In a world where superhero sponsoring is a big business thing, Trainees have just passed their exams and have been deemed official superheroes. The squad's first assignment: Rob a bank and allow yourself to be beaten. Turns out every crime and murder spree that a superhero has saved is SCRIPTED. The public knows none of this and worship the false heroes, who know nothing of real crime situations and turn blind eyes on them. Those with bad grades in the academy are the villains, and those with the best are the heroes. Those who turn against the agency are either blackmailed or killed off, those with the best grades aren't even aware that the scenarios are scripted! Then, when a truly evil organization comes along, the major heroes flee in terror. Will the trainees, who have little training and battle experience be able to defeat this force? Or might they push up daisies and be chased after the rest of the heroes?

Rules:
1. No God Modding or OVERPOWERING
2. Stick to the posting order
3. You may only have ONE power!
4. Be reasonable on what your powers are and put LIMITS on them! For example, you can shape shift but you have to put some kind of limit on it, like you can only change into mammals or aquatic creatures, or maybe creatures from a certain prehistoric era.
5. No powerplaying you can only play as your character.
6. you have 3 days to post, if you do not post without notice you will be skipped. if it happens twice in a row you will be removed from the rp.
7. If a lot of people want to join(Such as what happened in Life) multiple threads will be opened.I will rp as an actual chara in each. Each "room" has a max of four people besides me.
8.With powers: When i say power, it basically means theme. For example, you can change into a magpie and be able to throw poison tipped feathers at the foe and maybe do a few other bird like things. Another example is Fire. Maybe your character could set themselves on fire, and be able to shoot things on fire and set a certain substance(Something rarely found of course) on fire.

Real Name: Jerry Jiff

History: Jerry started out as a trouble-making, hot-headed punk who cared little about the consequences of his actions. He lived the fast life; he loved the fast life. Then, one day, his best friend was killed in an accident. An accident that involved both of them being in the wrong place at the wrong time doing the wrong thing. This sobered him and made him see the error of his ways, and after a year of fighting depression, he decided to turn over a new leaf and enrolled in the hero training academy.

Unfortunately, his previous experience as a juvenile delinquent were not conducive to making good grades in the academy. Forced into the role of a scripted villain, Jerry has become bitter, pessimistic, and generally disgusted with everything.

Personality: hot-headed, negative, pessimistic, bitter, sarcastic, not detail-oriented, impulsive but rarely as reckless as he once was

Appearance: He has black hair, which only amounts to fuzz on his head (he keeps it very, very short). His eye color is green. His body is made up of mostly lean muscle. In villain mode wears a special type of orange spandex suit that minimizes friction, so that he can run as fast as he can without his suit catching fire. "Breakneck" is written on the suit in small, bold black letters over his heart. He wears a simple black eye-mask. It is generally considered the most unimaginative costume ever.

Sponsor: The company that makes Energizer batteries. Jerry is often forced to dress up in a pink bunny suit (wearing only the trademark black mask and having the word "Breakneck" written in small, bold black letters on the back of his bunny suit) and pretend to be the Energizer bunny. Then, there's usually something about not being fooled by fakes or alternatives, and the real Energizer Bunny shows up. This really only contributes to Jerry's negative outlook on life, as well as a general hatred for bunnies.

Restraint: Needs to "recharge" in order to keep going fast by absorbing electricity (to get to full power usually takes about fifteen minutes worth of charging; fully charged, he can go at top speed for five minutes or he can pace himself... going slightly under top speed will buy him fifteen minutes, and at half his top speed, he can last half an hour; if he can't find a source of electricity and can't charge, then he is pretty much a normal person), has difficulty making sharp turns

Weaknesses: Slippery surfaces, water (because he essentially "runs on electricity" getting wet would mean shorting him out; he would lose his "charge" and would not be able to charge until he dries off)

Well, if you're worried about too many heroes or villains, why don't you make a max? For example, there can only be this amount of villains and this amount of heroes. (5/8 villains 8/8 heroes... The first number representing how many characters are in this side/whatever and the second number showing the max. Just an example!) Oh, and if we still have to many heroes, I wouldn't mind making another character or switching Will to villain. (Although the second option would be too confusing. xD)

History: Sam was a very sweet - if generic - girl as a child; she played with dolls, liked the color pink, thought boys had cooties, etc. Something that was not quite generic was her love for superheroes, though.
She always adored watching heroes defeat villains, and thought that it was amazing that her sixteen year old brother was going to go to superhero academy to train his ice-powers. It was always her dream to become a superhero, to save people. Even as she outgrew her childish dreams, Samantha never gave up that one. She learned Tai Kwan Do and took part in "airsoft wars" in order to better herself, hoping that she would get attention from the superhero academy despite her lack of powers.
And then, at the age of nineteen she found out the truth of the organization.
It was when she bumped into her brother, running away with a sack of money in one hand, a gun in the other. He was wearing a mask, a cape, everything a superhero (or supervillain, in this case) needed to conceal his identity from the press, but Sam knew it was him from the start.
After seeing him getting pummeled by the heroes (in such a way that she knew that he wasn't using his full power), Sam confronted her brother. When he didn't tell her anything, she found information through... Her own means.
It took her a loaded pistol (her brother's), five thousand dollars (in order to pay for a hacker), a baseball bat named Sophia and the death of one guard (this is important, don't forget it) in order to break into a CEO's house. She'd found many things - a small device that was made to prevent power usage in a two-meter radius being the second-most notable - but when she found she was looking for, her achievements seemed so... meaningless. Superheroes and supervillains were frauds. The villains threw fights, letting the heroes win and garnering positive press for the academy. The whole thing was a scam.
She didn't know what to do with the information at first. She was just so shaken. She never told anybody what she found out, but her brother knew that she knew. They rarely talked from that point on.
And then they came for her. Policemen stormed the house, killing the 'supervillain' hellice and attempting to kill his 'accomplice', Samantha Dove, who was caught on camera breaking and entering, as well as killing a person. She escaped and, fueled with rage, began to hatch a plot that would destroy the academy and, hopefully, give way for real superheroes to save the day.
Unfortunately for her, this plan did not involve any real villains taking part.

Appearance: She is pale skinned and has blue lens to cover her black eyes. Her (dyed) brown hair would be short enough to make her pass off for a boy if there weren't any... obvious signs of her gender. She has a small knife on her thigh at all times, and her red backpack holds a pistol along with her makeup kit and clothing (in order to hide her identity - she is a wanted criminal, after all).
Sponsor: Technically the police, I suppose.
Hero or Villain: True villain
Power: None, though she does have a device that has been made to look like an iPhone that deactivates the powers of anything that comes within two meters of her for ten minutes upon activation (ie: if a person comes within two meters and the pulse is activated, (s)he cannot use powers for ten minutes). She also knows Tai Kwan Do, and uses an aluminum baseball bat like a boss. As a last resort, she can use pistols, though she is very inaccurate with them.
Weakness: EMPs (or anything that deactivates/destroys her device)
Restraint: A two meter radius (which is pretty small), as well as two uses per charge (the device charges with a generic iPhone charger).
Notification: Yes

There isn't any True Heroes, just heroes. True villains are villains who are REAL and are considered villains by the agency that aren't scripted. So your chara would be a true villain.

I don't like the idea of being able to nullify other powers being in this rp, could you have something else? But I COULD accept being able to shoot a dart(or something like that) that shuts down powers for a small amount of time.

I still want to play, but nobody else seems to...
