Joey looked towards the forest as him and Azeral approached it. Joey wondered for a moment why Azeral wanted to come to the forest. She simply stated that she was going to teach him to defend himself. He wondered why she would ask that however after only a few second he realized why... "Soo we are coming to the forest to do that?" he asked her as they entered the forest's entrance. The forest looked quite amazing. Many tree's were all around them. The day had pleasant weather also. Those storms had finally stopped. It was odd to have such storms occur so frequently lately. It was confusing. No one had known the cause of them then. Some guesses were made that a bunch of electric type pokemon had caused the storms to form in the distance.

Azeral decided to stop this as she stood up from her tree and shouted. "Fights over" she said a she jumped down to the ground and landed with a soft thud. "You did well, but you fell for most of my tricks and gave me multiple opportunities to strike" she then smiled. "But that's why we are training now so let's work on something basic" she said trying to figure out what to do.

Joey was a bit disappointed at hearing the fact he fell for many tricks. He was not expecting to do too well either way. So he was not visibly disappointed about it. He just already expected something like this would have happened in some way.

"Soo. What should we do then?" he said to Azeral as he looked into the forest. He was not entirely sure what she was planning next. He was eager to learn more though. Just from attempting to attack made him learn a little even if it wasn't a lot.

"Well we could just go through the forest and try to find something that we can use" she looked at her bag and gave a small sigh. "I've been running out of item's so this would be a great chance for us to get item's and train." She said with a large smile. She wanted to help as much as she could but she still didn't get this whole training thing herself. She wished her mother came and helped them but she was busy.

Joey nodded at the idea. "Ok..." he was a little nervous however he was fully prepared for the adventure. He was there with his friend. He then heard her state that they could get items there. "You can find stuff here?" he somewhat asked himself. "Yea lets go!" he immediately looked towards the path to the deeper part of the forest. "lets go!" he said as he got ready to dart in there.

"Yes let's go" she said as she walked on. She slightly wished it didn't drain her so much to teleport other's or else she'd be going fast with Joey. Though it took a bit to get used to warping yourself place to place it was the best way to get around. "I think I see something" she said as she walked closer to a tree about to look behind it. She was ready to teleport at a moment's notice. She hoped she didn't have to though.

Joey looked from behind the tree. It was a ledyba, the Five Star Pokémon. Joey smirked at a thought he came up with. He watched the Pokemon for a bit. He was not sure if it was hostile. As he waited he saw some items near the other Pokemon. He wanted to go get them. He then walked slowly to them attempting to stay hidden from the Pokemon. It spotted him and immediately went to charge at him with a tackle. He charged up as the Pokemon got near him and he blasted it with a powerful thundershock attack. The Pokemon then fell to the ground from the shear power it had endured. It attempted to get up. Joey ran to the items to grab them and bring them back. He did not quite pay attention to whether or not the Pokemon managed to get back up.

Azeral looked behind the tree and found one orb. She smiled as she picked it up and placed it in her bag. Hearing something fall she looked around to see a bug type pokemon getting up off the ground. It tried to attack Joey so Azeral used her teleport and during kid teleport builds up a small amount psychic energy with her mind as she appeared in front of the pokemon. Shocked it stumbled back as Azeral used the move knocking it unconscious thanks to the hit it took from Joey. She smiled as she turned to wait for Joey. Teleporting s a lot of fun

Joey ran back to Azeral with the berry in hand. "Azeral! I found this berry!" he said to her as he brought it back. He did not really have much knowledge of the different items in dungeons. He was happy that he had knocked out a pokemon ^{He thinks he did}

He was actually pretty happy and had a lot more confidence from it.

"That's nice Joey I found this Orb." Azeral said as she reached into her wonder bag and pulled out the item in question. She looked at the item and smiled. She then placed the item back into her bag and looked around. "Let's continue" she said as she walked onward happy she had gotten the item and a bit sad she had to knock the pokemon out. She wished they didn't attack but she knew that wouldn't happen.

Before Joey and Azeral continued Joey asked if she could hold onto the berry as he did not have a bag to put the items in. He still had not gotten a chance to get a new bag. He needed to get some items before being able to get a bag. Even some money for it in that matter. He looked ahead and noticed an open area with some things in the middle. "Why is there a clearing here in the forest?" he said as he walked into the area.

Azeral looks around and she placed the item she'd hold for Joey in her bag. "That's why" she said as she got into a guarded stance as pokemon started to surround them. She took note there was only a few so Joey and her wouldn't get hurt to badly in the fight. "Let's do this" she said as she teleported behind one of the spiny pokemon and quickly used confusion on it and teleported around when it tried to attack her. She was also getting attacked by the Zigzagoon so she teleported behind t and watched him slam into the other pokemon.

Joey {10}^{-19 from encounters}

Joey looked at the the pokemon and the items sprawled out on the ground. He was a bit shocked to see all the stuff. He noticed the flying type got into the air and went straight towards them. He charged up a bit and shot bolts of energy towards it. Striking it directly. Joey had a pretty decent aim with his electrical attacks. The flying type fell to the ground but was still standing. Joey then ran up to it while his cheeks were still heavily charged and ran straight into it. The static charge left it paralyzed. It was now out of the game for now.

As Joey had ran into it he stumbled on some kind of plate that quickly drained his power. The burst of electrical energy was sucked from him. "waaagh!"

He fell down after it was over. He slowly got back up to see the Nidorino charging towards him with its horn aimed straight for him. He would be poisoned if it hit him.

Azeral looked over to Joey as the pokemon started to charge at him. She started into Joey's eye's as something could be seen. She was using her ability to copy his and she then teleported and shoulder bashed the pokemon trying to hit him. She knew it wouldn't do much damage but that wasn't what she was going for. Thanks to her cloak she didn't do direct contact and wasn't poisoned but she did manage to tap his side. A electric current holds the pokemon in place Azeral had paralyzed him.

She then fired a quick psychic attack knocking it out. She then turned and used her sneak skill to get behind the flying pokemon and deliver a quick hit to it's back making him fall down.

Joey {10}
Joey was not able to move at the moment due to large drain of energy the trap had done to him. He needed to charge up for a bit. He looked around as he sat down. "Th-Thanks." he said as she had saved him from that attack. He was a little weak from the drain so he seemed to have stuttered on that bit. He was still sitting down. Attempting to get charged up but was unable to at the time. The air had no energy in it to grab a charge from. He sighed and held onto the ground for a bit. There was no charge there either..

He then got up slowly as he was a little dizzy from the lack of energy he had.

Azeral thought for a moment. Since she used the ability she lost it for now but she needed to do something. She walked over and looked at Joey. She held his head up and stared into his eye's as she felt the ability return. She then pulled up her sleeve and touched Joey using the ability to give a small static shock to him. Since he was a electric type she knew he wouldn't get paralyzed from this. "Better?" She asks after she did it.
