| Akuroma stared at Vesper for a moment, deciding on if he should ignore her logic or go along. He lt out an inaudible sigh before shifting his bag on his shoulder. "I once went to Icicle Woods for the library to do some research. Avaria happened to be in the area and was going to attempt stealing from me until I caught her before she even got close enough. She tried to blow it off and ended up traveling with me in the dungeon, along with a Fletchling who crashed just moments before," Akuroma said. He pulled his hood down and looked up at the tree tops. "Now then, though I'm interested about how you and Avaria are connected, I'm more curious as to how you became a thief. Care to tell your tale?" he asked with a smirk.

| Vesper chuckled, mostly to herself, "Maybe I should have tried stealing from you then; it would have been interesting to see if I could have gotten any closer than Ava," she mused, pausing for a moment to consider the idea.
"How did I become a thief?" she blinked, roughly repeating what Akuroma had asked her before she'd chosen to ask him a question of her own. "I was introduced to the idea of stealing from others during a hard winter in my old home. My family couldn't get enough food and the days were too short and cloudy for us to photosynthesise enough energy, so I stole from others to provide for us all," she explained simply, answering the Ralt's initial question but leaving out many details, not that Akuroma would know, "I guess I ended up enjoying it a bit more than I initially intended to."

| The Roselia kept walking as Akuroma spoke, but watched as a Murkrow fluttered through the air above them, partially hidden by the tree branches. Her gaze followed the bird as it landed at the base of a tree a short distance away, pecking at the ground and finding something before it took off again, landing in a tree a short distance away from where it had pecked at the forest floor. As Akuroma stopped speaking, she noticed a Pineco was also present in the tree, turning back to the Ralts with a grin. "Wanna try your hand at thieving, the non-violent way?" she asked him.

| Akuroma followed Vesper's gaze. He stood there and watched the Murkrow and Pineco for a second before he looked back at Vesper and gave her a shrug. "Couldn't hurt to try," he said, pulling his hood back up assassin creed style. "So, what exactly should I do? I'm not exactly versed in the art of stealing," he said. He looked over at the tree the other two Pokemon were in. He could easily teleport to them and steal their items then teleport away, but sadly he hadn't learned how to get rid of that flash of light that always occurs when he teleports. He then felt a bit surprised that he was even considering stealing from others. Well they were dungeon Pokemon, but unlike other times where he justified taking items as a trophy for defeating them, what it appeared Vesper was suggesting was taking the items without even harming the Murkrow and Pineco.

| "Well i'm not exactly an expert myself," chuckled the Roselia, though this fact didn't seem to affect her confidence, "I just try things out and see how they go. We could try tailing them back to where they live and see if they have anything of interest there, or we could make our way into that tree and attempt to steal the items of their person," she blinked, suggesting a few scenarios. In her opinion, what made thieving fun was the inconsistency of not knowing whether you were going to succeed or not. That and the thrill of -sometimes- being able to steal something without someone ever knowing it was you who took it. Bonus points if you approached them later and they thought nothing of it. | |

| "Well with how you walked right up in front of me instead of hiding under a tree root or sneaking up behind me says wonders for your expertise," Akuroma joked as he eyed the two Pokemon and considered Vesper's suggestions. "We'll probably get more items if we tail them. The Murkrow would be the only problem because it naturally has great vision, like all bird Pokemon, other than that, it seems like easy pickings." He looked back at Vesper, wanting to see what her opinion was. Whether or not she was an expert, she was probably better at it than Akuroma was. Though his first guess would be to figure out a way to keep an eye on the two Pokemon while staying hidden. | |

| Vesper shrugged with a grin, "Well what can I say, I wasn't in a stealing mood a few hours ago," she replied in an equally joking manner before turning back to the task at hand.
"Tailing them sounds good. A seed and a stick isn't really enough loot to divide up anyway," she commented with another shrug, "The Murkrow won't be a problem for me, Budew are native to this forest so the occasional Roselia isn't much of a surprise. I can hide in plain sight if need be. You on the other hand, have a bit of a problem. Any ideas?" she asked the Ralts before adding, "Your teleport might come in handy if they do spot us though." | |

