| First topic message reminder :Sosio gazed at the forest, so shrouded with thoughts, she couldn't even think. The trees were mellow, yet she was filled with excitement as she strolled down the autumn lane, breathing the crisp air as if it was made of a gold that would never last long enough. The leaves reflected the golden air feel, in all shades of orange and yellow. Even the trees that were brown seemed colorful, whether covered in sap or moss or nothing at all. The amount of trees was almost overwhelming, the need to land on them rising. But she was stuck to traveling the ground as her wing lay crippled awkwardly on her side. - Sosio's Energy Level:
TBA (I think I have her starting amount wrong, I'll be checking)
*Energy from latest post: 6*

| Not having anything to comment on, the Nincada kept on skittering forward. It was nice to finally have a specific goal in mind. It made the entire thing feel less hopeless. Still they were in a dangerous area, exhausted and not really the most powerful of fighters. And now they were going to travel to the place in which the likelyhood for encountering a foe would me much higher than almost anywhere else on the entire island. Then again there wasn't much of a choice they were having and doing this would allow for Ned to finally venture into safer areas again. And there he could try to wait in peace again. In the back of his head the Nincada already knew that he was just going to be disturbed again, but he decided to push that thought away and just hope for now. | |

| Noticing the increase in the insect's speed, Sosio began dashing along side her acquaintance. Minor flashbacks set in her mind. How they first met, when Sosio decided to join the waiting, when they encountered Pokemon at first... What seemed to only take up a short amount of time almost took up an eternity.
Already, they approached the light that shone from the outside and setting sun. The lake shone happily and brightly, a warm greeting to their exit. Finally, after being in the crowded tree island, in a place that seems far too small on the outside than it really is. What felt like an eternity could be summed up in a quick 3 occurences. What started off as so little, just sitting around, quickly escalated into a few battles and a mini-adventure. It was a good trip, even despite the bad start.

| As they finally left the forest, the sudden bright light, reflected from the lake's surface immediately began to cause a burning feeling in the Nincada's Compound Eyes, causing them to water despite him practically never using them. Closing his eyes as tightly as he could to protect them from the radiant sun, the Ground type, using his sense of smell to navigate instead of his vision, spoke once more: "I suggest for us to hurry. Water, light and a lack of cover make this quite a dangerous place for us to be in." Indeed for as long as he could remember it had always been the dark forests with lots of hiding places that had proven to be most safe. Why Pokémon loved to spend their time in places like this one instead Ned would probably never understand.

| Sosio looked left and right. It seemed that off to the right, she could see where they came, Pecha Forest, and all the familiar sights near Grassveil town. If she headed back there, she could tend her wounds further, maybe at the calm lake near the town.
When rounding the perimeter, the stepping stones would come into view, their only ticket out of this endless dungeon. If Sosio could only fly, she would zip right out of there, right over the water, and it would all be over. But still, she was stuck on the ground with the miserable insect, trying to find their way out.

| Smelling the familiar environment of the Pecha Forest Ned began to groan audibly. They were so close, but thanks to this darned body of water that was in the way they still were stuck in this dungeon until they could manage to find a way off off this island. And then they would have to go all the way back on the other side. Someone should really make the effort and fill the lake with gravel or at least to build a few more bridges or something. But of course whoever was responsible likely didn't have the time or money or something for it. Politics had always been like that, hadn't they? Anyway, there was no use getting upset about it now. They simply would have to continue onwards until finally all of this would be over. | |

| Upon seeing the forest, and ignoring the groan, Sosio trotted, wide-eyed, towards the familiar place. As much as she wanted to stay in a place she discovered, the insect seemed to be dying to leave. Although his groan seemed to indicate otherwise, perhaps Sosio was wrong, but based on what he always told her, he wanted to leave. Now that they were out of the crowded trees, the circle island seemed small again, as if going around it would only take a few seconds, while inside practically took hours just to go from one side to another. Was that some sort of dungeon effect? Dungeons were ever-changing, so why wouldn't they have endless insides, as well? E=7-(roll) - aMEWzing carried out 1 launched of one Fallen Leaf Copse :

| Ned was just about to curse the wretched spirits of water for attempting to trap him on this torturous island as he found something much more physical to curse. A Phantump seemed to have followed them out of the forest for some reason. But why? Why was it wasting its energy chasing the Flying and the Ground type, the defeat of which would not help the Ghost type in the slightestst? Well, it didn't matter much, did it? It was yet another foe that had to be defeated. And defeated it would be. Once again the Nicnada released a fine, glittering, silvery powder from behind his stubby wings, which then was caught up by an inexplicable breeze, coalescing into sharp sickles of light that were flying towards the Grass type. Hopefully this battle wouldn't take too long as it was even easier to catch unwanted attention out here in the open. | |

| Sosio whipped around to face yet another Pokemon. Now this was just getting bizarre. Why would a wild Pokemon even care to follow some'mon who's already leaving? The reason why most feral Pokemon attack, is to defend their territory, but this was just going too far.
Seeing that Ned had attacked it, Sosio finished it off with a Peck, an easy super-effective attack. Thinking about things now, all their enemies were fairly easy to defeat, it was just the fact that they showed up in mobs made everything all the more harder. Taking on several pokemon was much harder than both simply targeting one.
Somehow, the time that took passed. A full moon slowly began to rise over the trees, but a faint hint of purple and orange still remained where the sun was setting. Sosio had arrived sometime that morning, and now the end of the day reached dusk as the two of them approached the stepping stones they entered from. Sosio looked down at them as if they were nothing, yet everything, like she hadn't seen a rock in weeks. She turned to Ned, and said with a strangely quiet voice, "It's been nice."

| "Can't say the same sadly, but it has been better than it would have been without you.", the Nincada responded, thoroughly surprised at how late it had become already. Ned couldn't remember the last time he even saw the moon, which, considering how much time he had spent in hiding, was no real surprise. It was rather frightening however to think about the night falling while he still was outside. The night was the time even more predators than usual were wandering around, making what they were doing here even less safe than it already was. | |

| Sosio looked out upon the stars that began to appear as Ned spoke, her ribbon blowing in the late wind. Her feathers blew towards the direction her bow did, one blowing off and dancing through the gentle breeze and landed on the flat water. She looked back down at her feet and stepped on one of the stones testily with a foot, and continued to the middle. Just before crossing fully, she turned around and nodded a "thanks," and left to go back to Grassveil. A goodbye wasn't necessary. | |

| Seeing as how the Fletchling just disappeared over the stepping stones, Ned decided to follow her out of this area as quickly as possible. Careful not to slip and fall into the dreaded water, the Bug type carefully made his way over the slippery stones until eventually he reached the other side. There it was again - the Pecha Forest. A few times the hope had already left Ned to ever see this place again. And yet here he was. He had made it out of that hellish place alive. Even the rather frightful and cautious Nincada couldn't help but feel a bit proud about this accomplishment. | |
