a Gardevoir out front, doing something. She was wearing a white scarf and had violet eyes...he couldn't help but notice her. He stopped and looked for a little bit.

Bloom smiled shyly. "I think I am..."
'say something else dummy!' she thought to herself.
"A-Are you?" She asked

Miles nodded. "Indeed I am..." Miles paused, thinking what to ddo or say next. "Does...does that mean...?"

Bloom smiled shyly. "I...I think...."

Miles nodded. He looked around, seeing nobody was around. He then leaned slowly towards Bloom, hoping she would understand what he was trying to do.

Bloom looked around quickly, hoping nobody would see. She leaned over getting closer and the two of the kissed.

Miles felt an amazing rush when they kissed. He felt so happy doing it. They pulled away after a minute. Miles looked around. It still seemed empty. "Well...that was...amazing." Miles could tell he was blushing.

Bloom blushed but just smiled to hide it. "T-That was...well...amazing. Like you said." Bloom finally said after a minute of silence.

Miles grinned. "This...was nice. I've...never done anything like this before...I wonder what someone else would think about that...?"

Bloom looked around. "Maybe you should ask one of them?" She said, pointing to a table who seemed to be staring at them. "Awkward." She whispered.

Miles rubbed his arm. "I...I don't know...a human and a pokemon...in love..." Miles's heart raced when he said that last part. "...what if they reacted badly? I've heard stories about a long time ago when certain groups of humans weren't aloud to date some of the other groups...it didn't go we'll for them..." He looked at Bloom. "I want this to go well for us. We need to be more, what's the word?, stealthy about finding out how people would react to us. We can't risk letting our love being ridiculed when the world isn't ready for us."

Bloom looked at the group again. "...I want this to go well too, Miles. But what if that group tells about us to...like...everyone? Do you think it will effect us?" She asked turning to look at Miles.

Miles shrugged. "I don't know." Miles then put on of his hands on Bloom's. "But we will make it work. For now, we should show our affections in private, in case we won't be accepted, okay?"

Bloom nodded. "The last thing we want is to be criminals for being in love." She joked.
