Going up the Mountain Going down the Mountain!

A blue shape that walked on two legs approached the mountains, she had traveled a long ways to get here. Her breathe wasn't heavy and she wasn't tired due to her fighting type. She smiled at memories of previous adventures before continuing onto the mountain, last time she had gone through the caves, now she planned to go up the mountain. The riolu's name was Kira. She ignored the rocks digging into her feet as she searched for a path up the mountain, she found none. She frowned a bit and decided to wait a bit before continuing anyways, rushing into things was never a good idea, but the temptation of treasure nearly caused her to fling herself up the mountain and climb up carelessly. Her stomach growled again and she grew a bit annoyed, she had eaten just a bit ago. She ignored her stomach's groans and wondered if she would meet any nice pokemon today, she half hoped she would find someone to travel with.

After a while of resting, Kira felt better an her wounds no longer hurt. She told Eve the news and said, "Let's go!" she happily moved on ahead and saw an item on a ledge. She wondered what it was and hopped on over to the item. She had picked it up and began to examine it when a pokemon leaped out at her and attacked her! Kira was half lucky and half not. for the rocks had shifted under the pokemon's sudden movement and made her slide down and away from the attack. She screamed as she fell down quite a ways and nearly over the edge of the mountain!

"Kira!" Eve didn't notice at first the poochyena going to grab the seed on the floor, but she then saw it taking the seed in its mouth "What seed is it...?" Just as the words escaped her mouth the Poochyena slumped onto the floor with closed eyes and snoring. Eve wearily walked towards it, and prodded its grey fur "Phew it's out for the count..." She let out sigh before looking to Kira "You ok?"

"I'm fine..." she said, her voice was a bit shaky from the fall, "Did that poochyena seriously just go ahead and eat the sleep seed?" she asked even though the answer was right in front of her. Must have been one stupid poochyena, or maybe it had insomnia? she decided it was best not to disturb it, "This place is just full of dark types...bad place for you. I wish I had a fighting move..." she mumbled.

"Me too... if I did as well I wouldn't have to be so afraid of them..." Eve let out a sigh, looking back at the poochyena "But i'm so glad we don't have to fight that thing... I can't stand Poochyena's..." Eve frowns and looks back to Kira "Wanna keep going? It might be good to keep going for us to find the item that I need... i'm sure we'll find it soon" She reassured herself, she wanted that power... she needed it

Kira nodded, she wasn't leaving this mountain until she helped her friend find the item, whatever it was. She had to admit though, they had come a really long way up, "Maybe we should start circling the mountain..instead of going straight up." she mumbled. She turned and began to circle the mountain, slowly ascending it but being able to search every rock on the mountain pretty much was her plan. She also found that it was much easier to climb this way, if it was easier for her than it would definitely be easier for the ralts she was traveling with. "Wanna go this way?" she asked.

"Good idea... we might find it this way too" Eve followed, the altitude making the wind even colder, but she had to go on. She trudged along climbing over small rocks, although she did have to admit that this way was a lot easier than climbing straight up since they would technically cover more ground this way. Eve followed the riolu slowly while looking around and behind every rock, she was pretty sure she would have to search the whole mountain. But up above something caught her eye, so she reached up and grabbed the item.

"Hmm...Tm Focus Blast...is that what you were looking for?" Kira asked as she looked at the item, it was a fighting type move, but it was a special attack. She was a riolu, better with physical. She waited for a reply and noticed an eerie structure close by she pointed it out to the ralts and was interrupted by a pokemon leaping out of it and attacking them!

The structure was black, it was an entrance to a staircase.

Eve got knocked back, the TM getting sent towards a rock quite faraway, she looked up to see the Weavile going for another attack, she scrambled onto her feet running towards the TM, but the Weavile hit her again, knocking her towards the rock. She looked to her hands to see she was holding the TM again, and then it started glowing. But not only her, Eve started glowing too, and then the strange glow vanished "Wow... I feel.. stronger" Eve gathered a strange orange energy between her hands, shooting it at the Weavile, but missing a way off, she couldn't control it that well

Kira was hit by the attack too, the weavile screeched as it moved to attack the Ralts. Kira interrupted it with a Blaze kick. The weavile was struck with the attack, and used a scratch attack on her in return. Kira felt energy pulse through her as she attacked back instantly, using counter attack. She was surprised with herself at the sudden powerful move. She didn't know that she could learn this! She smiled though, only one more thing to use against the wicked weavile. She retreated a bit, and tried to predict just what the weavile was going to do. Was it going to do.

"Wow... this power..." Eve muttered to herself astounded with what she could do, but before she could do anything else the Weavile ran towards her readying a scratch "Focus... I just need to focus..." Eve calmed her breathing taking in long deep breaths while charging the energy for her attack, the energy gathered once again, and she took aim against the charging weavile, then shot the ball of energy towards the weavile, getting it more on target but only hitting half its body, sending it flying to the left

Kira was surprised by the ralts's new and explosive power. She axe kicked the Weavile with another Blaze Kick, her foot set aflame bright than usual and burning the weavile. The weavile scratched her again, only to receive another counter. It was massively weaker, the fighting move had done a number on it, being ice and dark type. She moved out of the way to allow Eve to deliver the finishing blow if she could. Kira just reminded herself to never get on the ralts's bad side with moves like that. She laughed at herself, why would she get on the ralts's bad side? The two were friends!

Eve was smiling, for once she wasn't put on the back burner but instead she was going to deliver the final blow, she charged up her focus blast and sent it to the Weavile, yet it missed. Although it missed, it hit the ledge above the Weavile, sending rocks tumbling down onto the Weavile "Wow... I cant believe I can do that... incredible" Eve said with a smile as she turned to Kira "And I saw you had a new move too" She let out a small laugh, before noticing where the Weavile came from "Hmm... I wonder where this goes to"

"I dunno, but we're here. Wanna go down and see what it has to offer?" she asked, excitement twinkled a bit in her eye as she grew excited about the thought of treasure beyond her wildest dreams that could be just waiting for her down there. She smiled at he ralts and awaited an answer. If the ralts didn't want to go with her she probably wouldn't go, she preferred not to go to dangerous places like this alone.

"Sure" Eve nodded and headed towards the cave, looking into it "Wow its dark and... its different compared to the mountain, but lets head in... never know what we may find" Eve game Kira a smile before walking into the dark depths not knowing what was ahead of her, but knew that she would most likely enjoy it. And you never know, she may get another new power of sorts

Kira nodded and hopped in after Eve. Thoughts of treasure flooded her mind and excited her, she could be rich or even more powerful! They could see new things and maybe meet new pokemon, though most will probably be unfriendly in their adventures. She didn't care though, with Eve's new move and her new item, they could definitely become stronger through the experience.
