I promised a friend I would help them out in building something, but I need to get my strength up! Can someone come and help me train my strength? I don't think I can do it alone, and last time I went out to train I trained myself half to death and made my friends worried...

» Client: Growlithe
» Objective: Help Growlithe train in her strength
» Place: Black Mist Mountain
» Restrictions: Don't use Special Attacks, only Physical based.
» Difficulty: F
» Reward: 2 Calcium and 150 Poke
» Exploration Points: 10
