Much better. Your name is Tyler Bates. You've lived in this room for most of your life now. You recently received your own copy of SBURB OMEGA and decided to play it with a few of your friends. You log onto PesterChum to see if any of them are online. It seems that creativeCrafter and shamblingGambler are online. You decide to talk to CC and see if she can talk.

She just finished a dance she had been practising on for the last few days, and is currently rather proud of herself for finally finishing the entire thing. She may have a silly name, but unfortunately she's too exhausted to tell it right now. Enter name?

Your name is Lyra, and for half your life, this has been the room you refer to as "your own". You have a variety of interests, of which include dancing, exotic foods and FANTASY. God, if only real life wasn't so boring. You have a feeling that's going to change with your newly aquired SBURB OMEGA, but you quickly discard that thought. As if a game could alter reality in any way, directly or indirectly! You're...still pretty excited to play it, though. Maybe you should pester some chums about it.

As you log into PesterChum, you notice that all four of friends are online! This makes you happy, and a bit indecisive. You are not really sure who you should pester first, and spend a good five minutes staring at the screen.

You disregard the fact that CC is online and decide to pester your friend who had recently came online, whimsicalMythologist.

Your eyes suddenly stray from your labtop to your open door. Across the hall is your big sister's room. The air in that area is ominous, you don't exactly enjoy seeing her. Next to her door is her prized scythe. You're not quite sure why she collects sharp objects, but you admit that her scythe is pretty cool. She lets you use it every so often, so you decide to captchalogue it. You're sure big sis won't mind. You apply the scythe to your strife sylladex. Better to be safe than sorry. Suddenly you realize that you had left your friends. You immediately rush back to your labtop.

You are a young girl with sholder length dark brown hair. You are lying on your bed making CUTE PLUSHIES while rockng out to your favorite JPOP TUNES. What is this girl's name?

Much, much better. You start to sew some fabric together when your laptop makes the sound signal that shows someone is pestering you. This surprise makes you PRICK YOUR FINGER. You stuff said finger into your mouth and check to see who was online. Apparently, it was acidicPenguin. Your plushies have to wait; when a friend pesters, you respond. ALWAYS.

Up until this sudden call from AP, you have completely forgotten about your copy of SPURB OMEGA. It sounded interesting, but you were afraid that it would take up too much memory on your laptop. Oh well, you go to look for it.

A chum of yours interrupts your ini-mini-miney-mo session to figure out which chum of yours to pester. How convenient! You quickly open acidicPenguin's PesterChum window to reply to him.

While waiting for your chum to reply, you decide to captchalogue your assortment of exotic snacks. After all, gaming is most enjoyable on a full stomach. You then wonder what do allocate to your Strife Specibus, before remembering that you already put your trusty Bo Staff there less than an hour ago. Lousy goshdarn stupid short term memory!

You figure you could might as well install Sburb, though, as that is a thing you haven't already done less than an hour ago. You pop the discs into your computer and promptly get mesmerized by a cascade of spirographs. Life is beautiful

You notice that both of your friends replied to you. You decide to reply back.

You hear the sound of footsteps in the hall. Must be your sister sleepwalking again. You captchalogue your rock collection. Your not sure why, but it seems like doing this would be important.

While waiting for Sburb to load, you decide to captchaloge your favorite Pegasus Plush, Pwnyfeathers. You love soft and cuddly things, and you especially love to surround yourself with them if they happen to be mythology themed. It seems like AP has replied to you in the middle of your Mythbeast plush party. Better reply to him!

Minimizing the PesterChum window, you decide to check upon the gorgeus spirographs once more. Sooooo cooolOH LOOKS LIKE IT'S ALMOST DONE LOADING, TOO!

You charge into your room, slamming the door against the wall, which swings back into place. Setting your backpack down, you start to boot up your computer. But what is this young boy's name?

There we go. Much better. You hop onto your computer chair with a rather drawn out spin. You stop the chair with your leg, waiting for your computer to boot up. The computer is fast, but the monitor is rather slow. Finally, the picture comes into view. With it turned on, you decide to check if your friends are online. PesterChum is then opened, where you begin chatting with your friends.

