A Day in the Life of Mobius

A two-tailed fox was in his workshop, located in the Mystic Ruins, working on a new plane of his: the Tornado 3. Currently he was attaching various mechanical parts and other things to the plane's interior. "Just a few... more... twists..." He said to himself, tightening a bolt on the underside of the plane. "There. That takes care of the metal frame where the motor will sit." The kitsune then went to his swivel chair and sat down, taking a sip of his cream soda. "Even mechanics get thirsty every now and again." He said, again to himself, as he drank the drink in his hand.

At the same time, a pink hedgehog was walking down the street of one of Mobius' largest cities, Central City. She had decided that it was getting boring waiting for something exciting to happen so she looked for something to do herself.

"No problem." Blade smiled, watching him put the flux capacitor on the plane.

"HOLY CRAP, AMY!" Sonic yelped. The pink hedgehog had trumped him again! 'Whyyyyy?!' He thought desperately.

"OK, so this goes here, and then this goes there. Tighten this, and..." He climbed up into the cockpit and flipped a switch. The LCD dashboard turned on and glowed a light blue. "...Ta-da! LCD display installed!"

Amy was holding tight onto Sonic. "I have nothing to do... And you're always around for me to do something with, so...." She replied.

Blade grinned. "Brilliant! Is there any other parts you need installed?" She asked. The LCD display glowed a bright blue and seemed to light up the whole room from her perspective.


Sonic sighed. "Why don't you ask Cream or Sal to do something with?" He groaned. "You seem to always pick me." The hedgehog glanced at her in slight frustration.

Amy can't really take no for an answer, especially from sonic, so she just stays clinging on to him. "But I want to be with YOUUUU..." She said.

Tails continued to work on Tornado 3. "Now for the most important part: the internal workings of the plane."

"WHYYYYYYYYYY" Was all Sonic said, groaning. Didn't Amy have OTHER FRIENDS she could hang out with?!

"I thought you had those down already..?" Blade said questioningly. She had thought he had that covered. Must not have.

"Cause I love you! :D" She said.

Tails looked embarrassed. "Hehe, what I mean is that some of the parts haven't been installed. The motor's in there, it was just suspended by a platform I made for it. I moved that out of the way before you showed up. Mainly the drive belt, landing gear workings and all that are what I have left."

"No need to look embarrassed. I had no clue." Blade shrugged. "It isn't a problem."

"Wait.... WHAT?!" Sonic yelped.

(Man it took me forever to reply to this. lD Hope it isn't considered a bump.)

Amy smiled. "I want to marry you and be your wife and all that!" (Go Sonic Heroes for showing us she wants to marry him. lD Also, so that way they have something to do...) Suddenly, a familiar-sounding aircraft carrier (cough egg carrier cough. MARK 2!!) could be heard in the distance. Now afraid, Amy got up off of Sonic, and looked for the nearest way to get out of here before she could be- Nope, too late. Snatched again. "SONIC!!!" She yelped in fear. E-123 Omega had her in his hand. "Target captured." It said. "Ready for retrieval, Master Robotnik." A beam came up over Omega. "Oh great. JUST MY LUCK!" Amy said angrily. She tried to reach for her hammer, but Omega had his grip on her too tight.

Tails relaxed. "Hmm... alright, this goes there...." He went back to working on it. As the Egg Carrier mark 2 and Omega captured Amy, he had just put the finishing touches on the Tornado 3.

Blade suddenly heard a deep boom, like some sort of an aircraft was lifting off. "Tails.... I think it's the Egg Carrier again." She said, smirking. "Time to kick some bot butt." Grinning, she opened the door.

"Again?!" Sonic muttered under his breath. This had happened two times already! TWO TIMES! The hedgehog was sick of it! "I've had enough of this!" He yelled, racing after the carrier. (Number 2, might I add.)

Tails prepared the Tornado 3. Sticking a new 4-chamber electric battery inside it, he pressed a button, preparing the runway. He drove the Tornado 3 out to the runway, the Tornado 3 ready for takeoff. "We gotta find Sonic!" He said, a claw picking up Blade and setting her beside him on one of the wings. "Hold on tight, this one's gonna be bumpy!" He said, and with that they took off.

Blade nodded as Tails said the ride would be somewhat bumpy. "If my analysis is correct," She said. "Sonic should be chasing the carrier despite the fact that he just wants to be friends with Amy." The Wolf finished. This would be a likely hypothesis, given how this happened 2 times before. 'This happens too much. One is one time too many.' Blade thought.

Tails shook his head. "You'd be surprised how many times Egghead captures Amy. But to him, it's just a game." He replied.

Amy was still in Omega's grasp. "Every single time. Every SINGLE time Egghead has to capture me. For ONCE, just ONCE I'd like to be the one who's NOT captured. Yeah. Like THAT's gonna happen." She muttered to herself.

Blade. "Believe me, he's captured Lynetta's chao several times just for ransom. It's rediculous how many time I've had to go regain Lulu." She said. Remembering that, it had been easy, given it had been at night when she could become a werewolf and rip the steel robots and bars to shreds.

Sonic angrily muttered to himself as he ran. "Can't he choose something else to kidnap besides Lulu and Amy?!" He growled, almost like Blade. 'Don't let it get to you...' He thought.

Omega set Amy down. "What? We're not even to him-" "You got the wrong one, you incompetent robot!" The mad scientist yelled at Omega in another room. "I wanted the blue one! Or the one who comes at night and regains her beloved Lulu!" Amy took this chance to get off the carrier. And there she was, freefalling.

Sonic saw Amy falling from the carrier. 'Why the heck did she decide to free-fall?! That's suicide!' He thought. Running forward, before she hit the ground, the blue blur caught her. "Don't take this the wrong way." He told her. Sonic didn't need Amy thinking he loved her. He just didn't want to have another robot running around.