| Akuroma shrugged, "I could act like a giant mushroom," he joked, "Seriously, though, I think I'll try to keep to the foliage for the most part." As he finished speaking the Murkrow latched it's talons to the Pineco and began to fly off. With that Akuroma walked off towards the side to stay near a more overgrown part of the forest as he began to tail the two Pokemon. He began to speed up to keep up with the Murkrow once he was lined up with the foliage, ready to slip inside just in case either of the Pokemon looked back. | |

| Vesper shrugged to the Ralts, "Sounds good to me," before turning as she heard the flapping of the Murkrow's wings as it took to the air, carrying the Pineco in it's claws. With a small grin, she separated from Akuroma and headed off after them, keeping an eye on them as they flew away but never moving faster than necessary lest she alert them to the fact that she was tailing them. The Roselia seemed rather confident and nonchalant about the whole business, using the fact that her species was native to this dungeon to her advantage. Occasionally she would glance over to the Ralts as he tailed them from nearer to the undergrowth rather than out on the forest floor in plain sight. | |

| As Akuroma followed the two Pokemon in the air he would glance over at Vesper sometimes. He noticed every now and then she'd appear to fall behind, probably to avoid looking like she was tailing the two Pokemon. He shrugged and eat a few Sitrus berries, 6 to be exact, in his bag to keep his energy up, since he'd never tail two Pokemon before, let alone two that were flying around. It wasn't really that difficult, except when the Murkrow made a turn and Akuroma would need to find thick foliage going in the same direction. He nearly lost the two a couple of times, only the flapping of wings and the blackness of the Murkrow against the bright light able to keep him going in the right direction. | Vesper meanwhile was making nearly no effort to hide herself but still blended in almost flawlessly, even flashing a small smile to a native Weepinbell that hung from one of the trees, hoping that a small cheerful wave of 'goodwill' would distract it sufficiently so that the Ralts could sneak under it to access the next patch of undergrowth dense enough for him to hide within. Though she didn't know the Weepinbell personally, she was in a good enough mood to greet the random stranger without reason, the Weepinbell smiling back hesitantly out of politeness in response. | |

| Akuroma slipped out of the patch of foliage he was hiding in once he noticed what Vesper was doing. As he slipped into the other foliage he nearly cried out as he found himself inside of a thorn bush. With a slight yelp followed by him clenching his teeth, he pushed his way through the thorns, using his bag as a shield for the most part, but not escaping the thorn bush without several scrapes and thorns sticking in him. Sadly his noise didn't go unnoticed as a trio of Hoothoot began to approach the thick foliage cautiously.
Akuroma grimaced as he noticed the three birds approaching his hiding spot. He wished he could just waltz right past like Vesper was able to, but it didn't look like that was going to be an option. Akuroma's mind raced as he went through plan after plan of attack to take out the Hoothoot without any other Pokemon noticing, especially the Weepingbell hanging nearby.

| Vesper's gaze flitted to the undergrowth as she heard the Ralts' small yelp. She forced herself not to roll her eyes and just leave the dual psychic and fairy type to the birds that had heard him. Why hadn't he thought to use his psychic typing to is advantage? The Roselia was sure he could have easily moved a few twigs and branches out of the way so he didn't hurt himself. Returning a cheerful expression to her face, Vesper hopped over to the three Hoothoot, "Oh, oh! You three! With the wings!" she called out as she walked over, a small spring in her step. "Sorry to bother you sirs and madams, but if I could borrow your time for a few short moments. I have a friend who is think he's the best thing in the world and I foolishly bet him that I could find someone with a bigger wingspan than his. Yours look promising though! Can I take a look?" she asked, keeping a tone to her voice that sounded like a joyful child. She doubted the ruse would be even the least successful, but considering the other option was Akuroma getting his eyes pecked out, she figured it would at least distract them for a short moment for him to move to another bush. | |

| As Vesper began to chat up the three Hoothoot, Akuroma slipped out of the thorn bush, skirting from bush to bush before he was back on track following the Murkrow and Pineco. It wasn't very hard, the Murkrow had landed and the two Pokemon were talking to a Phantump before all three took off back to hopefully they're hide out.
Akuroma looked over at Vesper's direction, wondering how long she was going to keep up the ruse on the Hoothoot before she either left them or the Pokemon got fed up and began attacking. Akuroma frowned to himself, getting stuck in a thorn bush like that was something he normally wouldn't have a problem with, but just like in the pitfall trap, his telekinetic powers were far from able to be used without the help of a move such as Confusion or Psychic.
