» Likes: pretty much anyone. He loves to make friends, no matter what they're like. Age, appearance, personality, gender..it does not matter to him. He just likes company and comfort. The sky.

» Dislikes: Mean comments, hot days, really cold days

» Personality: Reckless. Honestly? Astrid isn't aware of the things around him. He just bounces around without a care in the world, oblivious to the dangers and consequences awaiting him. This is why he gets hurt easily; he doesn't watch out for the warning signs. It just hits him full-blast out of the blue.
Joyful. what a happy fellow he is. all his life, he will be that bubbly, positive one in the crowd. almost all the time, he doesn't dwell on the past, the dark thoughts or anything related to that. Astrid enjoys putting a smile on everyone's face, no matter what the situation.
Fragile and sensitive. First, he can't take criticism lightly, but rather, harshly and literally. Any comment about him, and Astrid will want to fit his needs to be perfect. second, he's fragile; if someone calls him stupid or they say they hate them, he'll probably break down into tears and avoid that said being for a couple of weeks. but lastly, the most important thing, trust. you break it, you'll probably never get it back.

» History: Astrid had a pretty normal life. His mother and father pushed him away, they were to young. Astrid was a mistake. The Eevee family who lived near by took him in, raising him in the ways off Eevee. Therefore, he was social and bubbly, unlike other Pokemon of his species. Astrid soon set off to Grassveil Town to go make friends.

I don't know of any ability called Shard Scale.... Also you need the species name along with the pokedex number. in this case it would be "Dragon Pokemon"
