What was once lost...

It has been quite a while now... Since the disappearance of the little ralts named Azeral... Joey's closest friend during the time him and Jak were separated... Azeral was the one pokemon that had helped him through his grievance and loss during that time. Offering him many things ranging from shelter, to training... Most importantly... A friend he could rely on during his losses...

During the time she had been missing... Joey had slowly began to lose hope. He however... never truly lost it. Each night as he slept at the guild... A grim reminder that his friend was still missing...

Each day he had taken some time to search the nearby areas near grassveil... As a promise to the guild-master to not venture to far away. Their fear of losing Joey also...

Each day Joey would visit the pond... The same pond he had met Azeral for the first time of his life... He sat there silently as the pain still persisted of his lost friend. "Azeral..."

Joey eventually stopped letting lose his electricity within the pond and looked towards Azeral, who seemed to be completely enthralled by the light show he just produced. "I love doing that." he stated with a wide smile. He then looked around for a moment as he heard an odd noise. It was most likely too subtle of a sound for a ralts to hear. However, with the pichu's ears. It was just audible enough to grab his attention.

As the sound had occurred, his ears did prop up in full attention. The pichu seemed to relax a moment as he didn't find anything, and the sound stopped. There wasn't anything nearby at all. It was possibly something distant.

"We should probably get back to the guild now... Did you want to teleport us there? I might as well try to get used to it." he said with a slight smile. In all honesty, he was slightly iffy about it as he wasn't sure if he would get used to it at all.

"Sure i can try and teleport us, I'm sure i can get us to the guild." Azeral said as she grabbed Joey's arm, she'd normally never try something like this but she wanted to seem impressive, she was the team leader after all she should keep up a image. Taking a bit to focus on where she was going, much harder then just going five feet in front of her this required her to think about the place she wanted to go, which was hard because she hadn't been there in around a month or so. Finally managing to find out where she'd be going she then teleported both of them somewhere near the guilds entrance.

Joey smiled as The ralts held onto him as she prepared to teleport. One moment he was at the pond, the next moment he was flat on the ground again. "I really am going to need to find out how to land on my feet if we plan on traveling like that more often" he said as he got up. They were indeed somewhere near the guild, however it seemed due to the nature of teleportation. They were a little off, naturally. They had ended up a little ways in the forest to the side of the road leading to the guild. The guild visible just up ahead. "Heh, we got really close considering the distance" Joey said with a bright smile. "That was awesome!" he added.

"Or don't ya know, it's more funny that way." Azeral said as she motioned Joey to follow her into the guild, she had a ton of plans in mind for exploring dungeons. But she wouldn't be able to do any of that due to the fact she would get sick later from falling in the water and not changing her damp clothes, Not really the best idea for someone who should be the leader of their team to get sick the first day back on the job.

Joey winced slightly at the comment. "It isn't that pleasant on the other end." he responded with a slight smile. As Azeral motioned him to follow her to the guild, he smiled as he ran up alongside her. The biggest smile in the world... His friend had finally returned home with him. He wondered how the guild would react... After all, they did start searching for her in each dungeon on every mission someone took. The guildmaster promised him that they would help search. He promised that he wouldn't search far from town.

"I would race ya, but you sorta proved that you are faster in are sparring match." he chuckled as he followed Azeral into the guild. "We should check in at the guildmaster's office before we go and rest for the night. I am sure she would love to know you are alright." he said with a smile.
