» Personality: Bullwinkle is a kind Pokemon, often putting others welfare before his own. This, along with his parents lineage, created a strong desire to join a rescue team. He comes across as a little bit of a spas, as he isn't the most careful nor insightful Pokemon ever. He is fairly nurturing, caring for those around him especially if they are younger than him. He is rash sometimes and isn't the best judge of good character in others. When mad he will attempt not to show it due to his upsetting children when he does. When he cannot control it, his power core suffers a meltdown causing him to go into an existential rampage of destructive energy. However this causes him to go into a state of stasis for 2-3 days.
» Likes: Young Pokemon; took care of many while at the daycare. Adventure; Was riveted by his parents stories. Cooking; Cooked snacks at daycare as well as for his returning parents. His Scarf; Given to him by his parents after a mission. Helping others; Helped others around town to make a little poke as well as aspires to be like his parents.
» Dislikes: Water; Due to an accident as a child as well as his inability to swim due to his rocky form. Tight spaces; Doesn't often fit and has gotten stuck on multiple occasions. Hard to carry objects; with three fingers made of stone, he will often end up breaking them.
» History: Bullwinkle was brought up primarily by his "Aunt" Kayla, a Kangaskhan friend of his parents who practically raised him, in her daycare. There, Bullwinkle helped take care of the younger Pokemon. His parents are guild members, and were often on missions. However, when they were home he spent as much time as he could with them in their small house near the guild house. Switching in between taking care of others and being taken care of affected his empathy with others as well as embellished him to help others and follow in his parents footsteps. He began to help others around town with small things, like helping them carry stuff or clear their yard. He developed his abilities during these times, always proud to show them to His aunt and parents. Once, while his parents were away, he was helping another Pokemon to build a bridge. Bullwinkle lost his balance while carrying a board and fell in. Due to his weight and rocky exterior, he quickly sank to the bottom, going into a power saving state. After a while, they had to get some nearby water types to help retrieve him.
