Mordred smiled, walking into the lush forest. It was surprisingly quiet here, seeing as though a lot of missions are usually located in this very forest. The Scraggy continued to walk, finally stopping in front of a large tree. He grinned, "Perfect. Big enough for me to be out of reach from random pokemon." He mumbled to himself.

It didn't take long for the Scraggy to reach a nice, stable branch that was comfortable enough for him to stay on. Reaching behind his head, he got his precious Watmel berry from his hood, which had been dangling from his shoulders during his short walk. An obvious look of joy was on his face as he took the time to enjoy the moment of peace he had before his little snack. He raised the berry, preparing to take a big bite when the leaves on the branch above him suddenly shook wildly. The Scraggy immediately flinched at the sudden noise.

His grip reacted with his shock, causing his precious berry to tumble into the bushes below. His eyes widened, looking from the bush below to the branch above. On said branch was what seemed to be a Pidgey, who was shaking the leaves in attempts of making an improvised nest to rest on. Mordred growled, glaring daggers at the Pidgey who paid no heed to his anger. 'Great. Now I have to climb back down...' The Scraggy huffed.

Where the rustling came from a Petilil emerged, but was not too happy, it was as if Mordred and Lax's talking had awoken the grumpy pokemon. It then sent a strange green energy towards the Scraggy, the green energy was an absorb

Mordred was unable to move, his energy being drained from him. "ARGH!" He said, dropping to one knee once the Absorb had reached its limit. He raised his head, glaring at the Petilil. He stood up, running towards the Petilil. Once close enough, he used a Low Kick.

The Petilil was sent backwards, only to hop back onto its feet, even more enraged. It used Growth, buffing up.

Lax ran over to Mordred "Mordred! Are you okay?" He asked while readying a curse attack, he launched it increasing his attack and defense but lowering his speed. "I'll handle this" He ran towards the Petilil, and tackled it

The Petilil got hit by the tackle and stumbled to the floor, it got back up, battered and bruised launched its seed at Lax, and stuck them in, slowly draining the energy out of Lax

"I'm fi- LAX, WATCH OUT!" He said, seeing the Leech Seed used by the Petilil. He got closer, using a swift, close-ranged Low Kick at the Petilil while it was preoccupied with it's leeching. It sent the Petilil a few paces backwards, but was not enough to take it down. The Petilil still stood, albeit sluggishly.

Lax started to get weakened and a little sleepy "Ugh.... my energy" But in a last ditch effort using the rest of his energy he charged towards the Petilil, and tackled it fiercely, knocking it to the ground and KO'ing it. Lax breathed a bit before laughing "That was actually a bit tough..!"

"You... wanna take a break? Maybe there are some Oran berries lying around..." The Scraggy said, looking around the area. There were a few specks of snow and some new puddles thanks to the Blizzard earlier, but all in all there doesn't seem to be any... "Hm?" Mordred said, seeing another item not too far.

"Hmm? Oh.. its another Pecha Berry" He took out the seeds that were stuck into him, flinching every time he took a seed out "You can keep it Mordred, you earned it!" He grinned, before sitting down, but he seemed to sit on something, he sat up to see another item

Mordred walked over, picking up the Pecha berry. 'Curse these things. When I ask for an Oran, it HAD to be a Pecha. Of course...' He put the berry in his hood. He walked back, seeing a Blast Seed near Lax. He picked it up, giving it to the Munchlax.

"Here, though you might wanna save this for when we encoun-" And just like that, the bushes rustled.

Mordred raised a brow. "What timing."

Just as he said that a Pidgey wildly flapping its wings charged towards Lax, aiming to use a wing attack, before it could do that Lax charged up his metronome attack and used Signal beam sending a strange beam towards the avian foe, not doing much damage

Mordred took a step back, before lunging and using a Low kick at the Pidgey's wings as it was still recovering its bearings. The attack left the Pidgey's wing quite damaged, causing its flight to be a bit unstable.

The Pidgey squawked, attempting to take flight but was sadly unable to. It used Sand-Attack on Mordred (Inevitably hitting his face straight-on ), causing the Scraggy to lower in accuracy and to begin sputtering out sand from its mouth.

"ACK! Sand! Sand in my mouth! SAND!" Mordred said, attempting to spit the sand out.

"Dont worry, I gotcha!" He ran towards the wounded pidgey and uses tackle on it, knocking it back and onto the ground.

It barely got up but when it did it launched a sand attack, this time at Lax, he got it in the eyes by it and lowered his accuracy

"Agh! My eyes! It in my eyes!" He declared, rubbing his eyes trying to get the sand out

Mordred growled, "Why you little-!" He lunged again, using a Low Kick which miraculously hit. The Pidgey was sent a few paces backwards. It was now clinging to the last of its HP. The Pidgey got up, suddenly using Gust at Mordred.

Mordred took quite a lot of damage, falling backwards. With an "Oof!" He landed on the ground. He got up, but was quite bruised. "Flying types. Shoot sand in your eyes and use fancy aerial tricks..." He mumbled.

"M-Mordred... are you okay!?" He shouted over to the damaged Scraggy.
"Right! That's it! Metronome!" Lax was surrounded by the same blue aura he then, within a flash ran past the Pidgey, meanwhile using aerial ace on it finally finishing the bird "Phew... thank arceus that was Aerial ace" He chortled thankfully and then sighed from relief

Mordred stood up, dusting himself off. "You're pretty lucky with that Metronome." He said, quite impressed. He surveyed himself, seeing only a few bruises. 'I really should get to work on dodging Flying Type attacks. That Gust had a more powerful effect than it was supposed to.' He thought silently to himself.

The Scraggy looked over to Lax. He seemed quite fine. The Scraggy looked around some more, "Lax, let's go. I don't wanna hang any longer." He said, continuing further.

"Heh... okay sure" He nodded, still rubbing his eyes as he still had little grains of Pidgey's sand attack in his eyes "Say... whats that? Lax noticed an item that the Pidgey was holding, he moved close to inspect it
