Guildmaster Requests

Username(s): This should contain the usernames of all users whose characters will be joining or signing up in the team.
Guild: Either Grassveil or Aileron whichever your character is signing up at.
Team Name: Your desired team name, or the name of the team that your character will be joining.
Characters: The names and species of each character that will be joining the team, along with a link to their character records.
Bow/Band Colour Wanted: When signing up at a Guild, each member gains a coloured bow(in Grassveil) or a Band(in Aileron) along with their explorer's badge, map and treasure bag. It can be a colour of your choice. Each member signing up in a team should pick a colour. You don't need to list who will be getting which colour, just the colours of the bows that will be given out.
Thread: Finally, you need a link to the thread that you wish the Guildmaster to be present in, which should be located in the Guildmaster's Quarters board of the appropriate Guild. This should have already been created before you send this form. [Note: see 25th Sept edit]


After your form is seen by a Guildmaster Rper, they will edit a small notice into your post to say that the request has been taken care of. You may then Rp with them as they help sign your team up!

Note; When NPC RPers are busy or inactive, your team will be added to the roster but you do not have to complete a thread with the Guildmaster in order to sign up. If you check the Guild member records and your team and character have been added, consider that permission to proceed with Guild missions at your leisure.

Edit 25th September 2019; As of today a thread is not necessary for signing up to the Guild as staff members do not have the time to complete them and we don't want to unnecessarily take up your character's thread slots whilst waiting. If you still wish to have a thread with a Guildmaster, that is fine but you may also put N/A in the Thread field if you don't want to wait on anyone. Alternatively, you may post a thread but have it locked immediately and use that thread as a bonus post to count towards a level. If you are doing the latter, you may use it to summarise what happened during your Guild signup if you wish. Keep in mind that RPers taking advantage of this option to only post 100 words to get a free bonus post will have their thread deleted and the post will not count.
