Ripple vs Jay - Randomised Battle

Rules;
1. Must use the first Pokemon to come up on the randomiser
2. Can use the whole level up movepool of that Pokemon, plus 1 egg/tm/tutor move
3. One ability, normal or dream world can be chosen
4. No legendaries
5. No godmodding/powerplaying
6. Must nickname the Pokemon used (Just because I think it'll be funny xD)
7. Screencap of Pokemon should be placed in a spoiler when you send it out
8. Idk if there's anything else xD

Koori the Froslass:

Jay stands on the edge of the battlefield, Pokeball in hand as she prepares for battle.
"Go Koori!" she yelled, tossing the red and white ball out onto the field. As the ball opened, an beautiful, though ominous cry emanated through the arena, a Froslass materialising in front of Jay a moment later.

((Oooh fml. Here goes nothing!))

Kirai the Staryu:

Ripple readjusted the way her fingers set along the pokeball as she took her place on the field. On the inside, she was a nervous wreck. On the outside, however, she was looking confident and fierce. "Go, Kirai!" She called out, throwing the red and white sphere in a graceful arc. Out of the red light came a star-shaped Pokemon with a gem set in its center.

"Koori! Start this battle with Hail!"
The Froslass nodded, it's graceful presence gliding across the arena. She raised her arms in the air and let out another eerie cry. A shockwave of blue energy seemed to come from her fingertips, shooting up into the sky. After disappearing into the atmosphere, small icy particles began to fall from the clouds.

Kirai winced as best as a Staryu can wince as the hard pieces of ice fell onto it. Ripple decided that now was as good a time as any to commence the battle. "Alright, Kirai! Use Reflect Type!" The Staryu glowed for a brief moment before the light stopped all together. However, the pieces of hail didn't seem to hurt the pokemon anymore. Ripple grinned.

"Nice move!" grinned Jay, "Luckily damage wasn't what I was going for. Koori, use Double Team!"
The Froslass nodded before it appeared to split into multiple, identical copies of itself. They surrounded Kirai, all crying out in the same ominous tones as before.

"Thanks!~ Not so bad yourself!" Ripple was getting goosebumps from the vaguely disturbing noise the Froslass was making. She rubbed her arms before calling out to the Staryu. "Use Swift! Shoot all of em until you find the right one." Kirai spun for a moment before it began shooting out golden colored stars with sharp edges to each of the Froslass copies.

"Counter with Icy Wind!"
The copies had all by now been destroyed, leaving only the real Koori. The Froslass' jaws parted and she released a cold, icy wind from her mouth. It headed straight for the incoming Swift attack, freezing it in it's tracks. The golden stars all clattered onto the ground, shattering into pale blue and gold diamond dust.

Ripple oohed and ahhhed in the appropriate places before cracking a grin. "Nice moves. Alright, Kirai! Power Gem!" A bright whiteish light began to glow in the red gem in the center of the Staryu's points. A beam of the same color shot out and headed straight for the Froslass. Kirai spun about idly.

With Koori's Hail still in play, the Froslass easily dodged the Power Gem attack with the increased evasion that Snow Cloak gave her. She seemed to almost meld into the icy particles as she dodged, hiding from view.
"Ominous Wind!"

The Froslass' eyes began to glow blue in colour and she let out another eerie cry before summoning the ghostly winds, her arms raised into the air. With a swift, graceful movement, she span around before sending the purple tinted winds towards the Staryu.

"Kirai, watch out!" Ripple cried. She was too late to stop the wind from biting into the Staryu. It reeled back with a pained noise. "Alright, use Swift once more!" Ripple was thinking as best and quickly as she could, but those noises that the Froslass was making were enough to make her shiver.

Jay grinned at the hit. With Staryu's new typing, the Ghost type move would have been super effective on Kirai, dealing massive damage. Jay's mind whirled with ideas of how to counter the Swift, but she knew Koori couldn't dodge it. Frowning, she chose her move.
"Wake-Up Slap! Send them right back!"

She knew that this way would still deal damage to Koori, but at least she would also have a chance to attack the Staryu at the same time.

Koori whipped around, gracefully slapping the star shaped Swift with her paws. She could feel the points of the stars digging into her, but she sent them flying back the other way nonetheless, only missing a few out of the entire bunch.

"Quickly, accompany it Water Pulse!"

She knew that due to Staryu's new typing, the water type move would do just as much damage as a Normal type move might do to Kirai normally. A blue sphere appeared in Koori's hands. She span with it before she threw it towards the ground. The ball split into ring shapes before accompanying the Swift towards the Staryu.

Ripple's frown grew deeper as she saw the new predicament Kirai was stuck in. "Alright.. Kirai, use Hydro Pump!" She bit her lip fervently and hoped and prayed that the attack would work. Kirai hesitated before beginning the water type attack. It shot out a high-pressure shot of water hoping to blow away some of the stars and counteract the water pulse.

The Staryu's powerful water attack pushed both the Swift and the Water Pulse away from it, however, Jay then commanded Koori to use Blizzard.

In a space of time smaller than a second, the Froslass had created a mighty blizzard, freezing the Hydro Pump as it hit the two other attacks. The four moves combined were quite a sight. Trapped within the ice were gentle rings of water, easy to spot amongst the bulk of the frozen Hydro Pump. But there also, were the tiny remnants of Swift. The points of numerous stars, scattered amongst the frozen water.

"Astonish!" yelled Jay.
Koori's jaws parted once more, and she let out a sharp cry. It was vastly different to her normal eerie, slow cries. It was short and higher pitched. The cry was aimed to startle, sending sound waves towards the opponent to damage them. The frozen water was caught in the crossfire, splitting and shattering, much like the Swift had done previously. The shattered water however, coated the arena floor in sharp pieces of ice.

Ripple let out a shocked squeal as the high pitched noise reached her eardrums. She clapped a hand over her mouth in embarrassment before checking on her Pokemon. "Kirai, use Recover!"

The Staryu began to glow, making small noises as it was healed a bit. Once the process was finished, it eagerly awaited its next order.

"Quick before they move! Thunderbolt!"

The Staryu quickly summoned a white-hot jagged line of electricity from the sky. It came down with amazing speed, sharp, searing tip aiming straight for Koori.

"Use Icy Wind to freeze the air above you!" yelled Jay, attempting to narrow the amount of damage taken right down.

Koori quickly leaped into action, freezing the air above her into a temporary, icy shield. The lightning hit the ice, the brunt of the attack being absorbed before the electric energy broke through. The Froslass stood and endured what was left of the attack, trying to ignore the sharp pain that was suddenly coursing through her. She touched the ground with her pointed fingers so that the electricity would be discharged from her body and into the ground.

Jay watched, making sure that Koori had gotten past the attack before making her next move.
"Okay Koori, use Headbutt!"

The Froslass then sped towards the Staryu, fully intending to execute the move.
