What!? No Type Advantages!?

Acro was soon to the entrance of the forest, he had already picked the job and was eager to meet the bully. This mission only required that he never use wing attack. Which was okay with him, he still had Quick Attack, Leer, and Steel Wing.

Realizing that firing the leaves at the flying Butterfree wouldn't accomplish anything, he changed his target to the Patrat running in his direction. He fired the leaves, and it went flying back into a nearby tree, though the Pokemon was still able to stand on it's feet.

Acro rushed at the tranquil with a quick attack, hoping to pick off the strongest of the two first. Acro collided with the Tranquil, it was sent flying into the air where it recovered and continued to flap and stay in the sky. Acro leaped at the tree closest to it and began to climb, he reached the top while dodging attacks from the pidove. He leaped at the tranquil and used steel wing, he successfully hit it and sent it to the forest floor. Immediately after he was tackled by the pidove and sent back to the tree branches, "Well at least I don't have to worry about the fall i was about to have." Acro leered at the pidove to lower it's defense. The Tranquil had fallen on top of the patrat, both of them were still able to stand.

The butterfree watched from above, it couldn't tell which way the battle was heading yet so it stayed high above the trees.

George recovered from his miss. The Patrat and Tranquill seemed to be a little dazed. George remembered a move he tried before. George used a sonic boom on a tree to make it fall on top of the Patra and Tranquill. The Patrat easily got out, but the tranquill wing was stuck under it. George then went up to the patrat and used an Aqua Tail on it K.Oing him.

Seeing the knocked out Patrat, the Pidove flew up into the air, and was ready to attack George.

Ace looked over at the Metapod, rolled his eyes and tossed it into the air with some vines, causing to land on top of a tree.

Up in the air, the Butterfree started to drop some powder over the small arena.

Acro felt ill as soon as the stuff touched him, he had been poisoned! He took out his Pecha Berry and ate it, he immediately felt better. He grabbed his blast seed and threw it at the Butterfree, the butterfree accidentally ate it and the seed exploded in it's mouth! The butterfree was knocked down to the forest floor, Acro leaped down behind it and hit it with steel wing just after it hit the ground.

The metapod had hopped off the tree and right onto Acro's head! Acro cried out in pain and hopped away from the Metapod. Acro began to feel downhearted, his ability Defeatist had activated!

The tranquil was too busy struggling against the tree, trying to free it's wing. It was unable to and was open for attack!

George ate one of his berries and ran at the Tranquill. He hit the pokemon and ran away, because not only did butterfree hit the team but also the other pokemon, he let the tranquill get K.O by poison. George then yelled to Ace. "Do you have a pecha berry?"

The Snivy smirked, "No, I'll be fine. It's just a little poison." he then started to gather leaves in front of him, now that he could see the Butterfree without another Pokemon jumping into him, "Let's get you down from there..." he muttered as he fired the leaves at the flying Pokemon.

The butterfree, which had been trying to fly back up, had been knocked down again. It screeched in rage tried to use confusion on Ace. Acro hit it again with amazing speed, using quick attack. The butterfree was sent flying toward George. The metapod concentrated on hardening itself, using harden to make it harder to defeat it.

George then hit the Butterfree with a sonic boom, sending it flying at Ace. It started seeming like a game of catch except no one catches it until the butterfree is K.Oed. George then looked at the Metapod. "Eh, I'm not sure what he can do..."

The Snivy grabbed the Butterfree with a vine and tossed it in a random direction, not really giving any more attention to the battle itself, and letting out a small cough do to the poison, he ignored it and watched as the Butterfree tried to regain it's balance midair.

Acro ran over to where the butterfree was going to land and used quick attack on his wings. The butterfree screeched in anger as it was smashed into a tree. Acro yelled in triumph but was thrown away from the butterfree with a confusion. Acro was thrown to the ground, he got up, not sure about what was happening, he was confused.

Meanwhile the metapod continued hardening...

George looked at the Metapod. "Still not worth my time..." George then returned his looked towards the Butterfree. George used a sonic boom on it as it countered with SolarBeam. George was hit by it. Being effective by the move George was hit hard. Nearly KOed.

The Snivy looked around him, "Geez, you guys aren't exactly the best at this...but then again my attacks won't help that much...unless..." he looked up as the Butterfree sent a small gust of wind in his direction, blowing Ace backwards. He picked himself up and grabbed the hardened Metapod with a vine and threw it straight at the Butterfree, hoping that it would do some damage to how much it was hardening.

The metapod cried out in fear at the sudden flight, the two collided in mid air. The butterfree sturggled to get up. It was wearing down.

Acro recovered from being blown back and used steel wing on the butterfree, the butterfree was hit with a critical from the move. Acro noticed George and shouted, "Hang back for a while!" to his friend.

"Not a problem!" George yelled back giving a thumbs up. George knew the battle was soon to be over. Only 100 Poke for this long mission? Wow...
