» Natural Feats:

Static Wool: If enough static electricity is charged, its wool doubles in size and if touched, can be shocking. The more static that is charged, the brighter Mareep's tail glows.

Insulation: It stores lots of air in its fur, this allows the Pokemon to stay warm in the winter and cold throughout the summer.

Static: If the Pokemon with this ability is hit by a move that makes physical contact, there is a 30% chance that the attacker will be paralysed.

» Personality:

Loren is a determined Mareep with the utmost faith in himself and his abilities. He has high aspirations in the world, his greatest desire being one of world exploration and the observation of fresh, new things yet unknown to him. An aficionado of knowledge and the act of learning, Loren takes any opportunity he can get to find out more about the world and everything in it. Due to such strong motivation, he has amassed an impressive collection of facts, for his age. This is Loren’s greatest pride, and he is quick to recite any information he is aware of, should the need arise.

Despite all his knowledge of the practical, though, Loren is naive and childish. Although he may seem mature and self-assured, he appears to be no more than an innocent child upon inspection from a social perspective. He has no understanding of the world beyond the facts and theories he has memorised, and even though he is fully capable of utilising logic to make sensible deductions, Loren is emotionally ingenuous. He knows nothing about the natures of Pokemon and is steadfast in his belief that every Pokemon is inherently good. Needless to say, this could be a recipe for disaster - he may not notice Pokemon trying to take advantage of him or trick him. He simply doesn’t understand why any Pokemon would want to tell lies to him. His emotional cluelessness doesn’t stop here, either. He’s not very sensitive to others’ emotions and cannot seem to pick up small fluctuations in mood from conversational partners, nor particularly subtle conversational cues. This doesn’t mean that he’s loud and boisterous, constantly offending or annoying others - it simply means that he gets confused and stays quiet when he sees an abnormality in someone’s behaviour, having no idea why they may be acting differently.

» Likes:

Books: Loren enjoys settling down in a cozy corner with a good book. He's intrigued by a lot of things, whether it's a factual text or a thrilling piece of fiction.

Affection: He's watched other Pokemon in his hometown frolicking and wrestling affectionately, from a distance. He feels a bit confused in witnessing such emotions, but, having seen the joyful expression on their faces, he figures it must be nice. This "like" may seem redundant, but it is particularly significant for Loren given his lack of close friends and desire to be close with another Pokemon, apart from his family. It's not that he hates being alone or feels lonely, but rather: he wants a companion that can accompany him and that he can share his feelings and experiences with.

Beauty: Loren has an eye for aesthetically-pleasing objects or sceneries. He loves beauty itself, and revels in the phenomenons of nature.

» Dislikes:

Improvisation: Loren gets a bit flustered when he's shoved suddenly into a situation he's clueless about. It's true that he loves learning about things previously unknown to him, but he prefers to have at least a minimal understanding of the setting and related objects before he enters an entirely new place. He'd prefer to be informed enough to be able to form logical plans or inferences in foresight, if required. If he's forced to make a decision on the spot, Loren may occasionally panic and make an incorrect selection.

Dirtiness: Loren likes to appear neat and refined, and strives to keep his fleece in pristine condition at all times. His sheltered lifestyle means that he’s never had much experience when it comes to getting particularly muddy or dirty during the thrill of a romp or adventure. This contributes to his dislike for uncleanliness, and it will take Loren a while to become accustomed to adventuring without any hesitation in entering situations that might soil his wool.

Subtleties in Conversation: He is not very adept at picking them up, and sometimes gets confused by them. He may be baffled by an idiom or saying, not having encountered them in the books he has read. By no means does Loren hate Pokemon who are subtle in expressing their emotions, or even the subtleties themselves - he just feels that they are sometimes unnecessarily puzzling, but tries to see them as riddles he needs to solve and interesting new aspects of life that he needs to learn about.

