Clara, after visiting town to see if she can get her ribbons put together as one. Discovering that she would have to do this herself. Clara set off to the forest to find a more permanent material to bind the ribbons together.

The two ribbons she wanted to bind together, was currently being worn. A two sided ribbon, colored gold on one side, and pink on the other. On further inspection this ribbon could be distinguished as two ribbons that had been somewhat stitched together to form a single ribbon. The stitching, not being strong enough to be a permanent bond.

Clara had been traversing the path along the forest's entrance. Silently walking along the shadows from the trees. The place wasn't her most favorite segment of the forest. It was sometimes considered, the deeper part of pecha.

She traveled the path, watching how the shadows moved along with the trees in the gentle wind. Despite being a bit darker here then in pecha. She enjoyed nature, however it was shown. Being in a pretty good mood after going on that adventure with her new friend. The gold ribbon was proof of their new friendship, from what she was told. Finding the joy ribbon along the adventure, she wanted to combine the two items to show when and where they became friends. Giving more reason to find a method to bond these items together better.

Clara stopped suddenly when she felt the immense amount of fear emanating from the eevee. She quickly turned towards the direction the eevee was and started to extend her shadow towards the pokemon's direction. However just as she started to shift through it. A figure came from another shadow of their own and grabbed her. Soliciting a yipe from her as she fell to the ground.

As she fell, she started to get covered in web from the other spider that had been attempting to catch her earlier.

"DUSK!!!" she shouted in horror as she saw what was happening. Her emotions started swirling in circles in her head as she had many feelings and thoughts ravel into a mass of energy within her. Without knowing, she sends this mass of energy towards the spider that was attacking the little eevee. This invisible energy enveloped the pokemon as it pulled at the pokemon in various directions... This eventually led it into a confused state of mind. Confusion

After this happened, the web was now almost completely immobilized the ralts.

The darker shades of pecha. - Page 5 Empty
PostSubject: Re: The darker shades of pecha.   The darker shades of pecha. - Page 5 EmptyWed Jun 10, 2015 4:48 am

Dusk struggled against the limb of the spider pinning her down, but it was no use. She could barely move at all due to the venom, let alone with something stepping on her. "H-h....," she struggled in an attempt to speak and call for help again, failing miserably.
Then, the pressure on her back from the ariados seemed to lessen. It didn't quite let go, but it wasn't pressing down on her nearly as hard. Unknown to her, it was due to Clara's Confusion. She rocked her body to the left, then rolled to the right, escaping from the leg of the spider and causing it to fall with the unexpected loss of an eevee under its leg. It hissed as it focused on her, once more, stumbling back onto its thin legs and carefully moving towards her. She tried to pull herself to her paws, but she found herself to still be too weak from the venom to succeed.

Sova struggled as he tried to pull himself free of the webbing around him. He soon realized it was doing no good and stopped, figuring he would be better off saving his energy while he tried to think of some other way out. However, the two he'd decided it was his duty to protect began making noises that indicated he wasn't doing a very good job of protecting them. Seeing that he was going to need to take risks, snowflakes began to form and swirl in the air around him. The few snowflakes quickly multiplied into a mini-blizzard whirling around him. The blizzard froze the silk around him, allowing him to easily brute-force his way out of it by simply breaking it, now that it couldn't stretch and stick to him. He got to his paws as quickly as he could, shaking most of the frozen webbing off of him as he gathered what was going on.

Both Clara and Dusk were in trouble.... with no apparent means of escaping. Clara was immobilized and Dusk.... seemed to be weakened by something, stopping her from running or fighting. He condensed his Blizzard into a small ball before sending it at one of the two ariados focusing on Clara, the one that seemed to be responsible for the shadow pinning Clara. Without even waiting to see if the attack actually hit, he spun around and darted in front of Dusk, doing a cartwheel and slamming his spiked tail down on the spider's head, knocking it out instantly.

As clara was still being held by the one spider in the shadows. The webs that began to coat her began to freeze as a blast of frigid air hit her. This caused the shadow that was holding her in place to promptly release her.

