Just Another Day (Open)

Another boring day. It felt like every day for Morty was free, seeing as how he never had any work to do or anything. Until he could get approved to join the guild, just about every day would end up like this. He figured that fighting could hold his interest for the day. So, in order to satiate his boredom, he once again took to the nearby forests.

It wasn't his first time in Pecha Forest. The Skorupi came here every once in a while either for training or for fun. This time, it was a little bit of both. Morty had been here a few times over the past year, so he had some knowledge of the area. And, considering how weak the inhabitants of the forest were, he would probably not be here for more than an hour or two, unless he didn't have too easy of a time.

He took his first steps into the woods. The trees' bright pinks and soothing scents made it a pleasant place - he figured he would linger around the entrance for a while and try to relax a bit before he set off. Morty settled next to a tree, and dropped close to the ground, his mind about empty. His boredom already consumed him again. Not focusing on particularly anything, he unconsciously fell asleep. At least it was technically something to do. Luckily he wasn't in deep enough to get attacked (probably).

Tempo would consider this a trip, since it was quite far from his actual home at Rainfront Town's beach, but hey, life would be pretty boring if he didn't go on these trips, after all... Not that a life of a freelance diver such as himself is boring, at all, but he'd like to change it up a bit!

The Pecha Forests seemed to be pretty peaceful, actually! Not much danger, sort of like the Coral Forests he visits, now and then, but with less type exclusitivity... and less risk of drowning... Who knows, though? Maybe there could be something a bit more exciting! Only one way to find out!

"Hmm... Maybe I shouldn't head out too deep until some other explorer appears... Two heads are better than one, after all..." He said to himself. Strange for him to think this, since he usually never worried about finding partners before an exploration, but maybe one would help him! He isn't a native to the area, after all!
