Pichu, I prefer to put in rules that have some sort of joke on the site. Like the wrecking ball one or the Serene stalking and making a documentary one.

Still wondering the origin of the joke. Guys, most of these are meant to be references to jokes on the forums more than one or two people know. For example, I didn't come up with rule 20 or 21. Others did, that meant it wasn't a joke I made that nobody knows about, it means that it's a joke that's actually remembered. Or something along those lines.
