Pilot gazed ahead at the sickeningly sweet forest of Pecha. It was a common location for rookies to train, which is exactly why he chose to go there several days prior... However, that trip hadn't ended very well. The tiny Taillow shuddered when he recalled being exploded on by a Pineco, and then subsequently getting poisoned by an Exeggcute... Indeed, he had been defeated by two tiny forest critters, and now he was back for vengeance. To say that he was bitter about his failure in the forest would be an understatement. Since his terrible Pecha Forest expedition, the small bird Pokemon had become much stronger, and now he was going to prove himself by finally getting through the "easy" dungeon.
While he was confident that he could conquer the rookie's dungeon alone, Pilot couldn't help but feel a bit lonely. Maybe it was because he had grown accustomed to always having a partner with him during his explorations... Not that he missed Hidon specifically. Well, it shouldn't be too hard to find someone else in here, Pilot thought to himself, remembering how quickly he had found a temporary partner the last time he had been in the dungeon. "Hey, anyone here?" He chirped, trying to attract the attention of any other rookie explorers in the forest. Of course, he was also attracting feral Pokemon in the process...

| Yet again, Lillian's ears picked up on rustling noises. By now she honestly didn't know whether it would be a feral or explorer - to be fair, both had made a considerable amount of bush-rustling. However, judging by the growling noises the creature seemed to be making, she assumed it would be the former. Tensing up, she waited for the creature to reveal itself. Suddenly, a Nidorino burst out of the bushes, eyeing Lillian maliciously.
"I can handle this. I bet this'll be no problem," Lillian thought, although the Nidorino was easily two times her size. Pushing off the ground with her hind legs, Lillian leapt at the Nidorino. Before giving it time to react, she slashed at it with her right paw in a vicious Scratch attack.
However, as her claws made contact with the Nidorino, she discovered that it wouldn't be so easy after all. Its skin was thick, and it was powerful. The Nidorino tossed her to the ground easily, winding her. Lillian lay sprawled on the ground for a second in shock before she clambered to her paws and backed away slowly, snarling. How could I let myself be attacked like that!? I let my guard down, She thought, annoyed and embarrassed at herself. And before she realised it, Lillian had backed into something else. Looking over her shoulder, Lillian realised with horror that it was a Nidorina. It looked down at her menacingly with piercing red eyes and raised its claws, preparing to attack.

| Seeing as the minun posed no harm to them, she looked back at the Aipom. There seemed to have fallen a Pecha berry next to it, probably from the tree. Sh walked over but when she was about to pick it up, she heard rustling coming from different directions. She looked back to see a Nidorino had appeared. The other Fenniken wasn't going to be able to beat it that easily it seemed.
She picked up the berry and when she wanted to help her, a sudowoodo jumped in front of her, blocking her path. Cana was a bit scared, she had the type disadvantage here. Cana soon noticed a Nidorina appearing behind Lillian. She was in trouble. Cana hesitated and spit an ember at the sudowoodo, only to get past it and attacking the Nidorina with an ember, praying she wouldn't hit any trees.
(Ooc: Oooh, there will be a lot of pokemon. Cana might have a good reason to use heat wave here.)

| The Nidorina flinched as Cana's Ember hit it, giving Lillian the opportunity to slip away. "Thanks," Lillian muttered to Cana. She needed to make up for this blunder. She couldn't owe a debt to another Pokemon like this. She would undoubtedly pay this debt back, in due time, or she'd feel bothered.
Lillian spat an Ember at the Nidorina, then spun around and clawed the Nidorino. It made an attempt to stab her with its horn, but, being smaller and more agile, Lillian nimbly dodged it. Lillian could feel her opponents weakening, albeit only slightly. This would be a long battle, but if she kept dealing damage and avoided taking damage, she could win.

