Shadow and Light meet Wind and Ice

Naru was walking around the village, the sun was now rising into the sky. With Roxas by her side she took a deep breath taking in the crisp air. The leaves were starting to change their color which ment that winter would be coming soon. "Come, Roxas we have some training to do." she said smileing at her Pokemon partner. "Deino!(Let's work hard today!)" he growled with determination. Naru chuckled and headed towards the caves.

Landorus bit down hard on the back of Roxas' neck and threw him into the air, and got hit by both attack causing a small explosion along with a cloud of dust. "Roxas!" Naru cried out. Then without thinking her body started to give of a black aura and sent it towards her Pokemon. Guiding the Pokemon gently onto the ground, Naru glared at the man. "Heh, this choker is a part of the Chaos Chain. Besides, we already know who you are, Naru Kage, Mausumi Thyra, and Jack Yukito. We also know what you are. our organization has been watching this Village for quiet some time." Lorenzo said looking at the three kids.

The dust had finally cleared, Landorus looked like it hardly felt the attacks. "What do you mean you've been watching our village?! And what is this "Chaos Chain"?!" Naru shouted in anger. Roxas was trembling, he could feel the glare from the Landorus. Lorenzo laughed softly, "We have been waiting for the Guardians to choose their Shōsū eraba.(Chosen Few) Now that they have, we shall take over the reign of dragons shall end and the reign of the Kami's shall rise! Landorus! Use Earth Power!" he shouted. Landorus got to it's hind legs and stomped it front paws causing the ground crack sending a wall of flames heading towards the three trainers and their Pokemon.

"What we are..." blinked Jack. Well I guess there's no use trying to keep them hidden then... he thought, raising his staff into the air as the Earth Power got closer. He then slammed the bottom of the wooden staff into the ground, using it to channel his icy power through the ground. As he did so, the winds picked up, bringing a small blizzard that counteracted the flames from the Earth Power, blowing them out, protecting the people and Pokemon around him.

At that exact moment, Lillian appeared on the scene, still carrying the assortment of herbs from earlier.
"Good lord," she muttered as the mini-blizzard calmed down. Jack turned around as he heard Lillian speak, not realising that she too was one of the 'chosen few'.
"Aww crap. Really?" he frowned, shaking his head before turning back to the Mouse and Naru.
"Well either way dude, you can't have been that observant. I've had these powers for almost six months now," Jack pointed out.

Lillian stayed quiet. She recognised the other two from around the village, but the only person she actually knew was Naru. And who the heck was this white haired guy with the choker.

Her face quickly changed from anger to shock. “You know...who we are?” She mumbled, and then quickly she looked around at the other two. They are like me? Mausumi thought, but it can’t be true… Suddenly her mind flashed to that random snowstorm in the summer, and to the more recent memory, the dark shadow appear and guiding the Deino to the ground. Mausumi looked as the Pokémon the man called Landorus, appeared and looked like it took no damage from the attack. Lorenzo called out for Earth Power, but the fire quickly got canceled out by Jack’s snowstorm. Maybe I can slow it down, she thought then attempted to flatten the Landorus in condensed air, but it was weak, and barely did anything except tire her out more.

Lorenzo smiled, "That's it. Show me the power of your so-called Guardians!" he shouted. Naru yelled and ran towards the man, while Roxas used Dragon rage on the Landorus. A deep shade of purple engulfed Naru's hand almost like claws and she scratched at Lorenzo. The man grabbed her wrist before she could cause any serious damage to him. Naru struggled to get away but Lorenzo had a tight grip on her. "Landorus, Hyper Beam." he said with a smirk. Landorus growled as it opened it's mouth sending out a black beam toawrds the three Pokemon. Roxas being closer to the larger Pokemon took the most damage and was sent flying and sank to the ground with a loud thud landing on his side. "Roxas!"

"Wait!" cried Jack as Naru ran towards the oddly dressed man. It was stupid to leave yourself so open to attack by using something more reminiscent to a fighting technique. However his cry was to late to stop her as Lorenzo grabbed her wrist.
The Landorus was then commanded to use Hyper Beam and, dropping his staff, Jack quickly leaped for his Horsea partner, shielding her from a lot of the blast. However it wasn't enough and the young Pokemon and her trainer both took a lot of damage.

Jack smiled sadly down at his weakened partner. His body ached as he stood back up to his full height and glared at Lorenzo.

"Rhythmi!" Mausumi yelled, and dashed to her partner, scooping her up, before causing a gust of wind, attempting to change the direction away from anyone's harm. A decent amount of the beam of pure energy was directed away and hit a tree, but the strain was hard on Mausumi and she got hit by the ones that managed to get though the wind. Mausumi was near her limit, but she staggered up ready to fight again if she needed be. Rhythmi still took an amazing amout of damage even though the attack was slightly deflected away by the fact of level difference.

