| First topic message reminder :* Anyone can join at the time. Make a character and enjoy! *Ladies and gentlemen! I present to you my 5th RPG: Remembered Quest. And yes, I am back, for the time being at the very least! The point of this RPG is for me to get back into the swing of things on the site, and get my active status back. I'm sure a lot of you have played one of my RPGs before, so you know how this works. If you haven't, take a look here! ( Click) The game only has a few, basic rules. 1.) No godmodding. You can't do something I say you can't do. Obvious! 2.) Don't submit multiple command posts. I don't mind out of character chat, but if you're going to be doing multiple commands at a time, put them all into one post. All other "rules" will be explained later on as they come up. Otherwise, that's it! To start, you've got to make a character. This character can be as complicated as you want it to be. The more you put into the RPG and your commands and your character, the more you will get out of it. You can just do the basic stats and the name (and there is nothing wrong with that!), or you can add a little extra for fun. To create a character, you need a name. Of course. It can be your username, or fit the fantasy setting of the game, whatever you want to be called by. As for stats, you are given 16 points to spread into 6 stats. Each stat starts at 1, and the max is 13. For example, you could have a 13 Strength character with 1 in every other stat, or 7 Intellect and 7 Charisma and 1 in Strength and Dexterity. Your stats dictate your ability and success to do certain tasks. A 10 Strength character breaking a door down? Of course. A 1 Intellect character reading a sign? Not so much. And finally, the optional portion, character details. Gender, backstory, appearance, all that great stuff. It's optional, don't have to do it, but if you want to go that extra mile you can. ((P.S, If you write a short backstory, give a reason you started your new life!)) That's all there is for the introduction post, folks. Copy that character sheet in the code below, and we can begin! - Code:
-
[b]Name[/b]: INTELLECT, 1 CHARISMA, 1 STRENGTH, 1 DEXTERITY, 1 [b]Details[/b]:

| - Appearance:
Rather young (20-ish), but slightly more tall and muscular than average as one might expect from a guard. His hair is a light brown, slightly darker than tan. His hairstyle is pretty standard: Short, flat and straight (although he does wear a helmet so I guess that might factor in). He also has blue eyes. > Umbreon: Store your belongings. > Find a bed and sleep for 8 hours. ...Or as long as you can get before something wakes you up. |

| Dracorex) You knock the on the wooden crate. It's certainly wooden, and might contain something.
Okashi) You search the streets for something to satisfy your hunger for tonight. It's strangely quite tonight, more so than often. The only signs of life other than the guards are the rats. You start to wander the alleyways. Suddenly, you appear to have stumbled upon some homeless man in the street, but upon closer inspection the man is a skeleton. The skeletal man sits against one of the walls of the alleyway, wearing a cloth shirt and pants, with a gold necklace around his neck. Will you do something with the Skeleton?
Umbreon) You stash your armor and shortsword in your own little cubby, and crash into a bed. You haven't had a good sleep in a day or two, so you are fully prepared to sleep for the next forever. /You are now asleep. You will wake up in the next forever. Or eight turns.
Welch) You waltz up to one of the dealers. He nods, flips you 5 Gul, and takes your chip. Sweet. Find: 5 Gul |

| Dracorex) You pop open the crate with the axe concealed in your pants, to find it's contents. The contents of the crate seem to be a big ol' pile of bones. You try to move some of the bones to see if the crate contains anything else, but all the bones are completely stuck together. You can see in the center of the bones something metal and shiny.
Okashi) You reach at the skeleton's necklace, but a hand made of bone quickly clutches your own! You yell out in terror, and pull from the grip of the animated skeleton as it slowly rises to it's feet. It's eyes glow read, similar to the glow emanating from the necklace. It outreaches it's arms, trying to grab at you again. What will you do with the skeleton?
Welch) You leave your work behind, content with the 5 Gul you've obtained. As you wander the streets, you hear a "eep!" coming from a nearby alleyway. Intrigued, you investigate the scene to find a boy and a undead skeleton! It's eyes and pendant glow an ominous red. It seems to be ready for an attack. What will you do with such a scene? |

| > Tap the bones with the butt of the axe to check how sturdy they are.
> If sturdy, see if they'll pour out by tipping the crate onto it's side.
> If not sturdy, smash bones as quietly as you can with the butt of your axe.

| Dracorex) You tap at the bones, and they rattle in response. Longer than they should... The bones rattle a shake, growing more violently, until the bones start to float out of the box! The necklace within the pile of bones glows red, the skull's eyes matching it's glow. The bones whizz around, snapping together like a puzzle piece, shaping together into a skeleton. The skeleton looks at you with it's crimson eyes, and begins to shamble towards you. It readies for a attack. Okashi) You kick it in the shins, knocking it to the ground and dislocating it's leg from the torso entirely. You then give the skeleton a good whack with your fishing rod. It seems unfazed, and begins to crawl towards you. Suddenly, the necklace is snatched from your hands by some guy! You turn to face the thief, caught between him and the skeleton. Ryu) "The win condition is the first to seven drinks loses. Let's draw," Harol says, dealing two cards to the both of you. Lina) ((Nope, hair style/colour is all I need)) You get your footing on the far edge of the branch, and get ready to jump. Without another thought to hold you back, you sprint forward, making the small hop from branch to branch. As your foot lands on the split second you are on the branch, you hear the cracking of wood. You leap just in time before the branch crumbles before you. You outstretch your arms to catch the ledge of the window. The hard stone meets your hands as you grab hold of the ledge of the law station's window. You balance yourself out holding onto the window, and pray no guards on patrol spot you. To your left is the room into the hallway. What will you do on the window ledge? Welch) You sneak up behind the the boy, and snatch the necklace from his hands. He looks back at you, as you backstep from both of them. The necklace is silver, or some sort of grayish metal, and the red gem glows a dark red. The guy beats away at the skeleton, knocking it to the ground. He looks at you, then the skeleton. What will you do with said necklace? |

| >Okashi: Try to hook the necklace with your fishing hook and pull the necklace away.
>Okashi: If you get it run towards the skeleton and kick it in the chest and continue running until you find a spot hide or climb a house and be prepared to jump to a smaller house and continue running.
>Okashi: If not the try to at least snatch it back and run away.
(she doesn't know what necromancy is, though she probably can use magic/don't actually know how.)

| >Mr. Welch: Ask, what the heck the guy is doing practicing necromancy here. Also try to use laws regarding confiscation and similar stuff to your advantage. Maybe you can keep this necklace-thingy. Could be useful some day.
(Actually I meant to take the necklace from the skeleton, not the guy. Oh well...)