| Apparently, we're not allowed to heal status conditions in advance, so Pilot will be poisoned until I specifically state that he ate a Pecha Berry. As a result, he doesn't get energy for the page. Also, in my energy calculations, some of the enemy encounters were lowered by one. This is because of the White Silk that I mentioned in the first post, in case if some of you were confused.
[Energy: 5 - 1 (Pecha Berry) - 16 (Nidorino & Nidorina) - 6 (Murkrow) - 8 (Aipom) - 1 (Pink Gummi) = 0]
Pilot watched as a Nidorino tossed Lillian away as if she were nothing. Wow, this guy looks tough, He thought, although he wasn't intimidated. In fact, he felt challenged! Striking a heroic pose, the theatrical Taillow spread his wings and took to the skies, circling the growing confrontation between his new acquaintances and an increasing number of ferals. For a while, he observed the fight, looking down at the foes from the sky. Letting out another high-pitched battle cry, the bird Pokemon dove down at the Nidorino, utilizing Brave Bird, his move powerful move.
Pilot shut his eyes as he braced for impact. He knew that the recoil from the attack would be devastating, but if that's what it took to defeat the larger foe, he'd do it...
And then, he slammed into the Nidorino, narrowly avoiding Lillian. For a moment, the small bird Pokemon blacked out. When he awakened, a familiar purple shape was standing over him... It was the Nidorino. It looked like it was in pain from the hit, but clearly, Pilot had been damaged much more from the attack. Letting out an enraged roar, the poison Pokemon lowered its head, and gored Pilot with its horn before he could even react. He flew through the air like a ragdoll, before landing on the ground with an audible thump. "Urgh," The bird moaned, feeling defeated. Not only had he just sustained some serious damage, but he had also been poisoned by the Nidorino's horn...

Raze was beyond stunned at how ruthless these ferals were attacking. He couldn't believe that they had the instinct of stealth and strategy better than he had. They're just wild Pokémon! I'm going to give them hell for this! Wait... I've got it! My Petrify Orb will freeze them both in their tracks! he thought. Struggling to hoist his Petrify Orb again, he called out to the Nidorino that had knocked the Tailow across the clearing.
"Hey, you! Hold this for me, will you?" he shouted, hurling the orb directly at the Nidorino. It turned its head to growl at Raze, but wasn't fast enough to dodge the orb flying straight towards his face. The orb shattered into brilliant blue pieces and took effect almost instantly. Both ferals stared at Raze with utter looks of terror and helplessness. Whoa. This thing is pretty cool... Argh! No time to think about this, I have to do something! he thought, running over to where the Tailow fell. "Are you alright? I've bought us a little time, but we can't take long. That Orb won't hold them forever."

[OOC: Just a reminder: the Sudowoodo Evana rolled is on site, too :) ]
Pilot had been badly injured by the Nidorino, and seemed in no state to continue battling. Lillian glanced at him from the corner of her eye, unable to divert her gaze from her opponents in case they tried to attack. Suddenly, the Minun hurled the blue orb that it had previously dropped at the Nidorino, and all the ferals froze in their places. It took Lillian only a moment to realise that the orb had been a Petrify Orb - its powers were pretty astonishing, considering it had just frozen all those Pokemon in place with fear.
Lillian took this chance to think of potential move strategies. The petrified Pokemon would probably regain their movement again after they got over their fear or were attacked. In that case, they had to make sure that when they did attack, it was a strong one.

| Katsumi blinked, it had taken a moment to process all that had happened in such a tiny window of time. But when her mind had processed everything, Katsumi realised that all the feral Pokemon had frozen in place! Katsumi had no idea how long the Pokemon would be frozen for and knew that she needed to do something. Taking this opportunity, Katsumi’s tail hardened as she lunged in to whack the Nidorino when suddenly a Sudowoodo appeared in front of Katsumi. Startled, Katsumi did what her instincts told her to do and used the attack intended for the Nidorino, lashing out at the Sudowoodo with her Iron Tail. |

| The Sudowoodo staggered as Katsumi used her Iron Tail on it, and it let out a low cry of anger. Steel moves like Iron Tail were particularly effective against it, after all. Lillian glanced back at Pilot again, before deciding that the logical thing to do would be to eliminate the enemies. Rushing over to him wouldn't help anyone - he needed rest and would recover in his own time.
While the other ferals were still petrified, Lillian would focus on the Sudowoodo with Katsumi instead. As she moved forwards to get closer to the Sudowoodo, she felt her paw brush upon something - a Pecha Berry. Lillian quickly pocketed it, in case she needed it in the near future.
Lillian began her onslaught of attacks on the Sudowoodo. She made sure she was always moving, so that it would have less of a chance of landing a hit on her. Lillian scratched it ferociously with her claws, then darted back, before dashing forwards again and repeating the process. She could feel it weakening slowly but surely with every hit.

| Cana looked at how Lillian and Katsumi were fighting the sudowoodo. It seemed like they had the upper hand now. She glanced at Pilot. He did seem pretty weak now. Cana actually didn't feel like fighting and wanted to get away but the pokemon did seem pretty strong. Just when she stood up and decided to help them, rustling could be heard behind her.
An Aipom suddenly jumped out of the bushes and tried attacking her. She was barely able to dodge it. Another Aipom? How many more ferals are going to appear? Just when she thought that she suddenly got hit by something. Cana looked up to see a black bird pokemon flying above her. She tried to hit it with an Ember but the bird dodged it and the Aipom tried attacking her again while she was distracted.