Naru stared wide-eyed in fear for her Pokemon and ran towards him without realizing that Lorenzo had already let her go. Tears fell down her face as she saw the damaged state that Roxas was in, "It is amazing to see three Shōsū eraba at their wits end. Landorus--" Lorenzo said before he was cut off by seeing Naru facing him with red eyes. "I will make you regret ever setting foot here in the Village of Dragons." she said softly before sending a large wave of darkness towards the men.

Jack cradled Mizu in his left arm, leaning on his staff to keep him standing upright. He wanted to do something but he felt as if all his muscles ached from being hit by the Hyper Beam.

Lillian however, had promptly dropped her herbs, fishing into the pocket of her dress for her ocarina. It was he only instrument she carried around with her, but she couldn't let that man retaliate and hurt the three from the village again.
Taking a deep breath, she began playing the ocarina. The music echoed through the area as Lillian played a tune known to the village as Lugia's song. It brought a calming influence over the group of people and their Pokemon.

Jack turned to look at Lillian, who he realised was the one playing the music. He felt as if he could trust her, her music making him feel peaceful inside as if he and the others hadn't just gotten hit by a hyper beam. Maybe he had been wrong before and she was one of the 'chosen few.' Jack didn't know anyone else whose music could calm such a powerful Pokemon.

Mausumi quietly closed her eyes, before she heared a song. A weird attack by Landorous? She thought but it wasn't even close to an attack. It was....enchanting. Peaceful. Rhythmi started moving so that she could hear the music better. It was haunting, yet amazing. Mausumi opened her eyes and looked at Lillian who was playing her ocarina, causing the song to appear. Almost as if....she like one of us. Mausumi realised.

Slowly but surely Naru began to calm down as the darkness began to turn into a mist. "Such a lovely sound." Lorenzo said listening to the peaceful melody. Landorus also calmed down, and gazed at the fallen pokemon and their trainers. You could see the sadness in it's eyes, "Come Landorus. We have enough data." Lorenzo said as he walked away, the orange Pokemon followed. "We'll meet again, Shōsū eraba"

Lillian kept playing until she was sure Lorenzo was far enough away not to come back and surprise attack the three... well four now.

Jack turned back to the odd man and his Landorus to watch him leave, sighing in relief once he had gone. The silver haired teenager than flopped down onto the ground, Mizu hesitantly swimming upwards before sitting on the ground next to her partner.
"Just... let me lie here for a moment Mizu..." he blinked, the ground underneath him freezing over, becoming coated in a thin layer of frost.

Leaving her herbs behind, Lillian moved over to the ground.
"Are you alright?" she asked the three, raising her eyebrow at Jack who was still lay on the ground. Jack merely grinned up at her.
"I'm fine other than some aching limbs," he replied, "I don't know about the others though."

Mausumi kept holding Rhythmi in her hands, even though the later insisted on letting her go on the ground. "Don't worry about me. I'm still standing, so I'm alright." She told Lillian. Truth be told, once the song faded away, she felt a bit worse for the wear, but she refused until everyone else was treated. She felt that anyone else needed more help first. "How about you...Naru?" She asked the other one. She thought that was that guy called her, but she just wanted to make sure she was alright.

Naru walked over to Roxas and gently picked up his head. Roxas whimpered from the pain, "Shh, Roxas it's ok." she said softly. Black mist was emitting off of her as it charged behind her and cut a boulder in half. She was more scared then angry, she nearly lost her Pokemon. "Lillian, thanks" she muttered.

"You're welcome," smiled Lillian, Aria happily fluttering next to her trainer. The loyal Swablu still had herbs in her claws, reminding Lillie of why they were out here in the first place. The child of peace reached up and scratched under Aria's chin. The Swablu chirruped cheerfully.
Lillian then turned to the others. Jack had now sat back up, leaving a little circle of frost where he had been lying.
"We should get you three back to the village so the elder can take a look at you and your Pokemon," blinked Lillian, "I'll help you carry Roxas if you like Naru."

Jack watched Lillie for a moment. She was still so calm about this, even when Naru had just now split that boulder. It was almost unnatural how calm she was. Jack turned to Mizuryu. The tiny Horsea was swimming upwards through the air and Jack cut her journey short by cradling her in his arms again. He didn't want her to over-exert herself before she had even begun to recover from her injuries.
With Mizuryu in one arm, Jack used his shoeless foot to stand on the edge of his staff. Doing so, lifted the hooked end slightly into the air so that he could grab it without jostling the Horsea's position.

Mausumi nodded, "Thanks." The girl had saved their and their Pokemon's lives most likely, and she should at least thank her. Naru said thanks...so the girl's name was Lillian? She realized. "Bunny is Mizu alright?" She asked her friend quietly. She hoped that the Horsea was alright, it seemed that she took more damage than Rhythmi, but the worst by far was the Deino...but Lillian seemed to be taking care of that. She slowly walked over to Jack, Rhythmi still in her arms.
