Traveling through Unknown Territory [[Open]]

It had been a few days since Zeri was banished from his tribal grounds, everything in his life disappearing slowly from view as he continues to wander through the forest towards the every setting sun. A sigh escapes from this young Pawniard's maw as the minutes seem to drag onto hours within his mind, the sun setting slowly over the canopy of trees. Thankfully at least it was a clear sky hanging overhead, Zeri smiling at this fact as if it meant anything to him. For some reason though it seemed as if the forest was too quiet for the time of day, the nocturnals should be awakening at this time... course this being Shadowhue forest probably all the Pokemon here were nocturnal.

"Ugh... this is going to a rather boring night if nothing truly interesting happens. Might as well make a quick nest for the evening."

Looking around the vicinity, Zeri found himself a small hole under a tree, peeking inside it to find no Pokemon nesting inside, the Pawniard then exploring the area to gather leaves and the such to make a comfortable bed in the dirt inside the hovel. Taking his time to make sure it is well crafted, Zeri begins to also search for food nearby his hidden hole in the ground. The wind was slowly begin to pick up, nothing too uncomfortable but it was beginning to feel rather nice even though he was all alone out here...

Munchlax was idly walking bye when he saw a lone pawniard making himself a place to rest, he thought he'd give him a helping hand.

He strolled over to him and held out a pecha berry "Hungry?" He asked kindly, he didn't know if Pawniard were naturally in shadowhue, but he didn't really care since he was kind of naive

His first outlaw mission had ended just a few hours ago, but Acro was ready for the next. He smiled to himself even though it was dark he felt he could handle this place by himself. His partner was resting at the guild so he decided to explore a bit before returning. He spotted a Pawniard collecting berries and a munchlax talking to it. He wondered why these two were in Shadowhue. He climbed a tree and watched the from above, his curiosity begging him for information and his cowardice preventing him from approaching.

It took him a little while, but he was slowly able to upturn some grubs from a fallen log, which were very high in protein which a young Pawniard like him needed for a healthy growth cycle... didn't make them taste any better. Slowly Zeri opens his mouth to accept the grubs into his awaiting throat when suddly out from nowhere he hears a voice coming from behind him...

"Hungry?"

At the sound of the voice coming from behind him at night in Shadowhue forest, Zeri almost jumps out of his steel plated flesh, dropping his grubs all over the ground and quickly turning around to face his attacks, his blades lengthening as his pressure activates to surround him with a black fog... only to come face to face with a Munchlax holding out what appears to be a Pecha Berry. Zeri looks at the berry then to the Munchlax, not dropping his guard but his Pressure slowly dissipates, the fog around him following suit. His arm blade slowly retracts, looking to the Munchlax with a wary look...

"What is your angle, wandering the Shadowhue at night and sneaking up behind poke? I was about to hit you."

Zeri still eyes the Pecha berry with his stomach doing an impressive impression of Dialga as he hadn't had a bite to eat in quite a while... but he wasn't about to trust a pokemon he had just met, and who had startled him. This pokemon was quite silent for one as large as him, must be the fluffy feet.

"Angle? Well..." He looks at the distance between the pawniard and himself "Um... around 90? But I didn't mean to sneak up on ya, you just looked like a hungry Pokemon" He smiled at him before gesturing to him again to eat the berry

"Don't worry it isn't poisoned" He giggled, it would be very ironic if a Pecha berry was poisoned... and probably impossible

Acro chuckled at the thought, his feathers ruffled a bit and smoothed themselves out. He debated whether or not to go down and greet the two, 'What if they are evil pokemon though? How do I know they aren't plotting this, and that they don't know I'm here?' before Acro could think anymore, he felt his foot slip. He flapped his wings uselessly, struggling for balance. He cried out as he accidentally released the branch he had been clinging for dear life onto. He seemed to float for a moment before gravity kicked in and yanked him toward the ground. He landed on his back with his wings spread out. The archen groaned and sat up, dizzy from the impact of the fall. He must've fallen a bit far, but not far enough to seriously injure him.

Zeri looks at the Munchlax in the eyes before he slowly begins to outstretch his arm to accept the Pecha berry from him, at the mention of poison Zeri scoffs slightly. His head upturns as he snatches the Pecha berry from the pokemon and takes a quick bite from it with no fear of poison, looking to the Munchlax slightly...

"A steel type such as me has nothing to fear from Poison types and their afflictions, but they should fear me."

Zeri takes another bite from the Pecha berry, before moving a few steps to sit in front of a tree, leaning back to get off his feet, feeling a little sleep deprivation sinking into his weary bones... at least that was until a strange prehistoric bird falls from the tree he leaned against and lands directly in front of him, causing him to drop the berry on the ground. Quickly Zeri is back on his feet, both arm blades extended as his Pressure reactivates to surround him with the dark fog

"WHAT THE HELL!!! Who are you and why were you spying you feathered fiend?"