As the webs froze, they began to crack and shatter as she moved. Once she was free, she attempted to run away from the pokemon that had been attacking. Quickly finding that she was cold... She was absolutely freezing, and unable to run as fast as she did before.

The spider that had been partially hit with the mini blizzard hissed as it saw the ralts attempting to get away. It promptly then began to give chase.

The moment she noticed the spider was gaining on her. She quickly extended a shadow up one of the trees nearby her. Just as the pokemon jumped for her she faded into the shadow and was now on top one of the branches within the tree.

The spider hissed angrily at its lost prey and began to make its way back the other two of its kin. Clara watched it from above and followed it back towards Sova and Dusk.

Once she reached the others, she noticed the one spider that had continued to chase her preparing to strike the two with some kind of attack. Panic ran through her as she was attempting to think of what she could do. I... I can't. she thought as she shook her head. However, she felt the need to do something... but what exactly could she do!? She didn't know how to fight!

Then a single lone thought entered her head. Without thinking, she followed that thought and jumped down. She was now screaming as she fell down. She didn't realize how high up she was. However, her aim on her jump was spot on as she landed on the spider. She was now clinging to the pokemon as it regained its senses from the attack. Eventually throwing the little psychic type.

The darker shades of pecha. - Page 5 Empty
PostSubject: Re: The darker shades of pecha.   The darker shades of pecha. - Page 5 EmptyThu Jun 11, 2015 2:57 am

Sova stood between the eevee and the unconscious spider for a moment to ensure that the enemy wasn't getting back up. After assuring himself of this, he turned back towards the other two of the threats to find one had gone off chasing clara. With a growl, he attempted to give chase, but was stopped by more of the familiar silk from earlier flying into him and knocking him over, sticking him to the ground. This time, however, he managed to pull himself free from it before it got to be too much to take. One little web of silk wasn't enough to hold him down! The one remaining ariados suddenly multiplied into two, then four, then eight, continuing to multiply faster than he could dissipate them with Shadow Balls. Then, to make matters worse, Clara had reappeared, falling onto one of the clones.... no, one of the REAL ariados! As if things couldn't get any worse, the third ariados began to stir, despite having been knocked out so recently. Apparently he hadn't hit it hard enough.

Dusk panted, the strange venom having exhausted her. The stress of this situation was making it difficult for her to keep calm, as it seemed even Sova was having trouble with these enemies. He was certainly strong, but he seemed to struggle with a well-planned strategy. Maybe intelligence was his weak point? Still, he seemed to be the only one of the group able to take on these enemies, so the eevee was REALLY beginning to worry upon seeing that he was having difficulty. "Sova, are you-," she began, but was cut off by the glaceon speaking.

"Get down and stay where you are," Sova ordered the eevee.
For once, she didn't seem interested in arguing or disobeying. He bolted towards Clara as she was thrown off of her respective ariados, managing to catch her by the scruff with his mouth, being careful not to hurt her. He then bolted back to Dusk, dropping the ralts next to the eevee and stopping as close to the two as he could without stepping on them. As he stopped, the air around him nearly instantly dropped to a very noticeably lower temperature, continuing to drop as ice crystals formed in the air around them. The crystals multiplied in quantity and swirled around in circles, creating a Blizzard. However, this time, the attack wasn't just instantly thrown at something. Instead, it kept swirling until it was full of so much snow that it completely blocked off vision, like a white vortex-shaped wall around the trio.

Suddenly, within just a second, the funnel of wind and ice stretched outwards, as if in an explosion of sorts, blowing past all three of the ariados as well as all of the clones. It knocked all three of the enemies unconscious with ease, even encasing parts of their bodies in thin layers of ice. Of course, the clones were all destroyed as well, though they would have faded soon after regardless. Sova took a moment to catch his breath, before looking to the two he'd strained himself to protect. It would have been a waste to exert so much energy just to find he hadn't managed to keep them safe. "Are.... are both of you... a-alright?," he questioned.

