Within the Rift

Izumi got an odd sensation as she jumped through the Rift, although she couldn't quite put her claw on what was so strange about it. All she knew was that things were completely black, and then she was standing on an odd, light purplish stone, which vaguely looked like the surface of the moon, that was suspended above a black void with one path leading away from it. In fact, everything inside the rift except for the floating rocks and platforms was pitch-black, yet she could still see clearly. It was a very odd place indeed.

"Maybe this place is like the Peak? Maybe it causes you to have visions or.... Maybe... It's a new species of Pokemon.....?" Izumi began to murmur quietly as she tried to figure out what in the world her sister had seen.

"Maybe...." she replied before she heard another Deerling cry.
She shook her head again, "Crap. We should be focusing on that Deerling not some random vision or whatever of mine."
She bounded off towards where the Deerling cry had come from.

"You're right, let's go get that Deerling!" Ixumi exclaimed, bounding after her sister. Once they had the Deerling with them, then they could escape.

Tsukishiro lead the way down the confusing pathways. It didn't take as long as she had thought to come across the Deerling. It was surrounded by a group of whatever I roll next. You can choose if you want fox xD

Izumi joined her sister in observing the mob of Misdrevius taunting the Summer form Deerling that they had been so fervantly been searching for. Izumi took a moment to consider what she and Tsukishiro should do next, contemplating a battle strategy that could get things over and done with quickly.

Tsukishiro watched the Misdreavus with a worried look on her face. With so many of them, it was obvious to her what the easiest solution would be.... but she didn't want to. She wouldn't, not with an innocent Deerling that could just end up as 'collateral damage'.

"If we could just distract them enough to get them away from ther Deerling..." Izumi growled quietly to herself. "But, how to go about doing that..."

Tsukishiro heard her sister.
"We could always just.... shout at them," she replied, trying to come up with alternate paths of action.

"Hmm...." Izumi said as she pondered this.

"O EM GEE THERE'S A SALE ON DUSK STONES AT THE KECLEON STAND DOWN THE WAY AND THERE'S LIKE FIVE IN STOCK." Izumi shouted suddenly, diving behind a rock and motioning for here sister to join her before the Misdreavus could react.

Tsukishiro had to physically stop herself from laughing after Izumi shouted about the Dusk Stone sale. She leaped behind the rock, her head peeking out to see what was happening. The Deerling, though still completely terrified, now had a rather confused look on her face.

The female members of the Misdreavius mob stopped on a dime when they heard about what Izumi had to say and went tearing off in the direction Izumi and Tsukishiro had come, stumbling all over themselves in the air to be the first ones to that non-existant sale. The male members (which was maybe like three or four Misdreavus) watched them confusedly as they took off like a pack of Hyeinas. Izumi contemplated what to do next.

Tsukishiro held back a sigh and stepped out from behind the rock. She shouted out to the Deerling,
"Cover your ears!"

When the Deerling did this, Tsukishiro covered her own ears before opening her jaws and letting out an almighty screeching sound. There was a vague tune to it, but Tsukishiro was deliberately singing badly so as to do more damage.

Izumi also covered her ears and watched as the Misdreavus began to drop like flies. In her head, she thought, "Another one bites the dust~" as they fell, although she didn't voice her thoughts as she didn't want to offend her sister.

Tsukishiro stopped singing and bounded over to the Deerling.
"Are you alright?" she asked

Before the Deerling could answer however, there was a loud and distinctly distorted sounding roar. The Deerling visibly shrank, afraid of the noise. Tsukishiro looked back to her sister.

Isumi stood quietly as the distorted roar echoed forth from somewhere nearby. She could almost feel a fourth presence near them, and she was picking up a new, faint smell in the air.
