In a world where superhero sponsoring is a big business thing, Trainees have just passed their exams and have been deemed official superheroes. The squad's first assignment: Rob a bank and allow yourself to be beaten. Turns out every crime and murder spree that a superhero has saved is SCRIPTED. The public knows none of this and worship the false heroes, who know nothing of real crime situations and turn blind eyes on them. Those with bad grades in the academy are the villains, and those with the best are the heroes. Those who turn against the agency are either blackmailed or killed off, those with the best grades aren't even aware that the scenarios are scripted! Then, when a truly evil organization comes along, the major heroes flee in terror. Will the trainees, who have little training and battle experience be able to defeat this force? Or might they push up daisies and be chased after the rest of the heroes?

Rules:
1. No God Modding or OVERPOWERING
2. Stick to the posting order
3. You may only have ONE power!
4. Be reasonable on what your powers are and put LIMITS on them! For example, you can shape shift but you have to put some kind of limit on it, like you can only change into mammals or aquatic creatures, or maybe creatures from a certain prehistoric era.
5. No powerplaying you can only play as your character.
6. you have 3 days to post, if you do not post without notice you will be skipped. if it happens twice in a row you will be removed from the rp.
7. If a lot of people want to join(Such as what happened in Life) multiple threads will be opened.I will rp as an actual chara in each. Each "room" has a max of four people besides me.
8.With powers: When i say power, it basically means theme. For example, you can change into a magpie and be able to throw poison tipped feathers at the foe and maybe do a few other bird like things. Another example is Fire. Maybe your character could set themselves on fire, and be able to shoot things on fire and set a certain substance(Something rarely found of course) on fire.

History: William came from a poor family in a small quiet town within America, but he was content. In his childhood, he always tried to be the perfect image of his older brother. William wasn't bullied or teased, but was quite popular in school since his big brother was also very popular in the school's local gang. Yet, William didn't get the same kind of respect that his brother got. In fact, sometimes William would hang out with the seventh graders when he was around of the age of seven. Mainly because his brother would be around. Will felt invincible and that no one could really harm him... 'Till one day...

At the age of eight, William and his brother waited for their mum. They were left there at the school gate for hours within the summer heat. William's brother soon enough decided to head into reception and call their parents only to discover that their mum was already on her way an hour ago. Worried, the brothers waited. Soon enough, their Dad picked them up and didn't say anything to them within the journey back home. When they got home, their Dad explained to them about the fatal car-crash that their Mum had. She didn't survive.

William became a bit more reserved ever since then. But he begged for attention. He began to ignore rules and rally against the teachers by playing "pranks". At the age of Fourteen, year 2005, apparently his brother was discovered to have a ability to rewind or fast forward time. Unable to keep it as a hushed secret, his brother was whisked away to Heroes Academy. He became even more popular as a Hero and began to make bits of money for William and his hard working Dad. Yet, the rest of the fortune went to the Sponsor or the academy since they weren't rich enough to afford the cost. But in the meantime, William became interested in first-shooter games.

William was obviously jealous as he began to keep up the "Rebel" act. Soon enough, his brother came back for the holidays to spend time with his family. On the age of Fifteen, William and his brother began to argue. Will stormed out that night and blindly stumbled through the darkness. His brother came after him, though, hoping to get some sense into his baby brother. Yet, while crossing the road, William failed to see the car rushing towards him. In the nick of time, his brother pushed Will out of the way but also sacrificing his own life. Will's brother went into a coma in the hospital that night and hasn't woken up since.

Will and his father returned to being poor again, now they had to fund the hospital to keep his brother in. A few days later, one of the kids at school decided to pick on William since he was weak then. Yet, a startling thing happened. As soon as the Bully threw his bony fist at William's face, time began to stop. Discovering his abilities, William became more addicted to pulling pranks off now that he didn't have to worry about getting caught. Yet, it was quite the opposite. William was caught with his power the first time he tried to pull off a prank by a student. He was sent to the Heroes Academy straight away.

Appearance: When not wearing a costume, William is usually wearing denim jeans and a black jumper when it's cold. He also carries a bag with his costume and his shirt underneath his jumper. When it's hot, Will would wear shorts and a plain shirt. He's quite tall and a bit chubby, but began to loosen a bit of weight. He also has messy red hair which should really be cut. The "Stunning" image of his older brother. The only thing that could tell the two apart is William's blue eyes and the fact that he's not as muscular.

For his Super-Hero costume, William would throw on the things that he keeps in his bag. For one thing, Will covers his face and the top of his head with a helmet like mask with the front as black shades. His mouth the only visible piece of the face. It also has a smooth silver chin guard. On the top of the helmet, it's grey, smooth and curves down to the back of his head. William would wear a black leather jacket with a red cog wheel graffiti on the back of the jacket. William would also have thin leather gloves Yet, he would wear the same pants and sport shoes. ((Jeez, now that I think of it, it makes him look more like a villain. =/ Meh, this is the best idea that I could think of anyway.))

Power: Freezing Time.
Weakness: Really, and I mean REALLY scared of rabbits. Mainly because he was bitten by them many times. William also detests being compared to his brother even though he tries to be like him.
Restraint: William cannot leave the time freezing on forever. If he leaves it on longer than at least two minutes max, he would lose focus and could end up possibly losing his mind. Or just knocking him out cold. William can't inflict much damage while he's freezing time since everyone would be as hard as stone. William would have to unfreeze time to do any damage.

