A Joyful quest.

Noels mind snapped back to reality, she found herself standing in the entrance of the Black Mist Mountain, Noel quickly shook her head before staring at the large mountain. "Huh, How'd I." Noel said before shaking her head. "Doesn't matter i suppose, did i sleep walk here or something." Noel asked herself, she had no sleeping problems she knew about, besides grabbing things randomly. "Did i come here for something?" Noel asked only herself before staring at the ground, was she losing it?

"That's right, i came here for, An item." Noel said to herself trying to recall what item she was looking for. "Can't remember." Noel once said looking back at the mountain, what happened was she walked here for a while, she was fatigued from fighting her way here and collapsed before she reached her destination, luckily nothing bad happened while she was asleep, yet she forgot what happened since she was running on will power till the end.

"Oh ya, I was training near the Fiery Peak, i guess i got hurt really bad." Noel said now noticing the small burn marks on her coat. "Alright, guess i should eat something." Noel reached into her bag and pulled out a Oran berry, she ate it before walking towards the area.

Energy: 54 (60-16+10)

Aaron made a rather tiresome journey to the mountains. His mission was to find a Joy ribbon, no matter what. Aaron really wanted to be a Hydreigon, and if this Ribbon effect were true? He'll get to that goal faster then before. Not only could he see, he could fly too. Plus, he would have some fearsome appearance that would make the smaller Pokemon shake in their boots. He would of go to the Coral forest, but the bastard that told him about it didn't feel the need to tell him that he needed to be a water type to even have a chance in there. Thank Arceus that he could swim. The next place he heard about is this mountain, though he heard that getting a Joy Ribbon there was rare.

Taking an Oran berry out of his bag, he greedily ate it and carried on with his travels. That was when he caught Noel's scent. "Noel is that you?" Aaron asked. Aaron wasn't aware that they were at the entrance, but he just glad he could see her again.

(20 - 16 + 10 = 14.)

"Huh." Noel said still a bit out of it after just coming to, she tunred her head slightly around to see a Deino standing along the path. "Ya Aaron it's me." Noel said fully turning around and walking a bit forward toward the Deino. "What brings you to this mountain, this place can be quite dangerous ya know." Noel said recalling there were large Pokemon here, though not too strong, she once found a small psychic Pokemon.

Aaron was glad that Noel was here. He didn't really think that he could survive in a place like this. His original plan was to find a Ribbon and get out of there without being caught. However, with Noel here, he might stand a chance against the feral. "Yeah I know, I'm just trying to find a certain ribbon. Something that will help me get stronger faster. My plan was to sneak past any Feral in this moutain and see if I can find any Joy Ribbons. Maybe two for Alona? Either way." Aaron rubbed his neck. He knew it was rather reckless of him to be here, considering this is his first time here. But he was determined to get stronger. "How about you? You smell like you fought with a fire type."

"That is very reckless and kinda stupid, I'm proud of you." Noel said jokingly, honestly a lot of Pokemon did that, like before when Noel showed up at the mountain again and had to defend a small Pokemon, kinda stupid if you end up running into a Large Pokemon. "I honestly don't remember, must of gotten so tired fighting my Body moved on its own, i came here for some reason." Noel said struggling to remember why she came here, all at once it snapped back to her. "Oh ya, I came here for you. I was coming here to find a Ribbon for you, ya know since you wanna get stronger, though who doesn't wanna get strong." Noel said with a small smirk that Aaron couldn't see.

Aaron laugh awkwardly, kicking the rock that was in front of him. "It was a stupid thing to do huh?" Aaron listen closely at Noel's reasoning for coming here. So she was helping Aaron get a Joy Ribbon. Well then, this will make this trip even better."Wow, Thanks noel. Well, since we're here with the same goal in mind, wanna go together? With your help, fighting as a last resort if we're end up being caught will be much easier." Though Aaron was Honestly expecting Noel to fight anyway to get stronger, despite the fact that she was wounded.

"Kinda, but hey I do stupid things all the time, sometimes you gotta take the less intelligent route in order to have fun and find new things." Noel told Aaron before hearing his next question. "Nah I think I'll let you fend for yourself, Duh I'm coming with you, wouldn't be able to stop me even if you tried." Noel said with a small laugh at her own dumb Joke . "Well lets get moving, Item ain't gonna find itself, if it did that'd be weird, actually guess a Trawl orb can do that." Noel said actually managing to add reason to her joke.

"Heh, yeah that is true. but you also want to be efficient." Aaron started to walk towards the enterence, hearing the winds howl. It was pretty scary, he isn't going to lie there. "Well, since I'm stuck with you looking for these items, Want me to take the lead? I can smell any feral that's in our way." Aaron smirked. Noel did had a point, they're not going to find the items themselves, minus the Trawl orb. Trawl orb... "Hey, you don't suppose you have one of those, do you?" Aaron asked. If she does, finding them would be so much easier. Nevertheless, his little Joy quest starts here.

"Stuck with me eh, funny i was just thinking the opposite." Noel retaliated smirking before giving a small shrug. "I should take the lead, if a Feral Charges i can stop them." Noel replied thinking since to the mountain was a slightly straight path anything charging would go for the Pokemon in the front. "Sadly i didn't bring them with me, didn't think I'd be looking for items, the idea to get you one sorta just came to me while training, most of my equipment now is combat based not scavenger based.[/color]" Noel told him, Noel looked up and saw something flying at them. "Company, giant bird type company." Noel said calmly.

