Notes;

• Pokemon all start at level 12 or below.
  
• One egg move per pokemon. No TMs or Move Tutor Moves.
  
• History must also include how you met your first pokemon.
  
• Pokemon's ability can be either a normal one or a dream world ability.
  
• All Starter Pokemon must be chosen from the lists I will provide below. They are all rather basic. If you wish to ask for one not in the lists, PM me or speak to me in the chatbox and i'll consider letting you.
  
• You must live in the region where you can find your starter.
  
• Characters should be 13 or 14.
  
• Characters should not have any previous relation to another character.
  
• Characters shouldn't live in the same town or city as another character.
  
• Partners cannot be shiny.

Personality: Izzy is rather shy and silent, speaking only when absolutely nessary, but barely above the sound of a whisper. She stays away from crowds, feeling trapped and insecure in them, both antisocial and claustrophobic.
History: Izzy was born in Dewford Town, and was orginally an energetic, rowdy young child, which her parents couldn't seem to handle. Deciding to try and 'fix' her personality, her mom took just Izzy and her on a 'vacation' for her fifth birthday. The destination was the Kano Kanto region, exact location, Saffron City. The huge bustling city seemed to excite the enthusiastic child, who proceeded to hammer her exhausted mother with random questions, and attempt to lead them to everywhere that they could possibly go. After about an hour or so of this (Torture by Izzy's mom, Absolute Fun by Izzy), her mom decided to 'buy some ice cream' and faded into the crowd. At first the young girl gladly liked the freedom, moving away from the designated spot, going through the seemingly endless city much faster than with her mom. In fact, she made so much headway, she became undeniably lost. Being the age that she was, Izzy began to call out for her mother among the hundreds of people which crowded at different sights. Figuring that she could find her mom herself without help, she began to go through the crowd slowly but steadily. Each person which passed by blurred into one, becoming a wall preventing her from reachin her destination. Unable to find her mother, Izzy began to feel trapped in the population, before a kind looking gentleman saw her and offered to help the youngster. Of course, she was easily fooled and went with the man, walking through the crowd without another thought. Suddenly she saw her mother coming back with the ice cream towards the meeting spot(took her long enough), and called out to her mother. Shock seemed to form on her mom's face, before she ran, but she was already to late. The unknown man grabbed her roughly, ran to a nearby car, and locked her in the back. Not purely understanding what was going on, but understanding that she was in a very bad position, the five year old felt fear like ice daggers piercing her skin.

Around a year passed, since the day she was abducted, and the outgoing trusting girl had vanished in the musty air, leaving behind an empty husk of a human that once was, not trusting a single soul that lived on the earth. Each day slowly bled into the next, but the listless Izzy didn't seem to care, having matured much more than a child normally could in a short span of time. She was about to doze off into a light sleep when heavy footsteps, resounded through the hallway,

Other: Izzy loves to, and is really good at singing, but only sings when she knows nobody exept the Pokemon is around. If anyone would find her singing/hear it, she will possibly die XD

I'm just gonna tell you straight because I don't want to give you false hope but there is a chance that I might just close the RP with only 12 characters, which is the number that are approved at the moment. I'm undecided right now but just giving you fair warning. If you no longer want to make a character, that's up to you.

Personality: He is a mischief making, but fun loving guy who will often stay out of a crowd and talk with his pokemon more so than others. he jokes around and does the occasional prank on figures of authority.
History: Max grew up as an orphan, due to his parents having been killed by team rocket. He found his partner zack roaming the streets hungry. he gave the pikachu some food and they eventually became the best of friends. he does have a pokeball, but zack often stays out of it.

Other: his pikachu tends to "find" things and claims them for his own.

@Maxi; I'm guessing you mean Tail Whip and not Tail Wag...

Also, in your history you haven't really shown anything to do with the potential that Epochire Academy searches for when selecting it's students. It needs to be a little more than feeding a Pikachu once. For example, other characters have shown some natural talent, or determination and will for achieving what they want to achieve.

Personality: Sarcastic, Joyous, Braggy, Couragous, Defensive for his friends.
History: Nit much is known about Taylor's past. Other than him growing up mainly in the Viridian forest. At the age of 11 he met his partner Charmander being attacked by a flock of pidgeottos. He jolted out to save Charmander taking hits all around him to protect Charmander showing his determination and couragiousness to receive his letter to join Epochire.