History: Miles has no idea about his history. When he was 12, he woke up in an alley wearing the getup he's wearing now. he had no memory except a name, which he's decided is his name, and that he should go to the school where he learned to be a superhero. (I have no idea what it's called, so sue me.) He accidently discovered that the crimes super heroes do are scripted when he saw a guy that a superhero "defeated" get up and walk away. He was very angry from that and hasn't told a soul. His anger actually developed another memory. He was young, and he saw a woman get murdered by someone who he couldn't see, but he could tell is was one of these "Heroes". He wants to find his past and try to reveal the true crime that happens.

Power: He can summon a golden sword to his side, which he can have powered by four elements, Fire, Water, Grass, and Electricity, but only if he has something of that element to power it. (Like Match for Fire, Rain for Water, a blade of Grass for Grass, or a battery for Electricity.)
Weakness: His glasses. If they're broken, he looses his powers until they are fixed or replaced.
Restraint: His rage. When he sees something unfair or bad happening, he flies into a rage and attacks to stop it. He can sometimes hold it back, which is why he hasn't killed all his teachers yet.

History: Estrios lived a fairly normal and all-around good life. Nice family, many good friends, good grades, and so on. He was a good kid, if sometimes a bit mischievous. Not long after he turned 12, he was out in his hometown with his friends, and once they all split up, he realized he couldn't find his way back home because of the lack of light. Upon thinking how he could solve his predicament, the boy noticed a light emanating from the palm of his hand. He looked at it, and quickly found that his skin was actually generating light. He found his way home, and in the next few days he began to try and control this ability without anyone else's knowledge. A week later, during one of his "training sessions," he accidentally made a new door in his room when he shot a beam of solid light at one of the walls of his room, something that he did not know he could do. His parents were somewhat mad at him for this, but they were really more impressed than anything else. They quickly hired builders to fix their wall, and after some gossip went around between certain people, the Hero's Academy came by and recruited Estrios, who quickly agreed and left his parents after a short goodbye. In the Hero's Academy, Estrios had just about the same life that he had before, except with superpowers involved in many of the new things that he did. He quickly made friends with a good portion of the students at the academy, and was getting outstanding grades in all his classes, despite not studying or putting in as much effort as some of the other high-ranking students did. He was given the designation of hero after his training was completed, and he gladly carried out the duties that he was given, unaware that they were simply illusions and tricks. After the new, truly dangerous criminal organization appeared, Estrios found out what the heroes that he worked with were really about, and became quite furious at the people who had lied to him for so many years. So, instead of fleeing with a large number of the other "heroes," Estrios stood by his goals as a hero and began to fight real villains and crime, determined to make up for all the fake events that the heroes had scripted.
Personality: Estrios is a very social person in general. He's always ready to crack a joke or pull a prank, always happy to be around others and always willing to meet new people. He is very rarely seen expressing negative emotions, and is usually very determined in everything he does. However, when the situation calls for it, Estrios can become very serious about what is happening and what he and others must do.
Appearance: Estrios has a well-mantained and generally physically fit body. He has pitch black hair and his eyes are an uncommonly bright cyan color. He usually wears a casual outfit in almost all situations: sneakers, a t-shirt with his logo on it, a leather jacket with his logo on the back, dark blue jeans, and a necklace that also has his logo on it. He is also known to wear his signature sunglasses at all times, even when it is nighttime or when he is in a dark area.

Power: Light manipulation (He can emit light from any part of his body at varying levels of brightness, he can discharge solid beams of light for dealing damage and other similar purposes, he can manipulate light around himself to become invisible and he can utilize light in certain ways to be able to create and utilize heat)
Weakness: Mirrors. (Not technically a "weakness," per se, but he cannot destroy one even if he wanted to, and they can be skillfully used against him if the opponent is intelligent enough to do so. Metal and other reflective objects can also limit his ability to use his powers, though it depends on the object or surface.)
Restraint: Although he himself can produce light at almost impossibly high levels of brightness and intensity, his eyes are not specially adapted to such light. So, although his sunglasses allow him to produce larger levels of brightness than he normally would be able to, he still is unable to go past a certain point without the risk of damaging his eyes or blinding himself. He can close his eyes to allow himself to go even farther past his initial limit, but that has its obvious drawbacks.

History: Contrary to the popular belief, the making of a superhero isn't always about someone who came from an alien planet, or someone who got bit by a radioactive spider. There were those who rose out in vengeance against evil because their parents were brutally killed (and are rich) and those that are just smart enough to make a suit of armor that can shoot lasers out of their hands. But Ven? Ven was simply at the right place at the wrong time, with a very contained temporal anomaly.
For awhile he didn't really know what to do with his new powers besides cutting time off from traveling. School and back. School and back. Soon it became college and back. Though the hassle of hiding it sometimes outweighed the efficiency of it. The thought of becoming a superherp didn't even cross his mind (well there was that one time with the train but... that didn't really count...). Until one day something came in the mail. Superhero training registration? After reading the form he signed up. I mean, why wouldn't you? Probably way better college. Right?

Appearance: On the job he wears a dark blue three piece suit. A white blank mask covers his face (expect the eyes, which are bright green). A black fedora is atop his head.

Restraint:He can only long distance teleport to places he is familiar with (I.E. Home, headquaters, places he frequents). Long distance tele requires he to mentally picture he place in his mind in detail (which can be difficult in certain circumstances or if he's not in the right frame of mind). He can't tele if he's anchored to something.
