| IO Budget ApplicationsSome independent organisations offer some form of reward for completing certain tasks or jobs. If your IO has these or similar features, it is likely that you will need to apply for a budget, i.e, some money that is given to you for use within your IO. The budget can be used as rewards for those jobs, or the money can be exchanged for different items which you may want to give away instead. In order to prevent IOs having excess money that is not needed, an IO may only have a budget of 1000 poke per active character that has joined the IO. In order to be able to use this money, you need to apply for it and get your application reviewed and accepted by site staff. After successfully applying for a budget, you will need to keep records of where the money from your budget is being spent. It is recommended that before you apply for a budget, you read the Budget Records, Rules and Regulations thread, located here, as it contains a lot of necessary information about how budgets work and how they are used. ____________________________________ In order to apply for a budget for your independent organisation, you will need to fill in the form below and post it in this thread. Upon approval, a notice will be edited into your application post stating it's approval as well as the amount of poke your budget will start with. You will also be sent a PM to confirm it. After your budget is approved, you have to post a budget record thread for your IO in this board. You cannot begin spending the budget assigned to your IO until you have posted a suitable budget record thread. If you would like to apply for a larger budget after your initial application, you can repost in this thread with another application form so we have a written record of the new budget that will be assigned. When doing this, please add a direct link to your original budget application post to the new and updated application. Your budget records thread will not need to be reposted once this is approved, but it is wise to make a note of the changes made. Budget Application Template » Applying Organisation: The full name of the organisation that is applying for the budget.
» Number of Members: The total number of active characters that are currently members of your IO. Inactive characters and characters who are not fully a part of the IO yet do not count towards this number.
» Application History: If this is not the first time an application has been submitted for this IO, this is where you will need to submit links to any previous budget applications. Please try and use the 'insert link' function to link via text rather than just copy pasting the link itself. It is encouraged that you add a date next to each link so we know when and which order the previous applications were submitted.
» Uses of Budget: This section is used to justify why you need the budget and describe how it will be used. If this is not your first budget application for your IO, you can merely refer to the original. However, if you have added features to your IO since the last budget application you submitted, you should rewrite this section to include those new features if relevant.
» Budget Total: The total budget that you believe you should be assigned. If you are unsure, refer to the Budget Records, Rules and Regulations thread located here as it will be explained there.

In return, poke will be distributed between the participants based on how much they contributed to that specific goal. It may also be occasionally used to purchase items in order to host mini-events for the kingdom along with rewards received via donations from members.