» History:

Loren's father, a Floatzel, had been an avid explorer of the world. He took pride in his travels and loved nothing more than discovering more about the universe, and viewing beautiful sceneries with his own eyes. During one of his expeditions, however, he found himself lacking in supplies and was on the brink of fainting. Through half-lidded eyes, he saw a silhouette approach him. Having been under the impression that this was a feral Pokemon, he gave up all remaining shreds of hope and allowed himself to accept his defeat. However, this Pokemon - an Ampharos - was not a wild Pokemon. As it turned out, she was just as fierce, strong, and passionate in exploration as him - perhaps even more so. She resuscitated him from his impending collapse, and together, the two made an agreement to explore together. The two were an unstoppable duo, rivalling each other with otherwise unparalleled enthusiasm, neither giving in to the other. This very Ampharos would eventually come to be Loren's mother.

Unfortunately, the Ampharos suddenly developed signs of a serious infection, which was likely to have come from an injury she sustained during one of her journeys. Due to the weakening and atrophy of her body that came from the infection, she was forced to cease all exploration activities. As a result, Loren's mother and father moved to a small village and settled for more peaceful, quiet lives, while she sought treatment and gradually recuperated from the effects of her illness. It was clear that Loren's mother's inability to travel was stifling for her, rendering her no more than a fragment of her former self - until Loren was born.

He was the pride and joy of their lives, and his parents devoted their full attention to him, teaching him about the world and recounting their adventures to him. Loren's mother, in particular, would often recite elaborate descriptions of winding mountains, lush forests, and bustling cityscapes.

Unlike the other Pokemon in the village, Loren was not permitted to venture beyond the village borders. His parents had grown to be very protective, overly cautious - his mother was in this predicament due to her rashness in exploration, after all - and he was very sheltered in the early stages of his life. He grew distant from the other Pokemon, reading books and learning in the safety of his home while they scrambled in the sunshine.

This upbringing served as a huge factor in shaping Loren's bookish intelligence and desire for knowledge of the outside world.

As he grew up, Loren developed an increasing desire to explore. This was partly brought on by his parents' past, and partly by a slightly older Fraxure in the village. He was well liked by all the young Pokemon, and was the only one to see past Loren's slightly socially inept, nerdy exterior to see him for the eager Mareep that he was. He was a role model; an older-brother figure for Loren. The Fraxure was courageous and outgoing, often venturing into the woods with a group of his friends to adventure. Every time he emerged from the forest with a triumphant grin, slightly battered and muddy, with twigs and leaves caught on his tusks, Loren would revere him with an admiring gaze.

Eventually, Loren's parents saw their own pasts reflected in him, and decided that it would be unfair to keep him from his wishes. They began to encourage him to pursue the endless opportunities that lay ahead of him, and after a prolonged period of preparation, Loren was ready.

He was going on a journey. At last, he was on his way to experiencing the wonders of the world, just as his parents had.

» Other: He tries to keep the sphere at the end of his tail as clean as possible, and polishes it so that it glows even more brightly than usual - a slight expression of love for cleanliness and the small beauties in life.

Sorry, your Character Bio cannot be approved due to the following reasons:

1.) NAME

The name you've chosen is actually fine. However, I feel the need to inform you of the fact that there is already a character named "Sorren." The spelling is slightly different and the other character is currently inactive, so you may take this name if you still want it; I just felt that I should inform you that there is technically a character with a variation of this name. As long as you're fine with sharing variations of the name with another character - and an inactive character, at that - you're good to go.

2.) NATURAL FEATS

You have the general idea right, but you're going a bit too far into detail. You don't need to give specific details on how you want to use/interpret a feat unless you plan to use it for something that isn't obvious. The "Natural Feats" section is only for what is explicitly stated in the Pokedex. For instance, there's nothing about Mareep's fluffed-up fur giving it increased defense. You're also missing a feat, and your chosen ability should have its own feat separate from the others.

I would recommend simply going to this page and using the feats listed here, plus a simple feat for the ability you've chosen.

3.) DISLIKES

As stated in the natural feat you missed, a mareep's wool actually isn't hot.

4.) HISTORY

Elaborate on this "illness." You currently have absolutely no information on it. Was it lasting physical damage from an injury? If so, what kind of injury? Was it a sickness resulting from an infection? If so, what kind? Was it cancer? Ebola? The black plague? Chronic Harambitis?

5.) OTHER

...Perhaps? This implies you don't know for sure. He's your character, so you should know whether or not the polishing of his own tail bulb is the product of vanity. There is no room for an indecisive word such as "perhaps."
