» Personality: Inquieto is a helpful Cacnea, full of pep and always trying his best to achieve his dreams and make the world a better place. Being the silent type, he doesn't say much and often stares quietly at other pokémon, which comes across as quite creepy; however, he means no harm and is actually quite observant, learning and knowing a lot more than he lets on. Being a Cacnea, he also has a darker side, his tribe having instilled within him the desire for the thrill of the hunt: if he is to come across an outlaw, Inquieto will not just defeat them and bring them to justice; instead he will stalk them, sometimes for days, tailing them and tiring them out until they are eventually exhausted, at which point he strikes them down with a final blow.
» Likes: He enjoys exploring and traveling above all and is always up for helping someone or sharing a drink; he also enjoys learning new things and hunting down prey.
» Dislikes: Counter-intuitively, Inquieto dislikes water; salt water, to be exact. While he recognizes it as beautiful, he can't stand the sea and will go to any lengths to avoid it. He also dislikes bureaucracy and cheats.
» History: Inquieto is a young Cacnea hailing from the Eastern Desert, born into a Cacturne tribe known as Los Caminantes, or "The Walkers". Cacturne tribes are nomadic in nature and act as one huge hunting party, stalking their prey at night with tactics that involve everyone whilst simultaneously teaching the children the art of the chase. Like everyone else in his tribe, Inquieto wasn't named until he was ready to join the hunt and was named after his main quality: restlessness. Inquieto would always be at the front of the tribe, continuously chasing down their prey even when everyone else had stopped to rest.
One day, the tribe was confronted with a visitor: the pokémon was a Claydol, a scholar and an explorer who wished to follow the tribe for a few days to document their customs and culture. Whilst suspicious at first, Inquieto was soon mesmerized by the pokémon's tales of distant lands and wondrous adventures and when it came for the scholar to leave he begged the tribe to go with them. Much to his surprise, the tribe elder was very supportive of this decision, declaring that if the world were to learn of Los Caminantes, then they'll do so through their best and proudest child. With his tribe's blessing and a new mentor to follow, the young Cacnea soon reached the settlement of Grassveil Town, where his new life would begin.
