| Fallen Leaf Copse, an area Viktoria had heard about from a certain Porygon by the name of Tec. He also had mentioned a group there called the “Windrose Scouts”, but she wasn’t interested ultimately in finding that place. For all she knew, that had a bunch of misshapen Pecha Berries or broken coral rather than anything truly notable.
Simply put, she had come to the west to test a theory. A single, innocent theory. If a plant from another region of the world came to Grima and was properly taken care of, would it still be able to grow? Could anything possibly grow in that poisoned wasteland ultimately?
If nothing else, she could put a small plant in some sort of pot and bring it to Rui and his friends- they didn’t seem to have much really in terms of ever seeing flora in general, and it’d possibly make their day just a little bit better when she inevitably headed back to that lawless land.
"Well, let the hunt begin." Viktoria muttered in a borderline sarcastic manner, knowing she didn't have much to ultimately do here. Just find a small plant- even a seed could do ultimately if she could get back home to let it grow slightly, and head back to Grima to show the grass type a plant.
Something that should be normal to him, and yet wasn't- something she took for granted, yet was a miracle to another.

| With the awkward attempt to sort out a Christmas event at the last second behind him, Deimos had chosen to stay home for the time being, seated in the shade beneath a large tree not far from the main entrance to the dungeon. A small book lay flat on the ground before him, one borrowed from a peculiar locale he'd stumbled across and drew a great deal of interest from the explorer, if only it wasn't so dusty. He'd have to bring someone that knew Hurricane or Twister to clean the place up next time.
"The first page just has the name of that rocky spot that was drilled into the facility, that weird quarry. That much is clear enough from the footprint runes... Then why are the next pages in a different writing form? A joint record maybe?" Deimos murmured under his breath after flipping to the second page, stumped at the sudden shift from one writing style to another, from runes to Unknowns. Letting off a heavy sigh, he shook his head before glancing over to the setup of stones used for crossing into the dungeon. Footsteps? A new visitor perhaps?

| ”...Hopefully this wasn't a bad idea..” The Riolu muttered under her breath, hoping she wouldn't encounter a fight that wasn't necessary. She wasn’t quite sure what to expect here on - Tec didn’t explain much about the place beyond it exists, but Viktoria wasn't expecting it to be completely empty.
Still, she couldn’t just let her guard down just yet as she kept walking on stones onto the grass. She had some iron sticks probably, but not much else. If a fight was to happen…it was to be fought with punches and kicks, as pathetic as that may feel to her.

| Soon enough a figure entered his sight, carefully crossing the familiar stones as if it was expecting to be assaulted at any moment from afar. "Good to be cautious, this is a dungeon after all" Deimos murmured, rising from his seated position and stretching out. The humanoid figure clearly wasn't a native and had come to visit regardless, probably an explorer drawn by the mystery of the shrine that lurked here long ago?
With that in mind, Deimos watched as the figure crossed over to the autumn isle and gave a soft nod, hoping to indicate his presence as a non feral. Though he didn't know the figure personally, it was rude to not welcome someone when they visit where you live right?

| Viktoria simply sighed, glancing around at the forest. It seemed peaceful enough…and a lot better than Grima in general. Maybe someday she could bring Rui and Eve here. But that’d require them both well, leaving Grima for a while, and neither of them seemed like the type to want to leave for too long. Or could, for that matter.
Still, her thoughts were cut short when she noticed an Absol simply...nodding to her. A regular resident of the autumn looking forest? Guess that’s one thing she can confirm to herself- Pokemon live here and at least this Absol’s friendly as far as she could tell.

| Quietly studying the new arrival, another species came to mind, one not encountered for many a month, since the beginning of his adventuring career. "Looks similar to a Lucario... A Riolu then?" Deimos murmured as he carefully put the old tome back into his purple improvised bag, before moving over to greet the newcomer. It'd be rude to avoid someone that came over for a visit right?
"Welcome to the eternal realm of Autumn." He spoke in a relaxed tone. living in a relatively warm area even in winter was quite pleasant, even if it meant having to manually create snow for christmas with Blizzard.

| Eternal land of autumn? Was that a nickname for this place? ...Then again calling it that seemed reasonable for all she knew, the leaves were an autumn color even if that might not make complete sense. Must be nice to not have to deal with a bunch of snow in winter then.
"Thanks for the introduction. The name's Viktoria. What's yours, if you don't mind me asking?" She spoke, slightly adjusting her scarf to be less in her face in general. Last thing she needed was to accidentally look like a bandit somehow.

| "Deimos, Windrose scouts veteran" Deimos replied with a gentle nod, finding little reason to attempt to hide his identity. The rank and membership of Windrose weren't considered something that required secrecy, especially after the period of reorganization the organization went through in the past, coming out into the open for people to browse freely. Beyond that however, it would simply be rude to remain silent after an unsolicited introduction and potentially a chance to introduce another potential regular to exploring the library. Books are made to be read after all!
"So, what have you come to the copse for today? Shrine of the fallen after it's mystery was uncovered and resolved in the past? Exploring the dungeon segment for items and resources? The books free for public viewing from the library? Or are you just trying to find somewhere not suffering from the abysmal winter chill that shows up around this time of year that you can rest at?" He questioned with a soft chuckle, aiming to indicate his clear knowledge of the areas around the dungeon, along with giving a quick overview of the usual activities undertaken in the area.