Dusk watched in awe as what appeared to be a funnel of snow began to form around them. It was enough of a sight to distract her from the worry over the enemies at hand, at least. It seemed it could do even more than that, though, as it suddenly expanded and took care of the enemies permanently! Now she didn't have to worry about them at all! Sova asked if Clara and herself were okay and she almost immediately nodded, too shaken up by the situation to give a verbal answer.

As clara was thrown off the pokemon, she was caught by something by something from the back of her neck like area. It didn't hurt or anything as she was caught by that spot on her oddly. She then noticed the pokemon that had caught her was the Glaceon, Sova. Just as he put her down next to dusk. The air's temperature started to drop dramatically. As the ice crystals formed in the air around them, growing rapidly in numbers. Eventually the area started to be covered in a light blanket of snow as the wind whipped up. Her vision starting to be blocked off completely due to the snow.

The icy wind started to form a funnel that went around them but not directly hitting them. Shielding them from most of the snow in a sense. Like an invisible bubble. The snow whipped in a circle around them and then quickly expanded towards the direction of the three spiders and the many clones the one left. All of them being knocked out or completely being faded out of existence due to their originating source of their image had been knocked out.

The wind died down almost instantly as the attack hit the pokemon. A slight chill still lingering. Clara stared in amazement at the attack. That... was amazing... she thought as she snapped back to reality when sova asked if everyone was alright. "I... I think so..." she manage to get out.

The darker shades of pecha. - Page 5 Empty
PostSubject: Re: The darker shades of pecha.   The darker shades of pecha. - Page 5 EmptyThu Jun 11, 2015 3:43 am

As the wind died down, the snow that now had nothing to keep it airborne began to fall to the ground. It was like a mini snowfall, though it didn't reach very far away from the group. Still, it was quite a sight. However, this was something Sova had never done before. At that, if he was being completely honest with himself, this was the kind of thing his.... other side would do, not him. He had nowhere near the power and control over his abilities needed to do something like this. He couldn't help but wonder how, then, did he manage-.... Suddenly, a lightheaded feeling hit him, like a dizzy spell. He saw Dusk nod and heard Clara reply that she was alright, but was a bit slow to comprehend it.

"That's.... That's goo....od-," he struggled to say as he suddenly collapsed to the ground.
Within moments, his condition shifted from what appeared to be perfect to.... much less than perfect. He hadn't fainted, at least, but the energy used up to create such a massive Blizzard had certainly taken its toll on him. If there wasn't anyone for him to have to watch, he would have let himself faint just to rest.

Dusk gasped as Sova fell to the ground. "A-are YOU alright!?," she frantically stammered, seeing that there seemed to be something wrong.
Had the glaceon perhaps come in contact with some of the venemous liquid as well? It'd certainly made it difficult for her to move, so there was no reason to believe it wouldn't do the same to others. She thought a bit more before remembering the giant attack that'd just taken place. It seemed like something that'd be very difficult to do. Maybe Sova had pushed himself too far!

Clara turned away for only a brief second, as she returned her gaze to sova as he started to respond. He stuttered briefly then collapsed. This caught her completely off guard. "Wah! You alright!?" she practically freaked out as she ran over to the glaceon. "wa-what's wrong?!" she quickly asked. It seemed the eevee was also just as worried.

Clara had practically a million thoughts racing through her head about what to do. She didn't know what was wrong, she didn't know what to do to help. She had to do something since they had helped her so much so far.

However, just as she was about to ask what she could do to help. She felt a brush of emotions come from three separate directions. Three of them to be precise... However, she didn't quite understand the meaning behind them at the moment due to her panic and the distance those emotions where coming from.

