| Here he was, Ailreon guild.
The more sophisticated guild, the one that gave homes to those who could fly, and had a stricter regimen.
Acro shivered in anticipation, he was here. He was an Archeops, he had flown all the way up here, and now he was going to apply for the transfer of Team Roark from Grassveil to here, Ailreon. It was like an upgrade of sorts, an accomplishment. He had gotten strong enough to come to here, and he was going to be one of the few to be the apprentice of this low population guild.
He may have been alone, yes.
But now was not the time to worry about partners. The Archeops reached forward with his wing, and knocked on the door with the knuckles of his talons.
He took a step back from the door, and waited.

| Aileana's claws flipped through the dusty pages of a tome. Being the leader of a guild wasn't the easiest job in the world, but she had a system that just made the days fly by. Her keen eyes scanned the words, completely focused in her task as she just rushed through the book. The outside world had disappeared more or less completely around her... But a strange rattling sound from the door caused the Archeops to snap out of it, her hands stopping as she raised her head. Yes, she realized. Someone had knocked on the door, that was only the sensible conclusion to draw.
Jumping down from her perch in front of the desk, she landed on the floor softly and tucked her arms to her sides, her feathers neatly preened. She wasted no time getting to the door, her pace fast though not fast enough to be called running. Aileana reached out to the door with her talons and opened it to greet the visitor behind it.
Seeing another Archeops was a rare treat, but if she was surprised, she didn't let it show. She kept her professional poker face as she opened her mouth enough to speak. "Yes? May I help you?" The guildmaster's voice and tone were a bit distant, but not openly hostile or something that should have given someone the impression that she wanted to push them away. She could not recognize this Pokémon, so she knew it wasn't someone who belonged to the guild... But it very well might have been someone who wanted to join, considering that they came straight to her.

| "Erm, yes, I'm Team Roark of Grassveil guild and would like to transfer to here," he spoke, perking up a bit as the guild master answered the door. To his surprise, it was another archeops! He was rather shocked by this development, in awe perhaps. Sure he had seen other Archen before, but never another archeops, even with archen he had only seen two or three. He stood straight, proud to be here at long last, and ready to begin his adventures as a guild member of the Ailreon guild.
It did not take long for a certain little murkrow join the archeops, though he was not really here WITH the archeops. Linus was breathing hard, having managed to get up the courage to just act without thinking, "Wanna join too!" he burst out, almost crashing into Acro. He swallowed as Acro suddenly looked at him, wonderful, he had attracted unwanted attention. Just great.
((Note; could you assign Linus to Acro's team, I need him to be forced on it because he's a chicken))

| "Hmm," Aileana let out a small sound as the other Archeops stated his business. She stayed quiet for a moment as her eyes looked over the Pokémon, inspecting him. From Grassveil Guild, Team Roark... Yes, she knew what he was talking about. "I see. I have... Heard about you. I heard that you were doing well in Grassveil," the Archeops replied after a moment of silence, actually recognizing this Pokémon's fame. His name... Well that she wasn't entirely sure if she remembered based on what she had heard, Arco or Acro or something like that. She was bound to know it for sure after this meeting. "Please, come in..."
The quiet pitterpatter of feet approached with speed as Aileana started to open the door to invite the Archeops of Team Roark into her quarters, taking a step back as a small black bird burst in, breathing heavily. Aileana's eyes also fell down to look at the newcomer's sudden appearance, her eyes widening for a moment as it seemed like she was surprised... But she quickly collected herself and turned around as she walked deeper into the room, assuming that at least one of the Pokémon would follow her like she had asked. "You want to join Team Roark...?"
((Hah, sure. Has he ever joined a team/does he have the bag and the stuff? If not, just tell me what kind of a bow you want for him.))

| (He tried to join Grassveil once but it never went through the entire process so he has no ribbon or anything just give him a dark red)
Linus's eyes widened as the feminine Archeops spoke, "Uh...er...sure I guess...i just want to join the gui-guild..." he avoided eye contact, his nerves seeming to rip at everything he had within him just to stress him out. The murkrow looked down at the ground instead, his feet moving and shuffling nervously as the Archeops began to spoke.
"I'd be okay with a teammate...I guess..." Acro was rather hesitant about this, considering his first teammate had left him, the second went missing in action, and the third straight up died. The archeops looked down to the murkrow then to Aileana, wondering if she would just assign the murkrow to him. He wouldn't mind having a hand, but he had been alone for so long it would probably feel weird for quite a bit. The archeops wondered if he should at least warn the Murkrow of his past with partners....nah, things should be fine right?

| Aileana nodded and seemed to have already made her decision as the smaller bird squawked something with a stuttery voice of his. Of course it ultimately was going to be the team leader's decision and she wouldn't create a team where neither member could really do missions together as a proper team, but it seemed like the other Archeops wasn't objecting. He didn't sound very enthusiastic about it, but things could always be changed if they didn't work out.
"Right," the guildmaster replied as she pushed aside the tome she had been reading earlier and picked another large book from a shelf, which was then placed on the table for its prepared spot. Aileana's claws went ahead and opened the book, flicking through a few pages to get to the first empty page that followed numerous other team names. "Team Roark," she said as if to affirm as her hand picked a shiny black feather and dipped it in some ink, the quill then pressed on the paper as she started to write, "And your names were...?"

| "Acro," the archeops spoke. "Linus," the murkrow spoke.
The male archeops glanced at the murkrow, it was a rather strange name, one he had not really heard before. Then again many pokemon in this land had strange names. He stood at attention, waiting to be assigned a task or perhaps be dismissed to do as he pleased. Acro was smiling now, happy to be a part of the highly spoken of Ailreon Guild. He would get stronger here, become useful. Sure he had come far, but he needed more in order to protect others.
Linus, meanwhile, was looking more uneasy than confident like the archeops beside him who was now his leader. He folded his wings against his side, and waited. He looked up at the Guildmaster, wondering what kind of stories she had to tell. He made a mental note to perhaps try to find some time to ask her later. Right now she was obviously busy, when wasn't a guildmaster busy though? What did they even do all day? Paperwork?

| Aileana gave another nod and her claws were already busy writing with the quill, writing down both of the names she was given. "Acro and Linus of Team Roark," she repeated what she was writing, though it most likely was obvious to the two. Still, with that, the team had officially changed from one Guild to another and both of the bird Pokémon in her room were now a part of the same, single team. The Archeops let the ink dry before she ended up closing the book, looking up from the pages and letting her eyes settle on the new team that had just been born. Well, in a way.
"I will assume that the two of you will handle any inter-team issues and make sure they two of you are on the same page to avoid any problems while on missions," she spoke up, retreating from the book and walking over to a closet, which she then opened. In it, there were a few bags hanging in pristine condition, just waiting for someone to use them. Aileana grabbed a few items off the shelves and inserted them inside the bag, taking a map and a dark red ribbon – and of course the Guild badge, the most important item of them all, the sign of where the Pokémon belonged.
"Here. It has everything you need to get started," the Archeops walked up to the Murkrow and handed over the bag, it and everything inside it now belonging to Linus. She didn't even have to ask if the other Archeops needed them, as he already had been in another Guild and she did know how Grassveil handled their new recruits – which was to say, very similarly to how Aileron did it and thus, Acro had to already have everything he needed. "Now, I could bring both of you to your new room or get someone else to show you. Up to you, really," she added, of course busy herself and not all too excited about wasting a lot of time away from them... But these were new members of her Guild and she did want them to feel welcome, even if she wasn't all that good at it.
