After visiting the town of Grass veil and learning about the area. Jak decided he should explore the surrounding area's

Eventually deciding on Pecha forest for supposedly being easy to get some resources he might need.
He needed to make a new bag to hold his items so gathering some. Along with some initial supplies as he has depleted his supplies from his journey across the land to Grass Veil.

Some items that he hopes to acquire are some Oran berries, Pecha berries, Watmel berries, and seeds of varying effects.

Jak wanders into the fields searching for some areas that have been described to him to have some useful berries.



'If I can get my hands on some leafy berries I could possibly make a bag to store some of my items I just hope this isn't too difficult... Others in town say this area should be generally safe and I should not have too much trouble with the the pokemon there.' Jak continues his thought.

Fang gave a small nod as she ate her gummi and was slightly happy she had these. She had bought them from a store a while back and now was glad she did as she feels the energy boost from it though no wounds closed simply because she had none but that was a good thing for now.She keeps walking hoping to find something of interest but ya know ow for pecha forest there wasn't many pecha berries to be found.

After a short while the gummi had given Jak enough energy to continue for a while.
However along the travels he stumbled on something. He was not entirely sure what it was however the moment he recovered from it. He felt as if he had even more energy. Being quite confused as to what happened. He shrugged it off for now as he noticed something nearby.

Phantump and Zigzagoon was up ahead well aware of their presence.


"Oh great... A ghost type." Jak noticed it had one part on its body that might be susceptible to some attacks.. The piece of wood that was being worn on its face like a mask. The Phantump looked like a black mist with a stump and eyes on it that glowed red.

The Phantump and the Zigzagoon stared both Fang and Jak down.
Phantump was preparing something..

"Is that... A Nail?" Jak said then immediately realizing what it was.
Jak went to charge at the Phantump and reaching it just in time to hit the nail out of its roots.

Phantump attempted to place a curse on either Jak or Fang, However Jak was not prepared to find out what. It could have been both for all he knew. 

The nail quickly was lost and the phantump failed the move.

The zigzagoon used dig and disappeared underground.

Fang looked at the move and then insanity knew what it was, the Pokemon was trying to curse them or one of them lucky it was both because it was taking to long but she decided to do something more. She built up a large fire and used it right at the Pokemon trying to knock it out with one move if she could that would save them from being cursed if not they would be in trouble.

"You see where that zigzagoon go off to?!" Jak shouted as he went to scratch at the only spot he could think of being susceptible to physical damage. Its face... 

He missed. It quickly moved slightly only to have the scratch go through the darker air flowing around it.

"This... Is not good..." Jak was not pretty close to the pokemon. It could easily strike him

The Phantump went for another nail, however it got engulfed in flames from Fang's flamethrower attack. 

"That thing is not gonna stop!" Jak shouted as he noticed the second attempt at another curse.

'That thing is really trying to get rid of us' Jak thought with some fear.

Fang swore slightly and did what she felt was the right action, she picked up a large amount of rocks on the ground it was lucky she did when she picked it up she also hit the same Zigzagoon with the attack and she slammed it back down to the ground to knock it out happy with one down she threw her blast seed at the feral Pokemon to stop it from cursing them and blew the ghost type up.

Jak noticed rocks starting to float and then the zigzagoon came from beneath where the rocks where. However the rocks immediately slammed back down on it. Knocking it out cold.

'Ouch....' Jak had a mental image of how that felt...

He then saw that Fang then threw a seed at the ghost type.

"What in th..." he started to say as he jumped away just in case it was one of THOSE seeds.

Midway through the sentence his suspicion was confirmed as it exploded and engulfed the ghost type in a fiery explosion.

He was luckily out of the way. A few specks of the seed hit him not really harming him in any way. 

The ghost type just floated there briefly staring... It did not move at all.

"Why is it just floating there." Jak asked himself.

It did find another nail however it did not have the strength to move. It simply fell to the ground and the glowing eyes seemed to disappear.

Jak was a bit worried about it feigning its defeat. However it seemed to confirmed that it was indeed out after Jak moved around it moving past it...

"I think its out. You good?" Jak asked although he was sure Fang would respond that she was fine.

Fang watched the ghost type sitting in the air not moving, she was about to try to use another attack but then decided after it fell to the ground hurt she was feeling slightly tired about this whole thing so she decided to take another one of her gummies out and eat them feeling a energy boost. "Yes I am fine" she said as she walked forward. "We should keep moving" fang said as she walked.

Jak nodded in agreement that they should keep moving.

He went ahead past a few more trees.

"So. Did you come here for anything specific? Other than an adventure?" Jak asked Fang as he continued to walk along the forest path.

Taking a glance from side to side every now and then checking to see if there are nearby pokemon.

He did not expect a ghost pokemon earlier at all. He was a little worried about the forest now.
He did a quick glance towards Fang to see how she is doing. She seemed fine on first glance and he quickly turned around as he continued to walk the path.

Fang shook her head, she didn't have any real reason for being here she was just training here seemed to be the best bet. She wasn't fine for now but she was always the best at hiding things one would have to be as good as a Lucario to ever catch her when she's trying to hide her emotions. She just kept going in silence not really looking around for anything important she was up for conversation but not the one to talk

Jak did not hear a reply from Fang after a moment. 
He took it as a sign she did not want to talk for now. He knew she somewhat of a silent type out of all the attempts at a conversation he has done.

Jak continues forward wishing he knew what Fang was thinking.
Jak did a slight sigh. He wondered if he will even find the supplies he was looking for...

"This is pecha forest... Where are all the pecha berries?" He asked.

Fang looked at the ground and noticed another orb of the same type, she walks over and grabs it but then sensed something and threw the orb in the direction. She then hit something dead on as a bug type Pokemon fell to the ground frozen with a smirk she handed him one if the orbs she picked up. "To replace the one I threw" she said as she placed it back on the ground

Jak noticed that Fang found something on the ground and then immediately threw it at a pokemon ahead that he had failed to notice.

'That was a fast reaction.' Jak thought.

"Heh... Nice hit. You could of kept the orb if you liked" Jak said as he picked the orb up with a confused look.

"It was a good use since it was just there for the taking." Jak stated however he was not sure if Fang meant for him to take it or leave it so he then asked.

"Did you want to leave this here?"

'Pecha Forest' :

Fang shrugs. "I put it on the ground so you may have it, this up to you if you take it" fang says as she walks away, she was trying to be nice and she got questioned for it this was why she didn't try to be nice most if the time. She just tied the arm band and held her bag slightly closer as she walked on

Jak realized he might of offended Fang however did not know how to respond without risking further complications.

Jak puts the orb away.

'That was a dumb question for me to ask...' he mentally stung himself.

He continued down the path in the forest with Fang.

Jak then stumbled on a seed that was on the ground. 
"Huh?" 

"Hmm. Another seed." Jak said.

"Swift seed?" He asked himself. He has not seen one in quite a while and is unsure if this is a swift seed or not.

He decided to bag the item for now.
