Old falls

Noel walks along the path leading to the falls, she looked into her bag and saw her coat. It was slightly cold she she decided to take her blue vest off her body, she traded it for a long black trench coat as she wraps it around her body and puts her arms through the sleeves. She was now wearing her coat with nothing but the red scarf being shown, she takes her vest and places it in her bag.

"It's over here" she says to Rouge as she walks onward to the falls she knew the way, it was only from her memory but she had a good memory as she ends up at the large waterfall

Rouge followed, lagging behind slightly. The moment he pushed aside a large leaf, his jaw dropped. the water fall was the single most beautiful sight he had seen in years, possibly his entire life after being exiled from his own village. He walked forward slowly to the waters edge falling to his knees in amazement. He was speechless for the first time in a long time, and he enjoyed it.

Noel yawns loudly the falls were grand but she felt tired from the energy she had wasted getting here, she looks at Rouge. "Want to set up camp here?, no feral Pokemon come here." Noel said as she looks around. "A while back I had to fight a outlaw here with a friend but he won't be back." She said as she looked down. "Made sure of that"

Rouge nodded, he still was to awestruck to speak. He stood up and walked into the water, leaning down to drink the cool refreshing water. He savored his first drink. He was going to enjoy camping at this place. It was the one perk of being considered wild, but tamed at the same time, you can get away with a lot more. he washed himself carefully, not wanting to make it look like he actually was.

Noel drops her bag and pulls out a small pencil and some paper, she falls on her bag facing the falls, she uses the paper and starts to sketch the falls on the paper, it was hard because she had no cover to hold the paper but she did well with it. She waited till Rouge was done as she drew the water

Rouge went under the water and came back up a few moments later, leaving the water. he was cleaner than he had ever been before this year. he smiled to him self, contented, but shivered. the water had made the cool breeze chilly. he had forgotten it wasn't the best Idea to bathe while it's cool out, but he did it. he gathered a small pile of twigs and found a few sticks, trying to start a small fire to help him dry off and warm up.

Noel was on the ground staring at the falls, her paw was holding the pencil as she drew the falls looking at it, her jacket was slightly covering her face and the scarf was on the ground crushed by her back, this right here made her think of home she looked at the coat she was wearing, minus the metal gauntlets and chest and leg guards she looked exactly like her own mother. Noel didn't notice but her aura started to slightly move around, she had a lot more aura then when she was a riolu so this made it harder to control it, the aura spun around her at a slow pace

Rouge managed to get a small fire going, just enough to dry him off and keep him warm. He continued to gather small twigs and a few small branches. he smiled as he slowly warmed by the fire. he laid back, the warmth, and feeling clean lulled him into a light sleep, something he hadn't done in what felt like a long while. His dreams, better than what they usually were, brought a false sense of security for the sleeping cuebone.

Noel decided to go over by the Cubone, making sure not to disturb him she sat on the opposite side of the fire. She laid down her bag ok the grass and her coat also with just her scarf trapped under her body. She stretched outward and had her feet next to the fire happy with this she closed her eyes for a small sort of nap

Rouge slept soundly, the bone-club falling from his grasp. it seemed as if nothing short of being attacked by a strong tackle would wake him. This was unusual for the slumbering cuebone as he had only ever slept lightly enough that even the slightest breeze would wake him after he was exiled from his village. He dreamed of his father, his disappointed look when Rouge got back injured. A single tear rolled down his cheek to the ground as he slept.

Noel was on the ground looking at the sky, she felt nothing as she just looked at the sky. She reached for the sky as if trying to grab something but of course her paw grabs nothing. She sighs as she just stares at the sky slowly passing out.

She didn't dream at all just pure nothing and before she knew it, it was morning.

Rouge woke with a start. He looked around frantically, not knowing where he was or who this Pokemon sleeping near him was. He jumped up, bone at the ready to attack then lowered it. he started to remember who she was. Noel, she had found him wanting around this forest, gave him some food, and let him tag along. He felt silly and embarrassed for what he had just done and sat, looking at the ground before trying to relight the fire to help warm them. He stayed silent.

Noel was awake when Rouge had tried to attack her, she made no move at all to defend herself at the time knowing how this Pokemon seemed to be a type of feral trying to be civil. He was doing quite well in that fact.

She decided to sit up her black coat now being completely seen in the area as she smiles. "Sleep well?" She asks feeling that to be the most normal question she could of asked

Rouge shook his head no, although he felt quite rested, he also felt alone. Why was he here instead of in his village? Because he was weak, no stronger than a wild Pokemon. Why was he weak? because no matter how hard he tried, he would never get stronger. He didn't know how to explain everything he felt, yet he knew that there was no way to do so. He was no more, and no less than himself. He looked up at Noel and gave a weak smile before returning to tending the fire.

Noel frowned a little when he shook his head no, she felt slightly worried for him and thought of something. She then remembered something about the falls as she looks over to the waterfall then back to the Cubone. "Hey it may not look like it but there is a path leading to another dungeon behind the falls. If you want to get stronger we can try going through there" Noel says knowing what happened last time she went to the dungeon but figured the chances of that happening again were slim to none
