- Being born of spirits, if the deceased that dwell within him had families, they all melded into one being and forgot about their history.

» Personality: Wispy is outwardly happy and always has a smile on his face, he tends to be peppy and likes to cheer for others.
Very energetic and spirited, Wispy always tries his hardest to help others and can be a bit reckless in doing so. He tends not to think too far ahead and prefers to live in the here and now.

However if faced with other ghost types, he becomes nervous and tries to mask his emotions, poorly, due to his fear of being an outcast.

Wispy hates that he has a lack of nerve when around other ghosts and thus tries his hardest to overcome that nervousness. However he usually fails at that and it's back to square one.

Wispy wants to be able to live more freely and be less awkward around others.

» Likes:
Pokemon Eggs - Due to an innate need to tug young children away Wispy has formed an attachment to babies and small Pokemon.

Damp & Humid Areas - Prefers to stick around wet and humid areas because he can be more at peace there and it just feels nice.

Sweets - Developed an addiction to sweet things after trying out a Poffin one time. Has to be careful of the amount of sweets he eats since it makes him expand more and become slower.

» Dislikes:
Loneliness - Due to being an outcast from other ghost types he likes to surround himself with other Pokemon and hates the feeling of being left out.

Sharp Objects - Has a fear of being skewered by pointy things and losing all the spirits he has accumulated, thus death, and no one wants that.

His Innate Nature as a Ghost Type - He doesn't like how Drifloon have a tendency to become kidnappers and ruin lives. So he tries his best to be as least ghost-like, as possible.

» History: Seeing how troubled the world is and answering the needs of Pokemon, a group of Pokemon became close friends. However during a rescue mission it went wrong and the group passed on before being able to do anything noteworthy, in the afterlife this group of friends decided to come together once more from beyond the grave and continue to help the world.

However doing so meant that the group would lose all memories of their life as individuals and join in one consciousness, the group decided helping others was worth it and thus melded together, creating a lone Drifloon, formed from the spirits of hopeful good deeds.

Wispy was always uncomfortable about being a ghost type, perhaps due to the will of the spirits inside him, and has been shunned by other Pokemon due to the innate nature of Drifloon kidnapping child Pokemon. Because of his ghostly nature and instincts he tries to be as happy and non-mischievous as possible.

Wispy wandered the world aimlessly not knowing what he wanted to do since he was outcast from fellow Drifloon for being a bit too peppy for their liking and shunned by others for being a ghost type, and thus became nervous and wary of other ghost types.

One day however, while exploring ruins, he stumbled upon a dungeon and was accosted by a group of evil Pokemon, he was then subsequently rescued by a group of Pokemon who called themselves a Rescue Team.

Enamored with the idea of helping people (which would also go against his innate nature) Wispy searched for a guild that would accept him as a new member.

For now he's a simple traveler, but maybe, one day, Wispy will do something noteworthy and be praised for it.

Sorry, your Character Bio cannot be approved due to the following reasons:

1.) NATURAL FEATS

It's blatantly stated that they're called the "Signpost for Wandering Spirits" simply because of how they float around. There's nothing saying drifloon can sense spirits, so remove this. As a note, you do not have to have a minimum of two feats.

2.) LIKES/DISLIKES

Considering losing his souls means dying because the souls ARE him, I wouldn't call a fear of sharp things irrational. You can keep sharp objects as a dislike, but just note that it's not really irrational, and you character being popped and losing his souls means dying.

3.) HISTORY

First off, we allow ghost pokemon with pokedex entries describing how they're "created" to be created like that, or born normally. If you're going with the spirit route, then you're going to have to put a bit more effort into it than just "A bunch of spirits poofed a drifloon." Why did the spirits come together? Were they friends? Just a bunch of bored ghosts with nothing better to do? Surely, there must be a good reason for a bunch of spirits to get together and decide to be an amalgamation. They must've been nice as a whole if they formed such a do-gooder who can't fit in around normal ghost-types.

Also, while this isn't a requirement, I'd advise you to flesh the history out a bit more in general. In fact, fleshing the personality out a little wouldn't hurt either. You don't have to, but you'll be happy later down the line if you do.

I edited my profile and hope it's more up to code. I added more history and personality and also removed the medium feat.