| Katsumi grinned; the thrill of the battle was getting to her. As Lillian gracefully lashed out her attacks, Katsumi knew that she needed to help. Iron Tail had been pretty effective but she wasn’t sure if it would land again. Since Lillian was already efficiently attacking the Sudowoodo, Katsumi decided to make Lillian’s job easier.
The Dratini slid up to the Sudowoodo and wrapped her body around it, in attempt to strangle the Pokemon. Katsumi had used wrap. “Lillian, attack while I’m holding it down!” Katsumi yelled over the loud noises of the other battling Pokemon while she attempted to slowly strangle the Sudowoodo.

| "Understood." Lillian replied to Katsumi. The Sudowoodo struggled against Katsumi, but the Dratini's grip on it was too strong. A devilish smile edged its way onto Lillian's face. Silently, with a dangerous expression, she let a ball of flame burst forth from her mouth. Lillian was careful to avoid hitting Katsumi with her Ember attack, although it came very close to doing so. The Sudowoodo was already weakened considerably from before, and this was the last straw. It toppled backwards and collapsed. It tried vainly to muster its strength to stand up again. Lillian knew that, if it was given a chance to, it would get up again. The ferals were very persistent these days. However, just one last finishing blow would be enough to cause this Sudowoodo to faint. It suddenly occurred to Lillian that she was smiling. She wiped the smile from her face hurriedly. She sometimes lost her cool during battles - they were just too enjoyable. It wasn't exactly that Lillian was happy to see the suffering of feral Pokemon, or anything like that. It was just that it felt exhilarating to be able to go all out like this and work towards a goal - the defeat of these ferals. - Hydra carried out 2 launched of one Pecha Forest :

| Katsumi grinned. It’s almost finished! We’ve almost made the Sudowoodo faint! Just a little more… Realising that the Sudowoodo just needed one final blow to for it to faint, Katsumi released her grip on the Sudowoodo and hardened her tail once again. The Sudowoodo had weakened significantly and its movements were clumsy. It shouldn’t be able to dodge my able my Iron Tail so I should be okay.
The Dratini lunged in once again, this time with her Iron Tail. Slamming her tail into the Sudowoodo, the Sudowoodo gave a final, desperate cry as it sunk to the floor. The Sudowoodo had fainted.

One down, three to go. As Lillian was about to begin attacking the Nidorino, something on the ground caught her eye. It was a Candy. She picked it up quickly, before advancing towards the Nidorino to deliver an Ember attack. She deliberately avoided making physical contact with it. She hadn't realised it before, but the Nidorino could have poisoned her on contact, as she saw in the case of Pilot. Perhaps it would be best to keep her distance from now on.
The Nidorino roared and charged at her, intending to stab her with its horn. Lillian dodged to the left in the nick of time, and the Nidorino skidded to a stop, turning around to face her again. It used Leer at her, and she recoiled, feeling herself weaken. However, now she had the knowledge that the Nidorino possessed Leer - she could use that to her advantage in the near future...

After a second of staring at the Sudowoodo that lay on the ground, Katsumi quickly spun around to see Lillian fighting what seemed like a powerful Nidorino. Katsumi shivered, a little wary of the Nidorino's capabilities but she then shook her head, clearing her mind of negative thoughts, before bolting towards the Nidorino.
As she was raced towards the feral, the Dratini hardened her tail once again. Iron Tail was probably her strongest move so she decided to use it against this ferocious Pokemon. However, just when Katsumi was about to attack, the Nidorino dodged with incredible speed. Katsumi just managed to turn herself around to face the Pokemon before realising that it was charging at her. Katsumi tried to dodge but it was just too fast and the Nidorino lashed out an attack, a double kick. Katsumi yelled in pain as the two blows connected perfectly. |

| Cana was having a hard time with the Murkrow and Aipom. She barely dodged the attack of the Aipom. Her instincts told her to run away, but she didn't think the others would be able to handle things on their own. She didn't know if helping them was even a good idea. Who knows what they would do to her if the feral pokemon were defeated? On top of that, she could hear even more rustling in the bushes. How many more pokemon are going to appear? I might have to use Heat Wave at this rate. But what if I hit the others? Or worse, set the forest on fire?
Cana shuddered by the idea. She was not going to cause a forest fire again. She already barely could bring it upon herself to attack the pokemon with ember without freaking out it would hit the vegetation. How would she be able to use that? While she was fighting with herself on the idea, the Aipom scratched her and and the Murkrow pecked at her.
