Yigo the Sandshrew (Friend/Roommate) ~ PositiveYigo is Radar's first friend, somemon who the Murkrow feels comfortable around due to a sense of safety that stems from something else entirely that he can’t quite place, something new. Yigo was one of the first Pokémon Radar met in Grassveil Town, the dark type beyond simply being happy to have found a friend who had promised to follow him everywhere. Yigo has a special effect on the bird in the form of physical contact, as it soothes Radar, him feeling safe knowing his friend is there by touch—the one sense his hallucinations have never used. Knowing his friend is real, it's a sense of validation for Radar...and possibly much more. Radar currently lives with Yigo in his burrow until the Dark-Flying Type can find a new, potential home. Until then, though, Radar is happy and content to spend his days in Grassveil Town living with Yigo, even if it’s only temporary. Radar still feels a little 'weird' around Yigo, but doesn’t know why... it can't really be because he just met the Sandshrew anymore, right? If not that, than what? She acted incredibly harsh towards Radar, yet—somehow—the Dark-Flying Type felt they bonded. That there was some kind of connection between them. He was proven wrong, however, as—when the two met again—Li proceeded to accuse Radar of wanting to kill her, kidnap her, hurt her, or anything else she could think of. Are they friends? Kestro had the bag the bird stole accidentally dropped onto him, Radar hitting his head on a tree during an escape away from the Cranidos, unaware he just wanted to help. Kestro took it upon himself to look after Radar until he felt better, and that was definitely be appreciated.
