A More Adventurous Trip Back

George stood at the entrance of the cave waiting for Acro to catch back up. "Come on Acro!" George yelled over.

((Something I don't understand: Archen cannot fly, but he is still resistant to ground attacks xD))

Acro wasn't affected by the magnitude, he pulled at his tail in attempt to free himself. Pain shot up his tail every time he moved. More rocks fell around him as the Geodude's magnitude shook the cave.

The Geodude managed to survive and sped up using rock polish. It dodged behind large rocks against any further attacks. It picked up a rock and threw it at the buizel from behind a larger one.

George thought for a moment. "No way this guys is gonna give up... We might need to run." George looked at the now noticeable exit to Grassveil Town. "Or maybe we can make him go away..."

Acro was still trapped under the boulder, he had stopped pulling at his tail and began to try and push the boulder.

The Geodude hid behind a different rock, he grabbed the rock behind him and threw it at the buizel. The Geodude was surprised to be hit by a Steel wing, he had thrown Acro's rock by mistake! The geodude was flung toward George.

George used another Aqua Tail, Sonic boom is useless. The Geodude fell on the ground. Not K.Oed but severely injured.

Acro kept his distance from the Geodude. If the geodude used rockthrow on him he would be KO'd in a instant considering that rock is his weakness and he was still weak from the golbat. He was breathing hard and his spirits were low. He decided to hang back and let George finish it, since one more aqua tail looked like it would defeat it.

The Geodude was also breathing hard, he glared at the Buizel with hatred. The Geodude screeched as it threw another rock at the Buizel.

George sidestepped and avoided the rock. George walked over to the Geodude, looked at him, shook his head, and started walking towards the Exit. "Choose the wrong path Geo..."

The geodude seemed to grow even angrier. It picked up the biggest rock it could find and launched it toward the Buizel's back.

Acro flung himself at the rock and used steel wing, making it break into a thousand tiny pieces. Acro fell to the ground on his back, exhausted. "I'm over working myself a bit here..." he huffed.

"Just walk it off Acro." George said while going to help the Archen up. "Well that seemed to be a bit more tiring to you than me." George said looking at Acro.

"Well hmm, I have a type disadvantage, I was trapped under a rock, my ears are still ringing from the screeches, and I got hit with your sonic boom...of course i'm tired." Acro laughed a bit and looked at the Geodude, "Are we going to leave it?" he asked George.

"Yeah. We don't need to K.O every pokemon we find. Else they will hate us more." George walked outside, shielding his eyes from the sun. "I think we deserve a day off. Let's head back to the guild."

Acro eyed the Geodude but followed George. In the light of the cave exit he spotted an item, he ran over and picked it up before he returned to George, "We should head straight home. This had been a tough day."

The geodude was furious at their retreat, but stayed where he was. He slammed his fist on the ground in frustration. A rock fell from the ceiling and hit his head, he was KO'd embarrassingly by the rock.

George picked up an Iron Thorn by the entrance. "Here, you can be the person who has more ranged stuff." George gave the Iron Thorn to Acro.

Acro tucked away the iron thorn and followed George as they headed back to their sleeping quarters.
