(OPEN) Storms over the Mountain!

The dark mist of the mountain swirled, hugging the ground like a dark cloud too afraid to fly up into the air. It was a desolate place, yet not one on which life could not find a way. Spindly, wretched trees stabbed up through the fog, attempting to grasp at whatever sunlight may exist above the perpetual darkness underneath. Even higher up, the small form of circling Aerodactyl could be seen, their loud screeches the only noise echoing through the mountain.

However, the mountain now had a visitor. One whom had arrived here before, and was now back with much more power than previously. The mist parted as he pushed through it, a grin hidden underneath the figure's cloak. This figure would climb as high as he could, and destroy any who would attempt to get in his way. This figure was none other than the outlaw, Akuroma, and he had come to the mountain prepared to face all its horrors with his own.

Akuroma began to walk around, hoping to find some sign of the Fennekin. Then she called out, saying he was...cold? What was that supposed to mean? The Gallade frowned, "Cold?" he said as he attempted heading in the direction he heard Mercury's voice. His crest continued to twitch as he attempted to find the emotions of the Fire type. However, the black mist wasn't making it easy. It was like trying to shine a light through murky water.

Mercury giggled as Akuroma pretended not to know that he was playing hide-and-seek. She knew he was probably just trying to get her to come out of her hiding place early, but she was too smart for that. She waited impatiently under the table, listening to his voice as it got closer. She grinned harder and shifted around impatiently, her tail swishing back and forth with her energy and brushing up against the underside of the table. "You're getting waaaaarmer~" she called in a sing-song voice, her words laced with her excitement and anticipation.

Akuroma blinked as he looked over in the direction of the Fennekin's voice. Warmer? What was that supposed to mean? The Gallade frowned as he continued looking around. Eventually he was stepping on top of a pile of rocks that happened to be the clubhouse. "C'mon, Mercury, we don't have time for this," the Gallade said, somewhat miffed at the Fennekin not coming out of hiding. Did she think everything was a game? Well...he didn't really need to think on that long to figure out the answer. Akuroma sighed, Arceus, she's gonna be a handful, he thought.

Combat the Poochyena looked down at the Gallade-dad and the clubhouse from the cliff he was pearched lightly and frowned. He wanted to be down there too, smiling and laughing with his new fun friends. "Gosh darn it..." He mumbled, his mouth turned into a frown, "Big bro, isn't there any way we can spar later?"

A Mightyena joined him on the cliff, wary of the Gallade but not wishing to engage. "...No, noth this time little buddy. C'mon though, we can practice biting again today. We gotta use the sparring area before the Absol come and monopolize it." He turned tail and sprinted out of site.

"Aww, okay," Combat grumbled before following him.

Meanwhile, within the clubhouse, everyone within was hiding and giggling. The two Archen twins clung to the ceiling, the Cubone hid behind a chair near Mercury, and Mercury stayed nestled under the table. Their giggles floated out from the rocks, as did the sounds of them hushing and shushing each other.

"You're getting hooooooooooot!!~" Mercury called and she heard footsteps getting closer and closer to where she was, still stifling back giggles of excitement. Her heart pounded with the thrill of being found. Her tail waggled gleefully against the bottom of the table, taking off a layer of the dust that had accumulated there. She hadn't played a game this exciting in a long time!!!

Akuroma kneeled down as he heard the faint giggling coming from the rocks underneath him. "Mercury, come on, we've got to get going," he said as he began to pull of rocks from the clubhouse to reach where he believed the fire type's giggles were coming from.
