TM Moves

I'm new here, and I am going to create a character, but I want to have something clarified. I want the character to have a move that can only be learned via TM, is that allowed? Do TM's exist in this world (like in the main series and actual PMD games), or is there another method to learn TM moves? Furthermore, can the character have a TM move starting out and prior to joining the guild, or can only obtain them as they progress?

I'd be thankful for any mod/admin who takes the time to respond. :)

TMs can be obtained in this world yes but your character cannot start out knowing a TM move.

Move Tutor moves cannot be learned at all yet on the forum. However I am planning at some point to open applications for a character to be part of a move tutor program which I haven't really finished planning yet. Soo yea xD
