Exploring the Cave (Closed to me and Davonta)

First topic message reminder :

"Hey, Davonta! You there? Sorry I'm late!" Aero called. She didn't see her pikachu acquaintance at the moment, but she was sure he was around here somewhere. He had also seemed excited to come here, and he also didn't seem like the kind of pokemon that would abandon her... She then had a slightly embarrassing thought hit her, "I sure hope I came to the right place. It would be embarrassing of I came to the wrong cave." The Archen said her thoughts out loud for some unclear reason. But anyway, she would not be pleased if she had messed up this chance of getting to explore Serene Cave.

Despite her slight fear of being at the wrong place, Aero couldn't help but be pretty excited. She was still new to exploring and all, but how hard could it be?... She had no idea. But hey, she was going to do something with her life. That was what counted. And this 'Serene Cave' seemed like a good place to officially start.

"What did you find now Aero?" Davonta had a feeling that they would find more items while they were exploring Serene Cave..

When the archen noticed a silver gleam, she walked towards it. "Hey, that looks sharp." Aero commented as she noticed an Iron Thorn on the ground. "I guess I'll hang onto it. It might come in handy, or maybe I can sell it later." She shrugged, and after that she picked up the thorn. "Well... I'm going to sleep. Wake me up if you see a feral pokemon." She called as she walked back towards the cave in the wall.

Davonta gave Aero a nod before he began looking out for any feral pokemon around but he doesnt find any. An hour later and Davonta is very bored so he fiddled with the goggles he had until he heard something it sounded like a pile of rocks moving on the floor. Davonta peeks outside of the cave to find out what the noise was. The noise came from two gravelers walking straight toward him. Davont quickly goes to Aero and begins to try to wake her up. "Aero two Gravelers are coming!"

The archen was flying through the sky, the wind brushing through her multicolored feathers. The blue sky was above her, and everything turned white for a breif moment as Aero soared straight through a cloud. This was amazing! She looked down to see tiny green things that were trees, and little black dots that were the pokemon below her. She could have sworn she heard someone running towards her, then a voice said... "Aero two Gravelers are coming!"

Then, Aero woke up. "What is it Davonta? I was having the best dream..." She mumbled, slowing lifting herself to her feet. She looked behind the pikachu to see... Two gravelers. One looked a little beat-up, but very, VERY mad. Aw, shoot. That must have been the Graveler Davonta beat before. "Dang it! Alright Davonta, it's two-on-two. Ya ready?" She asked, but didn't wait for an answer. Aero launched a Dragon Pulse at the graveler Davonta knocked out before, her dream already forgotten.

(I'll try to get on again later tonight, but other then that I doubt I'll be able to get online again until Monday afternoon. Sorry about that.)

"I guess that I got the other Graveler." Davonta said as he saw Aero attacking the Graveler he defeated before. Davonta charges at the other Graveler and tackles it. The Graveler took little damage the Gaveler then used tackle on Davonta. davonta was too close to dodge the incoming attack and was launched into a neaby wall. "That hurts." Davonta said. Davonta then uses thunderbolt but the Graveler dodges it.

(I was able to get on for a minute, sorry for not being on during the weekend.)

The Graveler used Rock Throw at Aero, sending the Archen flying back. She jumped back to her feet and tried Dragon Pulse again, since she didn't know anything else that would hurt a Rock-and-Ground-type very much. Her blow made the Graveler stumble, but it seemed a bit too strong to be knocked over. To top it off, the Rock Pokemon seemed much, MUCH madder. "Well, this isn't good." Aero mumbled a moment after a misaimed Rock Throw attack soared right past her head.

Aero had another idea, she charged at the Rock Pokemon using Quick Attack. It hadn't taken much damage from her attack, but it did stumbled once more thanks to her speed. Aero took advantage of the chance and fired a third Dragon Pulse. It couldn't have much health left now, right? It had already been hit by two Dragon Pulses and a Quick Attack...