Noel's joke are really something. That what Aaron likes about her, she likes to fight and crack a few jokes. Even if a few of them were... not her best. "If that the case, I'll alert you when some feral are coming to get us alright?" Aaron allowed Noel to past by him and followed her. Taking a whiff with his handy dandy nose of his, Aaron could smell some feral already. As he was about to comment on it, Noel had already announced one of them were coming, a flying type too. "That not all, other feral are hiding somewhere. Get ready!" Aaron took this opportunity to fire his Dragon Rage at the flying Pokemon. Even if Aaron was rather weak around here, he at least wanted to help.

"Yup, though they don't wanna play right now, must think that bird can take us both out." Noel said watching the attack from Aaron get fired at the Aerodactyl, Noel watched as the Pokemon spun around dodging the attack, it was accustomed to areal battle. As Noel was watching she didn't notice another Areodactyl come at her side, before she could react with a attack it was on her bashing her in the stomach with its wing, this knocked the air out of the Lucario and forced her backwards, these Pokemon were stronger then the normal kind she encountered, Noel was going to be hit by another coming from her other side but she managed to recover before the attack could connect, jumping up then falling on the Pokemons back she was dragged into the air by the Pokemon.

Noel balanced herself but was quickly almost spun off, Noel fell and raised her arms to block another attack coming from the third Areodactyl, it connected with her arms and forced her back to being grounded kicking up some dust, once it settled it was clear. Noel had landed and was holding the Pokemon, Noel smirked as she spun on her heel and threw it over to her left, it collided with with wall and bounced off, Noel then rushed it with a Force palm right into the stomach causing it to get bashed into the wall, it became stuck and fainted rather quickly. "Alright, guess it's time to get serious." Noel said cracking one of her knuckles.

Energy 24 (34-10)

While Noel was handling with the three Aerodactyl, Aaron was more preoccupied with the three Pokemon on his own. Two of of the Pokemon are the Cubones, while the leader is the Marowak. Aaron got to his battle stance, a little unease about the being too weak for this Area. He gotta fight though, he wanted to impress Noel. One of the Cubone threw it bone at Aaron. Aaron listen closely at the object cutting though air. As soon it was about to hit the Deino, Aaron caught it with his teeth, spitting it out to the side. "I may be blind, but I'm not deaf!" Aaron barred his death and charge at the Cubone who threw its bone at him. However, the other Cubone took that opportunity to throw his own Bone, hitting Aaron on the side of the head. Aaron held his head to ease the pain. The Leader decided to folow it up by slamming it's bone across Aaron's face, Causing him to be knocked back.

"Damn it... I don't know If I can win this..."

Noel glanced over to Aaron, she quickly looked back to her fight. One of the Aerodactyls had decided to try and rush her while she was standing, Noel leaped up dodging the attack then started running, she next to the mountain in a path that lead up, she ran while the second Areodactyl flew beside her, its claw glowed with a bluish flame, Dragon claw. Noel stopped and ducked dodging the attack, it missed causing the Areodactyl to instead send its claw right into a rock, Noel took this chance to run over to it, she jumped to her left pressing her feet on the rock wall beside her, she then kicked off it and hit the Pokemon with her Force palm, this caused its claw to leave the rock and go back into the air.

Sadly Noel wasn't able to stop herself and was again vulnerable in the air, the second Areodactyl had seen this and flew towards her, it became engulfed in streaks of white light and went towards her. Noel thought fast and pulled her fist back, using a basic punch she attacked the Pokemon clashing, since she had no power behind her move she still got hurt in the hand, though that's better then the stomach. Noel landed on the ground and looked up at to see Aaron still slightly far away.. "You got this Aaron, Stand and Fight!"

Aaron struggled to pick himself up. Hearing Noel's words inspired him to keep fighting. "Yes Noel, Not giving up now!" But the question is, how is he going to win this? He could beat the two Cubones no problem, but the Marowak was far stronger then him. Even with Noel's inspiration, he doesn't even know he could beat it on his own. Aaron's thought was interrupted as one of the Cubones decided to give Aaron another wack with his bone. Not falling for that attack, Aaron swiftly dodges it and bit into the Cubone's Stomach. Before he could retaliate, Aaron fired his Dragon Rage at point blank range. The cubone was knocked out before he was sent flying into the wall.

While Noel was trying to inspire Aaron she forgot about the last Areodactly, Noel let out a sigh and got into a fighting stance, she closed her eyes as the Pokemon charged at her, mouth full of fire. Noel sat there unmoving with her right paw back and left paw forward, her stance had her left foot facing forward while her right foot was facing more to the side, waiting until the Pokemon was near, she could feel the flames against her Coat, she used her left paw to deliver a quick strike up making the Areodactyls head go up, next within the split moment the head went up Noel let her right paw sail to the neck of the Pokemon with a Force Palm, Noel used the motion of her stance to deliver more power to the strike, this ended up making the Pokemon pass out.

Noel turned and went to go help Aaron when a blade almost cut her, she ducked back falling to the ground, she managed to recover and used one paw to flip back on to her feet, she looked up seeing an Absol with its head down low, it had tried to cut her in half. "Something tells me you ain't like the rest." Noel said forming the Bone Rush attack, the Absol smirked and looked at Noel. "No, I'm not." It then dashed at Noel the horn being imbued with a dark Purple Aura, it slashed at Noel only to be met with the attack Noel had prepared, both Pokemon sat there judging each others strength, They both Smirked before breaking contact getting into their own fighting stances.
