First topic message reminder :

Mission Details:

Approaching the entrance to a dull gray colored waterfall in the middle of the dull, dark Shadowhue Forest definitely wasn't Sova's idea of a fun time.  But there were missions to be done and he could do two at once here, so that was that.  Though, he'd been to Shadowhue a few times before and never actually checked out the Monochrome Falls....  He didn't even know there were supposedly ruins behind them.  Nearly everything he knew, he'd learned from his parents.  Apparently they hadn't gone to Shadowhue much either.

Perhaps the least desired part of his situation was the dead weight he found himself having to carry.  What was he, a gogoat?  The houndour, whose name he still hadn't gotten, at least wasn't burning him like he was worried of.  "Hey, are you still dead?"  He questioned to the passenger on his back.

As the glaceon emerged from the brush and trees of the forest near the waterfall, having had to go off the path he was on to follow the sound of the water, he immediately spotted someone else already there.  A vaporeon was sitting in front of the waterfall and the pool of water under it, simply looking into the water.  Despite the urge to immediately greet another eevee-lution, he decided to stay back and try to see if it was hostile before approaching it.

Skylar stared into the water, looking at the reflection of her self.  Being a vaporeon was....okay, but when she had evolved, she was apparently turning into water.  WATER.  She'd have to learn WATER TYPE moves too if she wanted to be useful.  What if she drowned her self trying to use Hydro Pump or something!?  Could she even drown any more?  She distinctly remembered being able to breathe under water when she'd evolved.  Or maybe she'd just imagined it.  What if she didn't imagine it?  What if she could, but now that ability was gone?  She wanted to find out so badly, but then she'd have to dive under water....

The two refused to move, causing Zera to snarl and leap forth, latching onto the duskull and tossing it into the shadows after giving it a fierce shake. He moved towards the treasure, not caring about anything else. He popped the chest open, not having a lock within it to see many items within. He moved back, the other pokemon merely watched, a face that clearly said, "Oooh you gon' get it now son!" but he did not notice.

He dragged the vaporeon by the bag whether she came or not. The houndour shoved the items into the bag, and turned to dare the other pokemon to attack, however his ears flattened.

Boldores, Roggenrollas, Sableye, larvitar, baltoy, krabby and company seemed to have decided to reveal themselves, and they didn't look too happy. He was outnumbered, this was obvious. He swallowed, "So. I do believe, this is the time to run Miss..." he spoke, looking to the vaporeon with a casual expression before suddenly bolting off with his tiny tail between his legs. Sadly for the vaporeon, the hound was still latched onto the bag, and would drag her along if she did not run with him.

Aries blinked, as the glaceon fell silent. He had been about to ask, when the houndour suddenly zipped by, heading straight for the way they had come. He blinked, and turned to see many pokemon chasing after them. The skiddo's ears flattened, but luckily a moment of bravery struck the skiddo.

"This is not going to be fun, but I hope you forgive me!" the skiddo spoke quickly as several vines whipped out from his leafy mane and wrapped around the glaceon. The skiddo tied the glaceon down to his back, whether it was comfortable or not, and began to follow the yelping houndour. Luckily, his days of fleeing from everything that moved paid him off and he managed to surpass the hound, and leaped through the waterfall onto some boulders on the other side.

Zera bashed his way through the waterfall, not caring about the water seeing as he would rather get a little drenched than be pummeled to death. But hey, at least they got to keep their items in this little escapade from the dungeon!

Skylar was dragged along by her.... or, the glaceon's bag that she currently had, though she really didn't need to be dragged.  She was doing her best to keep up with the houndour on her own as she really didn't want to stay behind either.  When they got to the waterfall, however, she tried to stop.  The hound simply yanked her through the waterfall along with him, forcing her through it despite her attempts to stop.  At least she didn't die....

Sova's ears perked as the others came back, however they seemed to be in a hurry.  He quickly noticed why and fired an Ice Beam into the hoard of Pokemon following them, though it didn't seem to do much.  It knocked over a boldore.... but really, that didn't help much as there were quite a few others to take its place.  He tried to get up on his own, but found vines wrapping around him and essentially tying him to the skiddo.  He gritted his teeth as a fresh wave of pain surged through his body due to being moved with his wounds, but he wasn't mad.  "Why would I hold a grudge for a free ride?", he questioned, hoping to ease the skiddo's worries.  Crashing through the waterfall caused yet another wave of pain from his wounds, but he supposed it was better than the alternative.

(Note - Doom Seed was in the chest)
