Joey looked towards the forest as him and Azeral approached it. Joey wondered for a moment why Azeral wanted to come to the forest. She simply stated that she was going to teach him to defend himself. He wondered why she would ask that however after only a few second he realized why... "Soo we are coming to the forest to do that?" he asked her as they entered the forest's entrance. The forest looked quite amazing. Many tree's were all around them. The day had pleasant weather also. Those storms had finally stopped. It was odd to have such storms occur so frequently lately. It was confusing. No one had known the cause of them then. Some guesses were made that a bunch of electric type pokemon had caused the storms to form in the distance.

Azeral felt a chill go up her spine. She looked around the area for anything out of the ordinary. She noticed Joey had left her side in order to find some item's. She was in a guard stance as she looked around and at some of the tree's. The air was still except for the sound if what seemed to be beating wings. Azeral looked at Joey to make sure he wasn't going to be attacked. She was ready to teleport at a moment's notice though. "I hear something" she said to herself as her eyes narrowed.

She then thought she saw something and looked but couldn't see anything. She was starting to get a bit paranoid. "Where is it?" She asked nothing as she searched the area.

Joey walked slowly towards the stump. Watching for any movements in the area. He was slightly started to see the stump's eyes glow a sinister shade briefly as a ray of some sort shot towards him.

"AYEEEE" he shouted as he attempted to jump to the side to avoid whatever the beam was. ^{Confuse Ray}

He charged up as he waited for its next move. It was now apparent it was a pokemon. Not some weird stump.

The flapping in the air got louder and Joey looked up to see a Murkrow coming straight from above straight towards Joey. Joey promptly shot a thundershock at it. It fell from the sky briefly and then regained control. Joey did not notice the stump coming straight at him at the time.

Azeral looked to her left as she noticed the bird start flying at Joey. She was going to react but something else caught her attention. Joey had screamed before that bird attacked. She looked behind Joey and saw a Pokemon start to attack her friend. "No you don't" she said as she went through her shadow and bashed the Pokemon with a rather strong hit. It was knocked back slightly but still able to fight. "I'll handle him you take the bird" Azeral said as she teleported behind the Pokemon and lured him away.

Joey nodded as Azeral went after the stump... ^{Heh. Stump xD}

Joey payed close attention to the bird. The bird was paying close attention to the orb on the ground near the stump.
Joey noticed this and ran towards it. "Want it?" he said to the bird as he picked up the orb while getting past the odd stump Azeral was dealing with. It seemed to understand this as it landed next to it.

Joey looked at it for a moment however the bird did not wait for his next response and flew at him. Joey noticed this and just chucked it at the bird. The orb shattered and the bird fell to the ground not moving. Joey ran towards it and noticed it shaking slightly... It seemed paralyzed... Joey frowned at it... He then looked towards Azeral to see if she needed help,

Azeral was teleporting and made the Pokemon to tired to move. She walked over and tapped it's side as the Pokemon fell down. "Well that was easy" she said as she walked back to Joey. Azeral was starting to build up strength and she couldn't help but smile at this fact. "I will surpass all" she said as she looked at Joey. "Are you ok?" She asked slightly worried. She didn't want her friend to be hurt to badly.

Joey nodded "Yea I am good."
He looked back towards the bird who is still stuck on the ground. 'Dumb bird...' he thought to himself. "It wanted the orb... I threw it at it..." he said with a frown. He did not want to throw it at the bird but he had no choice unless he was going to attack back or just give it as fast as possible. Throwing it seemed like a valid option at the time...

Azeral looked at the downed bird. "Well it's good it didn't hurt you, that would be bad" Azeral said as she looked around the area. "Well we should hurry before other Pokemon try and attack us" Azeral said as she looked back at the Pokemon she had knocked out. It seemed to be out cold. "This way" Azeral said pointing to another path. It was a bit weird but the path looked like something had walked on it.

As Joey and Azeral walked past where the gummies were. He picked them up and asked Azeral to hold them for him. He really wanted a bag now... It was annoying to have to rely on others to hold stuff for him.

He then continued to follow her along the path of the forest. He then noticed something about the path. It seemed to have been walked on recently. "Umm. Aren't these foot prints?" he asked Azeral although it was pretty obvious they were foot prints.

He looked up along the path and noticed the stopped suddenly by a tree. "They stop by the tree over there." he said with a hint of curiosity at what made the prints.\

He looked up in the tree to see a monkey hanging from the branch with its hand on its... TAILS?!

Azeral looked up to see something looking back at her. She had a questionable look on her face as she moved her head slightly to the side. The Pokemon did the same mimicking her but upside down. Azeral then raised her hand and the Pokemon did the same. "Try to copy this" she said as she vanished from sight and appeared on top of the tree. The Pokemon looked for Azeral as she leaned in close to the Pokemon slowly. "Boo!" She yelled out as the Pokemon got scared and fell down to the ground below them. Azeral let out a small laugh as this happened.

Joey saw the pokemon mimicking Azeral movement for movement. It was kinda cute.

She then vanished from sight and appeared behind it on the tree it seemed. The pokemon was really confused on where she went. Joey watched her lean closer to it and shout "BOO!" and the little monkey literally looked like it jumped out of its skin as it fell to the ground. She was laughing. Joey couldn't help but laugh also.

The little monkey seemed to not like the joke though. But it smiled as it ran off.

((NOTE: This little monkey seems to be planning a prank back))

"Mom says whenever someone mimics you punch them in the face, but I guess a prank is good also" she said as she jumped down. She teleported before she hit the ground the lessen the impact. "I love being able to do that. To bad I can't go to far without passing out" she said remembering she was able to get to Shadowhue with a teleport but passed out almost right after. "Mom can teleport to places like the mountains without showing any fatigue" she said with a smile not sure why she was saying this.

"I wish I could teleport." Joey said with a smile. "I could definitely use that" he finished with an event larger smile. The pranks he could pull with it.

He looked towards Azeral. "Your mom can go that far?" he asked somewhat shocked. "That is amazing!" he said in a surprised expression.

[This response happens after listening to Azeral respond to his question.]

"Lets get going." he said with a smile as he starting half running along the path. He wanted to find something to battle as he wanted to learn more.

"Ya I don't know if she can rapidly do it though. It takes a lot of energy to do so I think even she'd be worn down after so many uses" Azeral said as she looked over to where the Pokemon ran. "Ya I guess we should keep going. No point in standing still" she said as she walked on going slightly behind Joey. She felt a bit bad about pranking the Pokemon but she smiled still. "Maybe I could use teleporting like that more" she said with a sly smile. The tree's seem to just end and a long open path was in front of them.

Joey looked along the path. The trees seemed to have just ended suddenly. "ummm?" he was a bit confused by the lack of trees on this part of the path.

Joey looked around as he stopped at the edge of the trees. It did not look out of the ordinary other then the lack of trees. "Where are we?" he asked Azeral as he stood there. He seemed to have his head tilted slightly to the side as he looked towards the empty path.

Azeral looked around the area. "We are still in the forest. Must just be a clearing sometimes dungeons do that" Azeral said as she kept walking. She stopped abruptly her senses feeling the presence of another Pokemon. She spun around in her heel and looked around for anything that moved. She saw something in the tree's behind them and something under the bushes. She turned her head to look at the other side and saw the same thing. "We are surrounded" Azeral said as she got into a defensive stance.
