» Personality:
Boris is naturally curious. He has an inherent desire to figure out how things work, and now. He's extremely impatient in regards to inquiring about something. He hates to have to repeat himself(Which he normally does, because he's small and hard to see.). He's extremely clingy, literally and figuratively. If he likes you, he'll latch on to you, and constantly chatter on and on. During this process, he's draining the static electricity off of them. When he's filled to the brim with electricity, he's practically bouncing off the walls. He's a teeny tiny handful with an insatiable curiosity about the world around him!
» Likes:

-Hitching rides on other Pokemon (It gives him energy, saves him the effort, and gives him someone to talk to.)
-Berries (Loves to eat, Oran berries are his favorite berry.), and
-Exploration (It gives him a chance to learn so much, and meet so many interesting Pokemon. Maybe make some friends along the way as well!)
» Dislikes:
-Pokemon who ignore/brush him off(He hates not being acknowledged and treated like nothing.)
-Loneliness (1, without someone to talk to, he becomes really affection starved. 2, He becomes very tired because he has no one to hitch a ride on or drain electricity from.)
-Fire (Boris and his brother had a run in with a rowdy gang of fire types. They burned his brother and the experience was pretty traumatic. He now associates all fire with that negative experience.
» History:
Boris grew up with his mom, a Drapion, dad, a Galvantula, and brother, a Skorupi. He was a handful, and required almost full attention from someone in his family. He was showered with the love and attention he seeks. Boris and his brother would always go out, pick berries, and play. It was a happy, content time in his life. As he aged, he grew more and more curious, and pelted everyone in his vicinity with questions they had a hard time answering. On an impulsive decision, Boris decided he would leave his home, and learn more about the world. With a lot of pleading and pestering, he left, much to his family's chagrin. It was a mistake. After traveling for a few days, he became homesick and exhausted and affection starved. It was by chance he ran into a friendly Crustle. He told his story to him, and the Crustle offered to give him a lift to the nearest town. Over the course of that travel, they grew close. When they reached the town, the Crustle stayed with his little friend for a few days, but had to leave. They had a bittersweet parting, but they each had their own separate callings. Boris continued on, meeting new pokemon, and learning about the environment.

Sorry, your Character Bio cannot be approved due to the following reasons:

1.) ENERGY

You seem to have miscalculated your energy count! Please refer to THIS thread, and recalculate your energy!

2.) ABILITY

I would just like to let you know that hidden abilities are allowed on the sight, so if you wanted Swarm as an ability, you are allowed it. ^^

3.) MOVES

You will need to label each move with what level it was learned at. If it knows a move right out of the egg, put 'start' or 'level 1' or 'base'. For egg moves, label it 'egg move'. I would also like to let you know that joltik learns a far more powerful poison move as an egg move, known as 'Cross Poison'. It has 70 base attack, may cause poison, and is prone to common critical attacks. A far more powerful alternative to Poison Sting. You don't have to change it; just letting you know that the option is there. ^^

4.) NATURAL FEATS

Generally, we name natural feats something (-i.e.
Burst: Mudkip have the ability to lift -and sometimes even crush- boulders that are even bigger than themselves, though it takes considerable focus and effort.) Therefore, give your ability a name. ^^

Also, we like to have at least two Natural Feats. One Natural Feat can be your pokemon's Ability (In this case, Unnerve)

5.) LIKES/DISLIKES

It would make it easier if you listed each like/dislike on its own line, rather than in a paragraph setting. Also, you must have AT LEAST three likes and three dislikes.
