Pokemon VS Humans VS Aliens!

Okay. This plot has a lot.

Aliens!
They can loot like whatever you want. They are shape shifters but they cannot mimic anything on this planet for some reason. You can be anything you want but... They can only change once a day and theres always one feature thats the same about them.

Being from another planet and having great technology they can make a lot. Their only limit is finding the materials.

Humans
They have lived on this planet as the superior race for a long time. They refuse to give up that position and have made leaps with technology due to the Aliens. They are a major threat and will use what ever means they find necessary to win.

Pokemon
Having lived on the planet the longest they are still pretty feral. A lot have gained intelligence recently and now wish to take the top spot. They want the world to be like it used to. Free and wild. They are considered neutral and nether Humans or Aliens see them as a threat. They will soon find out how sorely mistaken they are.

Okay now that that's done lets get to Characters. You must choose a race. If Alien or pokemon explain subspecies. This plot started in the abandoned City known as Goldenrod. Only refugees make their home there. If you want more info ask me... I have to go now.

Personality: He is very friendly to others, and tries to make allies in what may seem hopeless, but when violence breaks out he tries to avoid it. all he wants is for the war to end.
History:Max grew up as a rather strong pup. he generally was friendly, but when the war started, he moved away to try to stop the war without more mindless violence.
Inventory(No super items.): a miniature EMP generator he found on some aliens that will charge itself using solar energy.

Its okay. But Theres not much of a story to him. The personality could use some meat to.

Name: Brooks
Faction(Human,Alien,Pokemon): Pokemon
Race or species: Dewott
Age: 8
Appearance: A normal Dewott but with a red scarf around his neck.
Personality: Brooks is a rather logical and straight-forward thinker in most situations. He tends to push away moral feelings in order to go with what the best course of action for a situation would be. This isn't to say that he won't be around others, he just refuses to get too close or attached to anyone or show emotions to others. Due to experiences he doesn't expect the war to end, and if so not anytime soon. He has slight claustrophobia and a fear of being underground.
History: Brooks grew up with his family for the first half of his life, his mother and father both being a Samurott, and with two other siblings. He had a pretty good relationship with his family, not having too many problems with any of them. Eventually though, strange events began occurring around the area, and apparently more then just that as the aliens began to become known and active.
Once that happened his family began to fall apart. Out of fear for staying in their home, Brooks' brother and sister ran away without telling anyone, and to this day he has no idea if they're even alive or not though he guesses they probably aren't. A few days after that incident, three aliens found the cave his family had been staying in. Brooks hid under a few rocks inside it, and stayed there for about a half hour before the area got darker and they left. When he got out, the front of the cave had caved in, locking him in there alone, though there was some liquid that he didn't want to identify as what he thought it was.
After a few days, he managed to dig himself out of the dirt cave floor through the usage of his scalchop shell. Once he got out, he began to travel on his own, evolving into a Dewott as he did so. He did talk to some other pokemon he came across, but never stayed too long and began to lock up his emotions, refusing to show them to anyone. He became a sort of mercenary-type, going around and helping other pokemon out for a price.
Inventory(No super items.): His two scalchops, nothing else.

"Okay!" chorused the duo, Reena getting her stuff together neatly and Eira pretty much just shoving everything she needed into a bag and shouting "DONE!" She was obviously very eager to get moving.

"Good! Lets get going." Casity said locking the place up. She locked the door and headed for the radio tower.

Appearance:
Scar over his left eye, Limp on left foot.
Personality:
Leo is a very quiet Pokémon before you get to know him, then he becomes quite friendly and and outgoing. He has a brutal temper, though. His mother died, so family is a very sensitive topic. Try to get to know him before you ask about his family or his injuries. He is a very smart Pokémon, and will violently protect the few things he cares about.
History:
Leo was born with a high IQ, and he hated his family, a Machamp as a dad, and a Lucario as a mother. His father seemed disappointed even though he did most things right. His mother was the only thing that kept him in the family. When the war started Leo's mother was out hunting, and was attacked by a group of aliens, so Leo ran away. One night when he was running, he stumbled upon an alien camp. They attacked him, and Leo's left eye was sliced and his left leg was broken and put in a permanent limp.. He managed to escape that day. Leo knew how harsh the world could be, and began gathering random scraps of metal, even finding a small alien suit. He made a leg brace that could store electricity out of the parts. Leo has been looking for his dad ever since, wanting to apologize for the trouble he caused

Soon Casity and her adopted kids arrived at the Radio tower. She ooked at the entrance wondering who they assigned to watch with her.

Brooks had already been at the Radio Tower, standing out front in wait to see who else was coming. He heard that there was supposed to be someone, a Typhlosion or someone like that. As he tosses one of his scalshops up and down, coincidentally, there happened to be exactly that coming towards the area. He caught the scalchop one last time and blinked, not showing any surprise at the other two pokemon with her. "I assume you're the one who's supposed to be keeping watch as well." He commented neutrally.

"Your are correct. Anyone else supposed to watch over the city with us?" Casity asked. Her left hand shone with a metal glint from the nearby street light.

"You tell me." He pointed at the two other pokemon, the Kirlia and the Sneasel that Casity had brought with her. Brooks wasn't one to talk, but they seemed to be rather young for keeping watch at the Radio Tower, and he wasn't going to ask out front why they were there.

"Hell yea can I watch too? But after I battle Reena. Mom promised we could..." replied the Sneasel.
The Kirlia merely dipped her head ever so slightly to the Dewott in greeting, remaining silent as her adoptive sister's loud voice was enough for the whole city.

Brooks glanced over at the loud Sneasel, curious about her excitement. Does she even know what's going on here? She seems a bit too, I don't know, cheery to fully comprehend everything.
"How old are you?" He asked nonchalantly, grabbing hold of one of his scalchops again and tossing it up and down a few times.
