Mini Exploration

Sofie the mareep had been on her own exploration to test if she would be guild material. It wasn't too long before she stumbled upon the dark parts of the wild. If the trees looked this sinister, she couldn't imagine what the pokemon that lurked in there were like.
"Well here goes nothing." she said, taking her first step into the forest.

The swellow recklessly rammed the log with it's head, only to push it further away from it. Even though it's first attempt was a failure, it stubbornly kept hitting the log with various things, but mostly it's head. Sofie guessed that it wasn't the sharpest knife in the drawer.

Keyami blinked each time the Swellow rammed into the log. Of course, he also screamed each time. Once. "OHLORDARCEUSIT'SAFIRE." Twice. "THEPONYTA'S'LLGETCHA" Three times. "WE'REALLGONNABUUURN." When the knocking stopped, Keyami cautiously exited the log. It appeared that the Swellow had knocked itself out by ramming its head into the log so many times. "AHAHAHA IT'S SO STUPID!" He snorted and snickered and chortled, dancing around it. Of course, all was fun and games until he rammed his own face into a tree. "WWWWWUUUUUUWUWUWUWUAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH" He screeched, rolling about in the grass.

Sofie followed Keyami out of the log and saw that the bird pokemon had knocked itself cold. Keyami seemed to be trying to do the same since he had if course, managed to have gotten a concussion.
"Phew, that was close." she declared, poking the fainted pokemon to make sure it wasn't faking it.

"BGPC I can't believe you don't even caaare~" Keyami wailed and moaned on and on. "I'M WORTHLESS. GARBAGE. PITIFUL GARBAGE." He curling to a tight ball and continued is screeching.

Sofie just squinted and ignored those last few comments and turned her back on him. She did hear him exclaim something about an item though and looked back to see what he was talking about.
There was in fact a defense scarf hanging from the branch of a tree."Well what are you waiting for? Go get it." she said.

Keyami leaped to his feet and skipped over to the branch. He practically slid up the tree with the ease he was climbing with. He gingerly removed the scarf and wrapped it around his neck. "Ooh, not bad~" He seemed to approve of the color. "What d'you think, BGPC?~" He twirled around for her.

"Very nice," she said, only slightly hiding her sarcasm, " can we please get out of here now before something else chases us into a log?" Being in the log wasn't very comfortable since she could barely fit, and her fluff had been molded into the shape of a cylinder, which looked very strange.
She had just about enough of this forest, and they had been chased even deeper into the dungeon. That meant tougher things would be coming after them. If Sofie hadn't found that log the swellow would've beaten them to a pulp.

Keyami rolled his eyes and sighed dramatically. "You shouldn't rush me! And I look fabulous don't I~ Keyami looks beautiful~ It's okay, you can tell me." He climbed down from the tree and pointed in one direction. "That's the way out. I saw from the tree." He took off that way.

Sofie followed behind him at the same pace and made sure to keep an eye out in case there was something else lying around in the forest. She began to wonder if there was a previous owner of the scarf. Most likely, but finders keepers was her motto. Or it was until she lost something and wanted it back.

Keyami decided that this occasion called for some singing. Then again, Keyami thought every occasion could use some singing. "Oooh~ I've got a brand new scaaarfy~ I wear it with so much gleeee~ Oh I've got a brand new scarfy~ Please don't take my scarfy from meee~" Wow. This one actually rhymed. Kudos to you, Keyami. Kudos to you.

"Great, you're not only mentally disabled, but you're conceited too," she said in a low tone. Not to mention his singing wasn't all that great. They would be getting close to daylight again soon.

"I heard thaaaat!~" Keyami sang. Although, he really didn't. If he had, he would probably be bawling on the ground. Or screaming. Or both. But he was in a great mood after getting this new accessory and he was too happy to be brought back down easily.

All of a sudden, Sofie went flying into the air and landed with a giant thud on the ground. She had tripped, but what had she tripped over? Swiftly, she got to her feet and dusted off her fluffy coat. She turned around to see a.................

Keyami padded over to Sofie and sniffed the seed. "Ooh it's a Reviver seed! Not half bad~" He grinned and turned back around. "Well then, onwaaard~-" He was cut off by a thump.

The pokemon that appeared happened to have a familiar face and body, it was another sewaddle."You think it wants revenge?" she asked Keyami, also pointing out how it was sniffling and whimpering. Then after it was done crying, it pointed to Keyami and started spazzing out.