The darker shades of pecha. - Page 5 Empty
PostSubject: Re: The darker shades of pecha.   The darker shades of pecha. - Page 5 EmptyThu Jun 11, 2015 4:37 am

Sova groaned to signal he was among the living, though this wasn't the intention of the groan. In reality, it was due to the discomfort he was experiencing. "I'm fine....," he responded to the two after a moment of hesitation, though his icy armor beginning to melt and break away proved his statement to be a lie.
His dizziness was fading, but he was now beginning to notice a significant drain on his energy. He quickly came to the conclusion that a massive Blizzard-explosion was too extreme for his body to easily handle and as such, he'd burned himself out in doing it. He put some pressure on his paws, testing if he could get up, but quickly gave up on that idea as he realized how worn out he was. He definitely needed to rest and for once, he was inclined to actually make an intelligent choice. "Hey.... you two mind if we.... take a break?," he requested to the others.

Dusk was relieved to see that Sova at least hadn't died. "You don't look fine," she responded as he assured that he was okay, though he didn't respond, likely due to being too dazed to notice her.
After a moment, the glaceon spoke up once more, asking if they could take a break. This would be a good chance for her to run, but.... she didn't really want to. Not just for her ribbon, but also because she didn't just want to ditch Sova after he'd helped her when she was in danger.... twice now. "If it's alright with Clara," she replied, not wanting to agree on behalf of the ralts.

Neither of the two noticed the three approaching individuals, Dusk due to distraction and Sova due to exhaustion. Neither of them were really in a very good position to do much about it, anyways. the snow continued to fall, beginning to pile on Sova and Dusk, though Dusk promptly shook it off of her. The glaceon did not do the same, since he was exhausted and honestly wasn't bothered by the cold. The three creatures who were only noticed by the ralts finally appeared from three separate directions, looking around at the mini winter wonderland that'd been created. They were distracted by the sight for a moment before one by one noticing the group of three in the center.

Clara felt the emotions brush against her once more as the two spoke to each other. She turned around and looked at each direction the emotions came from. "hm?" She wondered who it could be... Maybe, that move was visible from around the area.

Clara turned her attention back to Sova when she heard him ask if they could take a break. She promptly responded after dusk when she said if it was alright with her. "Of course! I... hmmm" She agreed, however she was wondering whether to mention the approaching emotions she felt from around them. However before that chance was given. They started to come into view. The emotions coming clear to her as non threatening to their safety.

Three floating flower pokemon surrounded them currently. All three looking around the prestine crystal like landscape that formed ever since the ice nuke had been unleashed. /shot

They then slowly noticed the group in the center, one by one. They then began to circle around the area where the ice stopped. Following the contours of the icy landscape. They then began to come inward as the ice melted along the path they took. Etching out an odd pattern in the ice as they closed in on the group.

They stopped at least a good 2 yards away from the group to provide some distance from them. Still seeming to be non hostile. Clara then looked at the design they made in the ground that was covered in a thin layer of ice. The thing they made... was in a shape of a large flower surrounding the group.

The darker shades of pecha. - Page 5 Empty
PostSubject: Re: The darker shades of pecha.   The darker shades of pecha. - Page 5 EmptyFri Jun 12, 2015 4:38 am

Sova's ears weren't exactly doing their job in picking up sounds from far away at the moment, but his eyes were certainly still working. He quickly spotted the flower-riding fairies and instantly thought the worst of them. What if they were here to attack? He'd dealt with one before and though it was small and didn't exactly have enough power to physically harm himself or any member of his group, it was very cunning and proved to be a formidable opponent. His fur glazed over with a lighter shade of blue as it froze, though the familiar spiked armor from earlier did not show up. He was still too weak to use Ice Shard for the moment, so his body's natural freezing capabilities would have to do.

Dusk noticed the flower-things shortly after they appeared, though due to their physical appearance, she wasn't really worried. How could things so tiny that they were riding FLOWERS to get around possibly be dangerous? Besides, they didn't look intent on attacking. However, Sova glaring at them led her to believe that perhaps he didn't feel the same way. Was it just him being overly cautious, or were these things really worth worrying about? "Sova, you alright?," she questioned, curious to know what was up.