| ”You’re part of Windrose, huh. So that means you’re affiliated with Tec then. Honestly, I was planning on getting a small plant here to test something myself, but I might stay a bit longer than I was intending… Also, there’s a library here?” If she wasn’t interested in this place already, she was now. Maybe one day she could bring Rui here to chill out with a book from this supposed library. Still, she’s getting ahead of herself. It’s best to first figure out any restrictions regarding that library before making a decision to one day bring him here, no? Energy: Probably zero after this, who knows for certain. | "Tec? Ah, the Newbie Porygon who can get itself stuck on anything and everything, regardless of the situation? Indeed, i am one of his associates, though his Superior would be most accurate." Deimos remarked, letting off a soft chuckle after recalling how the floating scout even managed to get itself trapped in Tinsel of all things. What in the world did the floater get itself stuck into this time? Webs from Aradios's or Galvantula's perhaps, stuck in it's own rope while trying to help others cross a gap that it could fly across? Stuck in a tree? What better expert on getting stuck in everything could ever exist?! Shaking his head, Deimos glanced towards a giant tree in the distance, towering over most of the forested dungeon as an easy landmark for explorers. "That towering tree in the distance was converted. It's now known as the Windrose library, where all manner of books, reports, maps and information is stored. Only part of the library is open to the public, since it also serves as the residence of the scouts themselves." Deimos explained after noting her sudden interest. Being out in the west, away from the civilised towns it was only natural that public traffic to and from the library was inconsistent. Every now and then there might be a large group of guests, or none at all. It was always nice to spread the area's name and information when possible. Resources are provided to be used, not just to go yellow and become unitelligable! - Blade12 carried out 5 launched of one Fallen Leaf Copse :

| ”Surprisingly not stuck for once when I met him in Coral Forest, although a disaster about everything else.” Viktoria jokingly spoke about the second part regarding Tec. He. He was doing his best, she’s certain of it. Though once Viktoria heard the fact there’s just a giant library chilling here for certain, her eyes almost lit up.
”Well he certainly didn’t mention that bit... So I guess I’m coming here more often due to that.” Viktoria simply replied in regards to the library. It’s surprisingly hard to find a good book some days in Grassveil, and she didn’t want to always have to deal with a bunch of people just to read one.

| Deimos shook his head while letting off a soft sigh. He appreciated how eager and active the fellow was, but definitely figured the kid needed more experience considering the track record so far. Exploring was not something to just take lightly after all. Every action piles up in the end, effecting the flow of life and the world in peculiar ways. Sure, good might come from the Porygon's antics at some point, but getting better accustomed to the world, interactions, social cues and especially not getting stuck would surely be a great place to start improving!
"The Library's typically open even when the scouts are out exploring, sorting out reports and so forth. If i'm not around when you take a look and need help. Just ask the local ghost for some help. Elvire's reliable enough" He remarked, quickly changing his thoughts away from the Porygon getting stuck in everything pokemanly possible and to the library itself.

| ”I see. Well, that’s good to know for the future.” Viktoria muttered, glancing around to make sure there wasn’t any Pokemon that’d, well, strike the duo. Even if she was completely unaware that the Absol could probably nuke everything here if he wanted. The only thing she noticed however, was the faint glow of a Pumpkaboo’s lights from its own body as it simply chose to leave.
”So this library is just...collecting all the books it can?” She chose to ask in turn, wanting to make sure she understood the place right. An organization of book hoarders and odd trinkets? Odd lifestyle choice for the people involved honestly.

| Glancing in the direction of the suddenly disappearing ghost, Deimos chuckled softly, feeling that his reputation the dungeon was putting in work. Perhaps in the past when he was a newcomer there might be trouble, but after living in the dungeon so long and with his current degree of strength trouble became much rarer to come by. "We wouldn't say no to more books considering it is a library, but no. That is not the primary purpose of the Windrose Scouts. The Founder wishes to create a complete map of the world, dungeons and new discoveries included, hence the title of Scout. Typically members will take special missions to investigate various peculiar rumors that fall out of the guild's area of expertise, so that they can be reported on and categorized. In a way you could think of it as a much more exploration and information focused version of the guild. If you're interested in taking a look around, i can come along. The locals don't cause much trouble nowadays." Deimos explained calmly and concisely, relaying the general role of the organization that he helped lead. | |

| “A world map, huh. Sounds interesting… The Guild’s more my style though in terms of base goal. I suppose I’ll look around the area for now- hopefully there won’t be too much ruckus regardless. There might not be too many to fear here, but I’m sure there’s some nuisances.” Viktoria muttered the last part, still inherently curious about the library’s contents but she knew full well that if she did go there, she’d probably be there for the rest of the day just looking at books.
She had a reason to be here after all, and as tempting as book land was, she couldn’t go to it just yet.
