Shadow and Light meet Wind and Ice

Naru was walking around the village, the sun was now rising into the sky. With Roxas by her side she took a deep breath taking in the crisp air. The leaves were starting to change their color which ment that winter would be coming soon. "Come, Roxas we have some training to do." she said smileing at her Pokemon partner. "Deino!(Let's work hard today!)" he growled with determination. Naru chuckled and headed towards the caves.

Naru carefully picked up Roxas and started walking back to the village. After a few steps she nearly fell, "I would like some help Lillian." Naru said softly. She didn't want anyone's help but she would swallow her pride for now and ask for help, for Roxas. None of this would have happened if I didn't charge at Lorenzo. she thought.

Jack looked over to Mausumi as she asked about Mizu, walking toward him.
"She's hurt, but judging by the injuries she'll be fine after a few days rest," he assured his friend, smiling sadly, "What about Rhythmi?"

Lillian nodded and moved over to help her friend. She smiled, glad that she had managed to swallow her pride and let her help. Aria fluttered over, trying to help them carry the Deino, however, she wasn't much help due to her not having any arms. She could merely fly underneath and try and help hold him up. Eventually she just flew alongside them, feeling that she was just getting in their way.
"He'll be fine after he rests up," smiled Lillian, trying to comfort Naru.

Mausumi felt relieved, "That's great. Rhythmi should be alright in a few days soon too." She mumbled slightly exausted. "I hope we won't run into anybody like Lorenzo..exept maybe when we are stronger... anytime soon. But most likely we are going to have to fight again." Mausumi sighed. She didn't want anyone's Pokemon to get destroyed. In fact if Lillian didn't come in, they would probably all be gone now.

*Time skip to being in the Elders home*

An elderly woman was sitting with her legs tucked underneath her sipping her warm tea, "Such a nice day." she sighed admiring the the cool weather as she felt a breeze. She was wearing a traditional style black kimono with white flowers, her hair was in a tight bun with a Cherry Blossom in it. A young man came running down the hall and slid to a stop, "Elder, four kids just came into the village carrying injured Pokemon." he gasped trying to catch his breath. The old woman glanced to her side and looked at the man, Have the children come here to heal their Pokemon." she said slowly getting up.

Naru was going as fast as she could with the other girl beside her helping her to carry Roxas. Just as she was heading towards the Elder's home one of her apprentices came running towards them, "Please come with me. The elder will be expecting you." he said guiding them to the old house.

Lillian remained silent as she helped carry Roxas. She followed the apprentice, glad that they had finally reached the village once more. Now she was sure that these Pokemon would be okay. Aria fluttered on ahead, landing gently near the elder's home as she waited for the group. She then ducked inside, perching on one of the beams in the ceiling.

Jack jogged after Naru and Lillian with Mizuryu in his arms. He had told Mausumi that he was confident about Mizu's recovery, but he wanted to make sure and wasn't about to take any chances. The Horsea stirred in his aching arms and he comforted her in a soft tone.

Mausumi carefully followed Lillian, the Swablu, Naru, Roxas, Jack, and Mizuryu. The elder's house was in sight, but she felt little, and would continue to until everyone else was alright. Rhythmi should be alright, she thought, but all the same...I don't want an encounter with one of those people again...

the Elder had been getting the herbs that she would need and several other things as she saw the extent of the injuries on the Pokemon, especially the Deino. with several blankets on the floor for the pokemon and mats for the trainers to rest were already prepared. "Place him on the blanket, Ashido." the Elder said with a calm voice. Roxas whimpered softly as he was placed next to the Elder. "There, there, little one. No one is going to hurt you. What happened?" she asked the four kids. Naru didn't reply and kept her bangs over her eyes. She was upset that she had let this happen to her closest friend.

"They were attacked by a strange man," Lillian supplied the explanation that the elder needed, "He had a very powerful Pokemon, though I'm not sure what Pokemon it was..."
The female looked to her Swablu after she finished telling the elder the extent of what she knew. Aria gave her a small chirrup, telling her that everything would be fie now that the elder was here to look after Roxas.

Jack sat down in a corner of the Elder's home, still cradling Mizuryu in his arms. He was careful to keep out of their way whilst they went about trying to treat Roxas.

Mausumi kneeled on the hard floor, her spirit seemed physically broken. They are watching us... They are laughing at us... And most of all, our friends, human and Pokemon alike are hurt. Maybe I could have done something... They ar- she quietly repeated, blaming herself for what happened. Rhythmi undilated, trying to prove that she was alright, but the girl held her closer, she didn't want to harm anyone anymore.