Sova nodded in response to the eevee, but kept his eyes on the newcomers. "Are you all friendly?," he asked out to the three flabebe, still keeping his guard up.
Using up any energy right now seemed risky, but he knew he still had enough left to at least take three of these things quickly if he needed to. They were all close and out in the open, so it would be difficult for them to pull any shenanigans on him and he knew it.

The ralts looked over to Sova as he questioned whether or not they were friendly. "Yes, I... I don't sense any malevolent emotions from them... They seem to be... Happy? and worried... I think." the ralts responded.

The 3 floating flowers didn't respond at all the to Glaceon's request. It was quite possible they didn't understand him. The ralts knew that not all wild pokemon could understand them... Some could, but didn't know how to respond themselves...

The three pokemon eventually circled the group once more... A faint sound of bells being heard. "What... what is that sound?" the Ralts questioned. The sound seeming to emanate from the three pokemon. It sounded soothing to her. "Is this heal Bell?" she asked as she turned towards the duo.

Sova paid attention to the ralts' input, though he seemed still set in his position. In reality, he was a bit more calm, but that didn't mean he was going to let his guard down. However, when the sound resembling bells started up, he was finally swayed. "Yeah, actually.... it is," he replied as Clara questioned the move.
This did indeed seem like Heal Bell. If these things were interested in healing the group, the likelihood of them behind hostile seemed.... too low to worry about. He was only further swayed to trust the small group of fairies as they all closed their eyes and began to glow a bright white color for a moment. Not just Heal Bell, but Wish too! The glows subsided and after a few seconds of delay, transferred to the three members of the group, enveloping them in a healing light.

Dusk wondered what the bell-sound was for a moment, before having it pointed out to be Heal Bell. Sure enough, her body stopped feeling all numb and weak, at least somewhat. The damage had been done, but it didn't feel like it was continuing. It'd taken away her poison! When the next round of healing came, a Wish, she felt almost good as new! Of course, it hadn't just magically taken all of the damage away, but she certainly felt a lot better. "Thank you!," she said in return, receiving no response from the flabebes.

Clara felt the glaceon's emotions still showing signs of alertness... Seeming that he was not willing to let his guard down. However after he bells had rang. She noticed that he had calmed down even further. At some point the fairies had started to glow a bright white color. After a few seconds after the glowing subsided. The members of the group were enveloped in the same kind of light the fairies had produced. Seeming to heal them. Despite their injuries still existing... The healing effect of the wish seemed to make the pain non existent!

This seemed to surprise the ralts as she felt a bit better herself... Despite not having many injuries. Perhaps she was tiring out herself? "So... why were they flying around in circles though..." she asked as she looked around themselves... Wait a second... There is a pattern... "Wait! They were playing in the snow! There... There's a picture!" she exclaimed as she stepped back a little to see the image better.

PostSubject: Re: The darker shades of pecha.   The darker shades of pecha. - Page 5 EmptySat Jun 13, 2015 5:02 am

Sova had paid no mind to the apparent image carved into the snowy landscape by the flabebes until it was brought up by Clara. At the mention of it, he got to his paws and looked around. A.... flower? Well, the art was good, but flowers weren't exactly on his list of interests. However, the flower drawing did serve to assure him even further that these things were not hostile, prompting him to cease keeping up his frosty armor.... not that it was doing him much good anyways with how weak it was in his current condition. Within moments, the ice began to melt away, a few pieces falling to the ground here and there. "Great, they can draw. Guess they're enjoying the little mini-winter around here," he commented as he looked around more, beginning to realize the extent of what his Blizzard had done.

Dusk got up and looked around to get a good look at the flower pattern as it was brought up. Unlike Sova, she was fairly interested in it. "Ooooh, pretty!," she remarked at it excitedly.
It was certainly a nice change from being drooled on by a giant spider. "So, do you still need to rest.... since.... we just got healed?," she questioned as she looked over to Sova.

Sova shrugged in response to the eevee. "Eh. I don't really NEED to anymore. Guessing you're both good to go too," he replied.