At last, SG has arrived. Now you can finally play SBURB with all of your friends.

You take the SBURB OMEGA disc and insert it into your computer. Time to start installing. A sceen pops up with mesmerising Spirographs. You can't help but stare.

The spirographs stop loading (oh nooooooo), revealing the Sburb title screen. Oh, seems like SG is on! You will start playing this game after replying to him.

You take a break from pestering SG, to check up on your other friend, who just appeared on the screen for some reason? What is this game, some sort of Sims? It looks really realistic. You were never all that good at Sims, and hopefully this game will have no consequences in real life, although it seems to...take place in real life? Anyway, you figure out it would be best to contact Tyler about this, as he is the one who just showed up on the screen.

Well, its good that she got the game. But what was she on about with Tyler? Regardless, you have more than one chum to attend to.

With that, you decide to rummage through you desk drawers until finding your copies of the Sburb Omega. You remember talking it over with CC that you'd be the server host. So, you take the server host disk out of its folder, and into your disk tray. The tray consumes the disk with an affirmative whirring. Suddenly, the download screen pops up. A Spirograph twists and spins enticingly on the download. It gets a bit overwhelming, so you block the picture with the PesterChum window. It looks like CC is on as well, so you might as well talk a bit with her as well.

You suddenly wake up and are in a daze. It seems you were'nt even paying attention to the fact you had entered the game. Your not entirely sure what to do, but as you try and figure it out you are suddenly lifted into the air. You take out your cell phone and start pestering.

Suddenly you are thrown down to the ground. Ouch. You decide to look around your house. It seems... Colder for some reason. You find your sister passed out on the ground with some kind of yellow ant nibbling at her ponytail. Hey, Your gonna be blamed for that! That stupid insect isn't even in Sis' collection!

STRIFE!

You pull out your scythe and slice open the ant. A sudden burst of what seems to be Fruity Gushers emerges from the ant's body.

Your sister stands up and continues to sleepwalk. How she remains asleep, you have no idea.

(You entered the Medium, already? Aren't we supposed to do some getting to know the game shenanigans first? ...Okay, then 0_0)

Minutes in the past, but not many, you are trying to figure out what to do after Tyler (who actually turned out to be the REAL Tyler) abjured your cursor. You open the menu and browse the options. There are some things there that look deployable, some of which are free and some of which cost "grist". You briefly wonder what grist could be, before you see a meter with an icon of something gusher-looking. Only 20? That sounds a little cheap, but you guess you'll roll with it.

You decide to go from smallest to largest, and place the pre punched card on Tyler's desk. You then place the totem lathe in the living room, pondering where to put the cruxthingy before noticing a suitable dent in the same room. The cruxTRUDER fits perfectly! Unfortunately, you seem to be running out of room, and you still have the alcemithing left! You were hoping it wouldn't come to this, but it seems like you have to do a little...rearranging. Switching to build modus, you extend Tyler's room, accidentally crushing a tree in the process. This cost you 4 grist, but you suppose it's okay as long as you get all this stuff deployed. Switching back, you then deploy the alcemiTER in the newly extended room.

As Lyra starts putting all of these new contraptions in your house, you decide to fiddle with your sylladex.You captchaloge your stuffed teddy, Cookies. Its okay cookies, I won't let you get hurt. you peek into your sister's room (as much as you don't want to) To see if she had gone back to bed yet. Yep, shes passed out on her bed. Around her room you see several posters containing bugs and her wall of butterflies. Her obsession with insects really bothers you for some reason. Maybe its because you fear that one of her "pets" will escape and eat you. Or Somehing. Suddenly outside you hear a crack.

As your other chums don't seem to reply immediately, you turn your attention back towards Tyler. Last time you saw him he had just bested some kind of ant monster. Your gaze locks onto the gushery looking things. Maybe the game wasn't such a cheapskate about grist, after all?