The Graveler charges at Davonta. Davonta was a little dazed when the Graveler tackled him into the wall. The Graveler grabbed Davonta and took his goggles before he threw him across the cave. Davonta immedatly got to his feet and began to get furious "GIVE ME MY GOGGLES BACK!!!!" Davonta yelled. Davonta used a high voltage thunderbolt at the Graveler but yet again it dodged the attack. Davonta got even more furious he runs toward the graveler quickly tackling it. The Graveler was knocked back a few feet but it was still standing and tries to tackle the furious pikachu. Davonta quickly dodged the attack and got behind the Graveler before he used his high voltage thunderbolt. Davonta's attack lands on the Graveler for a few seconds before it is defeated. Davonta walks to the Graveler and snatches his goggles out of its hands. Davonta puts them back on his head and rushes over to Aero to help. "Need a hand?" Davonta asked he was still angry though.

Aero had just fired a purple beam of dragon-fueled power at the Graveler, when she suddenly heard a cry -Or rather, a yell- from Davonta. She hadn't caught the Pikachu's words, but boy, he sounded mad. The archen harnessed her willpower to stop herself from flinching because of the sudden noise, but in the process stopped firing her Dragon Pulse. As soon as her attack stopped, the Graveler threw a ton of rocks into the air. Aero wasn't sure what the feral pokemon was doing until it was too late. The rocks came back down and fell around her, trapping the archen in a tomb of stone. It wasn't rocket science to figure out she had to get out of the rocks. Aero used Quick Attack to burst through the stones, glaring daggers at the feral pokemon.

"Alright Stoney, you're getting it now!" Aero declared boldly, jumping up into the air. Her wings hardened into some sort of hard substance as she prepared a Wing Attack. The Archen dived at the Graveler, knocking it back a bit. "Need a hand?" She heard Davonta's voice ask and quickly shook her head. "I got this, Davonta! Plus, I want to show Stoney what I think of him for trapping me in a Rock Tomb!" Aero called, tossing her Iron Thorn at the feral Rock Pokemon.

Davonta kept his distance from the battle he wouldn't interfer unless he absoultly had to. Davonta had most of his attention on his goggles he observed them to see if anything was wrong with them while Aero was fighting the Graveler.

Once the Iron Thorn dug into the Graveler's rocky arm, it let out a roar in rage. It tried to use tackle at Aero, but the archen swiftly moved out of the way. "Here's a taste of your own medicine!" She called she she used Rock Tomb at the Graveler. Thankfully, the Rock Pokemon seemed to have finally fainted. "... It looks like we finally beat them!" She smiled, clearly pleased with this victory. She didn't even feel tired anymore. There was a slight gleam in her eye that only an observant pokemon would notice as she looked around for any other foes. She didn't see another feral pokemon yet, but she did see an item...

Davonta was too busy looking at his goggles to notice that Aero had defeated the Graveler. "Good nothing is wrong with them." Davonta gave his goggles a small electric shock before he put them back on. Davonta noticed a fainted Graveler on the ground. Davonta looks at Aero noticing she found another item "What is it this time Aero?" Davonta asks

The Archen looked on the ground to find... Another Iron Thorn. "Nothing much." Aero responded to Davonta's question, showing him the Iron Thorn as proof. "Let's find another spot to rest through the night. I don't want to sleep next to a Graveler's den." She remarked as she kept going onwards.

"Yeah that would be a good idea." Davonta agreed with Aero. Davonta exits the cave with Aero close by. When Davonta got to the entrance of the cave he went left after all the gravlers that attacked them came from the right. Davonta didn't talk much because he was thinking about something.

Although Aero noticed the silence, she didn't question it. She was too tired to care much at that point, plus she still felt a little beat-up by the Graveler. She noticed a few broken stones in a pile in about the same place she trapped the Paras. "Looks like that Paras got out." She remarked, seriously hoping that the annoying bug wouldn't track them down. On the upside, if it had gotten out, at least she hadn't killed it. Sure, the Archen had no lost love towards the Paras, but to just end a life seemed a little... Extreme. Aero quickly shook her head and continued following the Pikachu as he entered the left path.

Davonta was interrupted in the middle of his thoughts. "Huh.. yeah it sure looks like it." Davonta replied to Aero's comment. Davonta continued to walk until he triped on something. "Oww what was that." Davonta said as he got back up.
