Confession of the falls.

First topic message reminder :

Jak just saw Fang get knocked onto the branch by a bird... He was just about to look at where the bird went however... *FWOOOSH* a large blast of a very apparent flamethrower shot past the tree... An object fell from the sky... "Stupid bird..."

Jak chuckled slightly. "Well. I guess we are taking the tree down..." he said as he hopped onto the closest branch near the edge of the cliff. He then hopped from each branch down towards Obera. He then landed next to her.

"After this want to stay for a bit at the lake..." he asked as he prepared to jump to the next branch down. However he waited until either she responded or went to jump also.^{This has been taken out simply for the intro purpose. It is being shifted towards the end of the post.}

Jak
Jak slowly made his way between each branch, searching for the next one that would lead closer to the ground that was within reach of either jumping or climbing.

Eventually he made his way down to the ground below with the waterfall to his side. He smiled as he looked towards the falls. The familiar silver-ish shine still visible in the light. The shine never seemed to go away. It was something he liked, especially whenever it changed colors.

He looked around to see if Obera had gotten to the bottom of the tree yet. When she does, he was going to ask her if she would hang out at the falls for a bit.

Fang was sitting on the edge contemplating weather or not to just run away. But she felt like that would seemed incredibly stupid and just further the point that she liked Jak. "Come on calm down, why is this so hard?" She asked herself thinking about it. She could fight and go through dungeons like it wasn't anything but when this happens she goes nuts. She wanted to run badly.

Jak
After some time of sitting by the water... He had chucked the last of the rocks in the nearby pile... He looked up to see that it was about noon by now...

"I... Don't know what to do..." he said to himself softly. He then looked up to Obera as she had still been in the same spot she had been the whole time...

Jak got up slowly and started to walk back to Obera. It had been some time since he had given her some time to think...

"Obera... This is probably very difficult for you... Knowing that you have been taught to do the amazing things you can do to defend yourself... I can only guess is that you probably only react this way, because you don't know how to handle this kind of thing..." he said as had been looking towards her.

"In all honesty... It is the same thing with me." he said with a chuckle as he turned towards the lake as he started to blush. "But without the being taught to fight part." he said slightly sheepishly as he continued to blush.

"I won't tell anyone about this..." he said as he turned back towards her. "If that is what you wish." he said with a smile.

"I just want you to know. I will always be here for you." he said with a smile.

He turned towards the water. "I also... Like you" he said as he started to blush.

She heard what he said, he hit every point she was thinking like he was reading her mind. She despised being readable like this but it was a bit understandable, she was happy he was back which was a bit weird for her to be honest. "I don't want to lie." She said not knowing why she did fully. She was feeling and saying some strange things, well strange for her so she didn't fully know how to deal with it right now. He face did go back to it's previous Red the second he uttered those words. She knew it but for some reason him saying it really hit her.

"Thanks Jak." She managed to say that while thinking about what was going down.

Jak
Jak sat down next to Obera, looking towards the pond of water in front of them. He closed his eyes for a moment. He had a light smile on his face as he stared towards the water. The red on his face was slowly going away.

He was happy to be able to know that they liked each other. He would treasure this friendship forever...

He listened as the wind blew gently along the trees in the area. The falls roaring in the background. It was peaceful there... At some point the colors of the lack flashed a different color as the sun hit a certain angle in the sky. Oddly it was sunset yet when he usually noticed this kind of change. It was probably slightly past noon.

The colors had flashed from an orange to a gold, or the other way around. It happened pretty fast so he couldn't tell which color had occurred first, however. He did notice a cloud in the sky near the sun... It was possible the cloud had something to do with that flash..

Fang looked away from the water as she noticed what time it was. "We should go, we've been here long enough." Fang said as she looked over to the tree's, she could of sworn she saw another there but decided to ignore it for now. It wasn't important for the time being. "And in any case I'd rather get back to town, I need to look into something." She said the cold in her eye's returning and her voice going back to normal. She was done with that whole thing.

Jak
Jak looked towards the sky and noticed it was starting to get late. Considering they had to make their way back through the forest to get back to town.

"Yes... We should head back." he said after he turned towards Obera. They needed to get back to town for each individuals tasks they needed to get done.

Jak looked towards the tree that Obera had looked at a moment ago. 'Something over there?' he thought for a moment, When he had looked in the direction he thought he saw something. Not entirely sure if it was his imagination due to the already odd atmosphere the falls can produce with the lights it gives off from the sun.

He turned towards the path to leave the area then looked towards Obera. "I am glad we got to spend some time here." he said with a smile.

"Lets go back." he said with a smile as he started to walk.