Zeri stands over the fallen Archon, his blades poised to attack it if it tried to make a move to attack, Zeri momentarily forgetting about the Munchlax as with his full attention now on the fallen bird before him...

"Hey um... are you okay?" Lax waved at the Archen, hoping he was okay.

"Why did you drop down? Ya have wings, ya should have been able to stop ya self from dropping down here" He smiled at him before sitting besides him

Acro grew nervous at the duo's questioning, he was more nervous about the pawniard's reaction than the munchlax's. He stood and explained himself, "I-I saw you two chatting over here and I was curious to see why you two were out here. I didn't know if you were bad pokemon so I kept my distance. I'm Acro, and I'm an Archen, so I can't fly yet." his voice shook with fear, not only was he with strangers,but one was about to attack and George wasn't there to help him. He began to smaller than he actually was, if it came to a fight, he was ready for it though. He thought that his small appearance and his fear, which was real, may help him get an advantage. He gained a little confidence and fluffed his feathers out to make him look more intimidating, hoping to scare them out of battle or make them lower their guard when they attacked, if they did.

Zeri barely registers the Munchlax moved next to the Archen as the winds begin to shift around them, picking up speed a bit as if something ominous was approaching. Continuing to stare off the Archen as it spoke to explain its spying ways... you couldn't trust bird pokemon too much, always trying to get away with the tribe's food and not wanting to share the best hunting grounds, or warn when enemies are approaching.

"I-I saw you two chatting over here and I was curious to see why you two were out here. I didn't know if you were bad pokemon so I kept my distance.:

It seems the Munchlax had somehow gotten to the side of him, Zeri jumping to the side and bares his blades, but seeing it's the one who gave him the berry... Zeri drops his blades, still looking sidelong into the Archen so as to not be caught by surprise.

"I'm Acro, and I'm an Archen, so I can't fly yet."

That seemed to strike a funny bone in Zeri as he thinks about it, a pokemon considered a flying type even though it couldn't actually fly... he doesn't think he has ever met one of those before. Keeping his mind where it is, he takes a few steps back and works at trying to keep both of the pokemon within his sight, not truly paying attention to anything else around him. His foot catches on something behind him, causing the Pawniard to lose his step and tumbles onto his bum, his blades instinctively retracting so he doesn't puncture anything vital on himself...

This dice is not existing.

"Watch out for the-" He barely let out before he tripped over, Lax then begun laughing at the Pawniard "Tripping over an apple..."

He looked back at the Archen "Can't fly? Well neither can I" He flaps is arms in an up and down motion as if flapping wings "And I'm Lax, nice to meet ya" He grinned at Acro before munching on a few berries that were in his fur

"I'm Lax, nice to meet ya." The munchlax told Acro. Acro was more concerned about the Pawniard that fell.

"A-are you okay? I'm not looking for a fight if that's why you're like that."Acro walked over and offered his wing to help the Pawniard up, "Whats your name?" he asked.

((Sorry, my mind is at a blank...))

The tumble there would cost the Pawniard greatly as he just barely sheathes his blades before hitting the ground with a loud thud. Zeri prepared himself for the inevitable onslaught of attacks that would come his way from the duo who got him to drop his guard, ready to counter them before a... wing... is reached down to give him a hand up back onto his feet...

"A-are you okay? I'm not looking for a fight if that's why you're like that."

The bird, being named Archen, had given its wing to help Zeri up off the ground which was hesitantly taken and used to help Zeri get back up onto his feet, the Pawniard slowly dusting himself off before picking up the apple with a slight grimace at it... glaring at an apple, badass. Zeri decided to set the apple aside, save it for later so he can eat it when he was hungry once more.

"I am fine, thanks. The name's Zeri."

"Hey Zeri! Am I the only one who hasn't fell over today?" Lax laughed to himself, he noticed the Pawniards retractable blades "Whoah, they're awesome, I wish I could do that" He motioned as if he was retracting blades, acting out how cool it would be

"Hey Zeri! Am I the only one who hasn't fell over today?"

Acro laughed and nodded, his feathers fluffed up in amusement. He smoothed them back down, his feathers always seemed to fluff up like that when something happened. He couldn't remember if he had meant to ask them a question or not, he decided that whatever it was could wait. He was having too much fun with the two. As the munchlax demonstrated how cool it would be to have blades like Zeri, Acro wondered what it would be like for him to have blades too. He imagined the blades on his tail and wings, he decided it would look ridiculous on him and just laughed with Lax. He wondered if the two knew how to battle, or if they had ever been in a battle before.

'based on Zeri's reaction to me, he might know a few tricks when it comes to fighting.' he thought, 'I'm still not sure about the munchlax though.' he remembered a few battles he had with George, he shivered at remembering his battle with the butterfree outlaw. That had been his toughest one yet.
